Numbers 34
1 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
೧ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ,
2 Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, when ye come into the land of Canaan, shall this be the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance: The land of Canaan according to its boundaries.
೨“ನೀನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು, ‘ಸಮಸ್ತ ಕಾನಾನ್ ದೇಶವೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸ್ವದೇಶವಾಗಿ ದೊರಕುವುದು.
3 And the southern side shall be unto you from the wilderness of Zin along by the boundary of Edom, and your southern border shall commence at the outmost edge of the Salt Sea on its east side.
೩ನೀವು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದಾಗ ಎದೋಮ್ಯರ ಗಡಿಗಳ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಚಿನ್ ಅರಣ್ಯವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಮೇರೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಆ ಮೇರೆಯ ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಲವಣಸಮುದ್ರದ ಕೊನೆಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕು.
4 And the border shall turn for you from the south of the ascent of 'Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin; and its terminating points shall be to the south of Kadesh-barnea', and shall go on to Chazar-addar, and pass on to Azmon;
೪ದಕ್ಷಿಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಕ್ರಬ್ಬೀಮ್ ಎಂಬ ಕಣಿವೆಯ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಚಿನಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕು. ಅದರ ಮೂಲೆ ಕಾದೇಶ್ ಬರ್ನೇಯದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಅದು ಹಚರದ್ದಾರಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟು ಅಚ್ಮೋನಿಗೆ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗಬೇಕು.
5 And the border shall turn from 'Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and its terminating points shall be at the sea.
೫ಅಚ್ಮೋನಿನಿಂದ ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದೇಶದ ಹಳ್ಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ದಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಗಿಯಬೇಕು.
6 And as the western border, shall ye have the Great Sea for a border: this shall be your western border.
೬ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾಸಮುದ್ರದ ದಡವೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಮೇರೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು.
7 And this shall be unto you the northern border: from the Great Sea shall ye mark out for you [the boundary to] mount Hor;
೭ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಮೇರೆಗಾಗಿ ನೀವು ಮಹಾಸಮುದ್ರದಿಂದ,
8 From mount Hor shall ye mark out [the boundary] unto the entrance of Chamath; and the terminations of the border shall be toward Zedad;
೮ಹೋರ್ ಪರ್ವತದಿಂದ ಹಮಾತಿನವರೆಗೂ ಮತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಚೆದಾದಿನ ಹತ್ತಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಇರುವುದು.
9 And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and its terminating points shall be at Chazar'-enan: this shall be unto you the northern border.
೯ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದು ಜಿಫ್ರೋನಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಹಚರೇನಾನಿನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಗಿಯಬೇಕು. ಇದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಮೇರೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು.
10 And ye shall turn yourselves to the eastern border, from Chazar-'enan to Shepham;
೧೦ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಮೇರೆಗಾಗಿ ಹಚರೇನಾನಿನಿಂದ ಶೆಫಾಮಿಗೆ ಗುರುತು ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.
11 And the boundary shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, to the eastward of 'Ayin; and the boundary shall descend, and shall touch upon the coast of the sea of Kinnereth, eastward;
೧೧ಶೆಫಾಮಿನಿಂದ ಅಯಿನಿನ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರಿಬ್ಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಬೇಕು. ತರುವಾಯ ಅದು ಗಟ್ಟಾ ಇಳಿದು ಕಿನ್ನೆರೆತ್ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು.
12 And the border shall go down to the Jordan, and its terminating points shall be at the Salt Sea: this shall be your land after its boundaries round about.
೧೨ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಅದು ಯೊರ್ದನ್ ನದಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದು ಅದನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಲವಣಸಮುದ್ರದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಗಿಯಬೇಕು. ಇವೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಮೇರೆಗಳು’” ಎಂದನು.
13 And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall divide among yourselves by lot, which the Lord hath commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe.
೧೩ಅದಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ, “ನೀವು ಚೀಟುಹಾಕಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಯೆಹೋವನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ದೇಶವು ಇದೇ. ಒಂಭತ್ತುವರೆ ಕುಲದವರಿಗೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
14 For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their family divisions, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to their family divisions, have received, —and the half of the tribe of Menasseh have received their inheritance;
೧೪ರೂಬೇನ್ಯರ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗೋತ್ರವೂ, ಗಾದ್ಯರ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗೋತ್ರವೂ, ಮನಸ್ಸೆ ಕುಲದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಧಗೋತ್ರವೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವತ್ತನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
15 The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side of the Jordan opposite Jericho eastward, toward the rising of the sun.
೧೫ಎರಡುವರೆ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವತ್ತನ್ನು ಯೊರ್ದನ್ ನದಿಯ ಆಚೆ ಯೆರಿಕೋ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.”
16 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
೧೬ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ,
17 These are the names of the men who shall parcel out unto you the land: Elazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
೧೭“ದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹಂಚಬೇಕಾದ ಜನರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಯಾವುವೆಂದರೆ: ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾಜಾರನು ಮತ್ತು ನೂನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನೂ.
18 And one prince each from every tribe shall ye take to parcel out the land.
೧೮ಒಂದೊಂದು ಕುಲದಿಂದ ನೇಮಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಒಬ್ಬ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿಯೂ ಇವರೇ. ಇವರು ಕಾನಾನ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
19 And these are the names of the men: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Yephunneh:
೧೯ನೀವು ಆಯಾ ಕುಲಗಳಿಂದ ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕಾದವರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ: ಯೆಹೂದ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಯೆಫುನ್ನೆಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಕಾಲೇಬ್,
20 And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of 'Ammihud;
೨೦ಸಿಮೆಯೋನ್ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಅಮ್ಮಿಹೂದನ ಮಗ ಶೆಮೂವೇಲ್,
21 Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Kisslon;
೨೧ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನ್ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಕಿಸ್ಲೋನನ ಮಗ ಎಲೀದಾದ್,
22 And of the tribe of the children of Dan the prince, Bukki the son of Yogli;
೨೨ದಾನ್ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಯೊಗ್ಲೀಯ ಮಗ ಬುಕ್ಕೀ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿ,
23 Of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Menasseh the prince, Channiel the son of Ephod;
೨೩ಯೋಸೇಫನ ವಂಶದವರಲ್ಲಿ: ಮನಸ್ಸೆ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಏಫೋದನ ಮಗ ಹನ್ನೀಯೇಲ್ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿ,
24 And of the tribe of the children of Ephraim the prince, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan;
೨೪ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮ್ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಶಿಫ್ಟಾನನ ಮಗ ಕೆಮೂವೇಲ್ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿ,
25 And of the tribe of the children of Zebulun the prince, Elizaphan the son of Parnach;
೨೫ಜೆಬುಲೂನ್ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಪರ್ನಾಕನ ಮಗ ಎಲೀಚಾಫಾನ್ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿ,
26 And of the tribe of the children of Issachar the prince, Paltiel the son of 'Azzan;
೨೬ಇಸ್ಸಾಕಾರ್ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಅಜ್ಜಾನನ ಮಗ ಪಲ್ಟೀಯೇಲ್ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿ,
27 And of the tribe of the children of Asher the prince, Achihud the son of Shelomi;
೨೭ಆಶೇರ್ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಶೆಲೋಮಮೀಯ ಮಗ ಅಹೀಹೂದ್ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿ,
28 And of the tribe of the children of Naphtali the prince, Pedahel the son of 'Ammihud.
೨೮ನಫ್ತಾಲಿ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಅಮ್ಮಿಹೂದನ ಮಗ ಪೆದಹೇಲ್ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿ ಇವರೇ.”
29 These are they whom the Lord hath commanded to divide out the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.
೨೯ಕಾನಾನ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ಅವರವರ ಸ್ವತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಇವರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೇಮಿಸಿದನು.
