Leviticus 6
1 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:
2 If any person sin, and commit a trespass against the Lord; if he, namely, lie unto his neighbor in that which was delivered to him to keep, or in a loan, or in a thing taken away by violence, or if he have withheld the wages of his neighbor;
»Wenn jemand sich versündigt und sich eine Veruntreuung gegen den HERRN zu Schulden kommen läßt, indem er seinem Volksgenossen gegenüber etwas Anvertrautes oder Hinterlegtes oder Entwendetes ableugnet oder seinen Volksgenossen um etwas übervorteilt
3 Or if he have found something which was lost, and lie concerning it, and swear falsely; in any one of all these which a man can do, to sin thereby:
oder etwas Verlorenes gefunden hat und es verhehlt, oder wenn er falsch schwört in bezug auf irgendeine Handlung, durch die sich jemand versündigen kann –
4 Then shall it be, when he hath sinned and is conscious of his guilt, that he shall restore what be hath taken violently away, or the wages which he hath withheld, or that which was delivered to him to keep, or the lost thing which he hath found,
wenn er sich also auf solche Weise vergangen hat und in Verschuldung geraten ist, so soll er das Entwendete, das er an sich gebracht, oder das Erpreßte, das er sich mit Unrecht angeeignet hat, oder das Anvertraute, das ihm in Verwahrung gegeben worden ist, oder das Verlorene, das er gefunden hat, zurückgeben
5 Or any one thing about which he may have sworn falsely; and he shall restore it in its principal, and the fifth part thereof shall he add thereto; unto him to whom it appertaineth shall he give it, on the day when he confesseth his trespass.
oder alles, in bezug worauf er falsch geschworen hat, zurückerstatten, und zwar soll er es nach seinem vollen Wert erstatten und noch ein Fünftel des Betrags dazulegen: wem es zukommt, dem soll er es erstatten am Tage, an dem er sein Schuldopfer darbringt.
6 And his trespass-offering shall he bring unto the Lord, a ram without blemish out of the flocks, of the usual value, for a trespass-offering, unto the priest:
Als seine Buße für den HERRN aber soll er einen fehlerlosen Widder von seinem Kleinvieh nach deiner Schätzung als Schuldopfer zum Priester bringen.
7 And the priest shall make an atonement for him before the Lord, and it shall be forgiven unto him, for any one thing of all that he may have done to trespass thereby.
Wenn der Priester ihm dann Sühne vor dem HERRN erwirkt hat, wird ihm Vergebung zuteil werden für alle Handlungen, durch deren Begehung er sich eine Verschuldung zugezogen hat.«
8 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:
9 Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt-offering: It is the burnt-offering, which shall be burning upon the altar all night unto the morning, and the fire of the altar shall be burning on it.
»Gib Aaron und seinen Söhnen folgende Weisungen: Diese Vorschriften gelten für das Brandopfer: Dieses, das Brandopfer, soll auf dem Altar da, wo es angezündet worden ist, die ganze Nacht hindurch bis zum Morgen verbleiben, und das Altarfeuer soll dadurch brennend erhalten werden.
10 And the priest shall put on his linen garment, and linen breeches shall he put upon his flesh, and he shall lift up the ashes which the fire hath made by consuming the burnt-offering on the altar, and he shall place them beside the altar.
Der Priester soll sein linnenes Gewand anziehen und sich die linnenen Beinkleider an den Leib legen und die Fettasche, in welche das Feuer das Brandopfer auf dem Altar verbrannt hat, wegräumen und sie neben den Altar schütten.
11 And he shall take off his garments, and put on other garments, and carry forth the ashes to without the camp, unto a clean place.
Alsdann soll er seine (linnenen) Kleider ausziehen und andere (gewöhnliche) Kleider anlegen und die Asche an einen reinen Ort vor das Lager hinausschaffen.
12 And the fire upon the altar shall be burning on it, it shall not be put out, and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning: and he shall lay in order upon it the burnt-offering, and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace-offerings.
Das Feuer aber auf dem Altar soll dadurch in Brand erhalten werden und darf nicht erlöschen: jeden Morgen soll der Priester Holzscheite auf dem Altar anzünden und das (Morgen-) Brandopfer auf ihm zurechtlegen und über ihm die Fettstücke der Heilsopfer in Rauch aufgehen lassen.
13 A perpetual fire shall be burning upon the altar; it shall not go out.
Ein beständiges Feuer soll auf dem Altar unterhalten werden; es darf nie erlöschen!«
14 And this is the law of the meat-offering: [one of] the sons of Aaron shall bring it near before the Lord, in front of the altar.
»Folgende Vorschriften aber gelten für das Speisopfer: Die Söhne Aarons sollen es vor den HERRN an die Vorderseite des Altars heranbringen.
15 And he shall lift up from it his handful, of the flour of the meat-offering, and of its oil, and all the frankincense which is upon the meat-offering, and he shall burn it upon the altar, for a sweet savor, as its memorial, unto the Lord.
Dann nehme er eine Handvoll davon, nämlich von dem Feinmehl des Speisopfers und von dessen Öl, dazu den gesamten Weihrauch, der auf dem Speisopfer liegt, und lasse es auf dem Altar in Rauch aufgehen als ein Feueropfer lieblichen Geruchs, als den Duftteil davon für den HERRN.
16 And what is left thereof shall Aaron and his sons eat: unleavened shall it be eaten in a holy place; in the court of the tabernacle of the congregation shall they eat it.
Was dann (von dem Speisopfer) noch übrig ist, sollen Aaron und seine Söhne essen; ungesäuert soll es an heiliger Stätte verzehrt werden; im Vorhof des Offenbarungszeltes sollen sie es essen.
17 It shall not be baked leaven; as their portion have I given it from my offerings made by fire; it is most holy, as is the sin-offering, and as is the trespass-offering.
Es darf nicht mit Sauerteig gebacken werden; es ist ihr Anteil, den ich ihnen von meinen Feueropfern zugewiesen habe: hochheilig ist es wie das Sündopfer und wie das Schuldopfer.
18 all the males among the children of Aaron shall eat of it, as a fixed portion for ever in your generations from the fire-offerings of the Lord: every one that toucheth the same shall be holy.
Alle männlichen Personen unter den Nachkommen Aarons dürfen es genießen; eine für ewige Zeiten festgesetzte Gebühr von den Feueropfern des HERRN soll es von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht sein. Jeder (Unbefugte), der diese Dinge berührt, soll dem Heiligtum verfallen sein.«
19 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:
20 This is the offering of Aaron and of his sons, which they shall offer unto the Lord on the day when he is anointed: the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a meat-offering perpetually; half of it in the morning, and the other half of it in the evening.
»Dies soll die Opfergabe Aarons und seiner Söhne sein, die sie dem HERRN darzubringen haben an dem Tage, an welchem er gesalbt wird: ein Zehntel Epha Feinmehl als regelmäßiges Speisopfer, die eine Hälfte davon am Morgen, die andere Hälfte am Abend.
21 In a pan, with oil, shall it be made, well sodden shalt thou bring it; twice baked, a meat-offering of broken pieces, shalt thou offer it for a sweet savor unto the Lord.
Auf einer Platte soll es mit Öl zubereitet werden; zusammengerührt sollst du es darbringen; zerbröckelt zu einem Brockenspeisopfer sollst du es darbringen als einen lieblichen Geruch für den HERRN.
22 And the priest that shall be anointed in his stead among his sons shall offer it: it is a statute for ever, unto the Lord; it shall be wholly burnt.
Auch der Priester, der an Aarons Statt aus der Zahl seiner Söhne gesalbt ist, soll es als eine auf ewige Zeiten festgesetzte Gebühr für den HERRN herrichten: als Ganzopfer soll es verbrannt werden;
23 And every meat-offering of a priest shall be wholly burnt, it shall not be eaten.
denn jedes Speisopfer eines Priesters soll ein Ganzopfer sein: es darf nichts davon gegessen werden.«
24 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:
25 Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, saying, This is the law of the sin-offering: On the place where the burnt-offering is killed shall the sin-offering be killed before the Lord; it is most holy.
»Rede mit Aaron und seinen Söhnen und gebiete ihnen: Folgende Vorschriften gelten für das Sündopfer: An dem Orte, wo das Brandopfer geschlachtet wird, soll auch das Sündopfer vor dem HERRN geschlachtet werden: es ist hochheilig.
26 The priest who maketh atonement with its blood shall eat it: in a holy place shall it be eaten, in the court of the tabernacle of the congregation.
Der Priester, der das Sündopfer darbringt, soll es verzehren; an heiliger Stätte soll es gegessen werden, nämlich im Vorhof des Offenbarungszeltes.
27 Whatsoever may touch the flesh thereof shall be holy: and if there should be sprinkled any of its blood upon a garment, whatever it hath been sprinkled on shalt thou wash out in a holy place.
Jeder (Unbefugte), der sein Fleisch berührt, soll dem Heiligtum verfallen sein; und wenn etwas von seinem Blut an ein Kleid spritzt, so mußt du das Kleidungsstück, an das es gespritzt ist, an heiliger Stätte waschen.
28 And any earthen vessel wherein it may have been boiled shall be broken: and if it have been boiled in a copper vessel, it shall be both scoured and rinsed with water.
Ein irdenes Gefäß, in dem man es gekocht hat, muß zerbrochen werden; ist es aber in einem kupfernen Gefäß gekocht worden, so muß dieses gescheuert und mit Wasser ausgespült werden.
29 Every male among the priests may eat thereof: it is most holy.
Alle männlichen Personen der Priesterschaft dürfen davon essen: es ist hochheilig.
30 And every sin-offering whereof any of the blood is brought into the tabernacle of the congregation to make atonement therewith in the holy place, shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt in fire.
Aber von allen Sündopfern, von deren Blut ein Teil in das Offenbarungszelt gebracht worden ist, (damit) im Heiligtum die Sühnung zu vollziehen, darf nichts gegessen werden, sondern sie sind im Feuer zu verbrennen.«
