Leviticus 24

1 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,

پەرۋەردىگار مۇساغا سۆز قىلىپ مۇنداق دېدى: ــ

2 Command the children of Israel, that they bring unto thee pure beaten olive-oil, for the lighting, to cause the lamp to burn continually.

ئىسرائىللارغا چىراغ ھەمىشە يېنىق تۇرۇشى ئۈچۈن زەيتۇندىن سوقۇپ چىقىرىلغان ساپ ماينى ساڭا ئېلىپ كېلىشكە بۇيرۇغىن.

3 Without the vail of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aaron put it in order [for] from evening unto morning before the Lord continually; as a statute for ever in your generations.

ھارۇن جامائەت چېدىرىنىڭ ئىچىدە، ھۆكۈم-گۇۋاھلىق ساندۇقىنىڭ ئۇدۇلىدىكى پەردىنىڭ سىرتىدا ھەر كېچىسى ئەتىگەنگىچە پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئالدىدا چىراغلارنى شۇنداق پەرلەپ تۇرسۇن. بۇ دەۋردىن-دەۋرگىچە سىلەر ئۈچۈن ئەبەدىي بىر بەلگىلىمە بولىدۇ.

4 Upon the pure candlestick shall be put in order the lamps, before the Lord, continually.

ھارۇن ھەمىشە پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئالدىدا بۇ چىراغلارنى پاك چىراغداننىڭ ئۈستىگە تىزىپ قويسۇن.

5 And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake thereof twelve cakes: of two tenth parts shall each one cake be.

سەن يەنە ئېسىل بۇغداي ئۇنىدىن ئون ئىككى توقاچنى ئەتكىن. ھەربىر توقاچ بىر ئەفاھنىڭ ئوندىن ئىككىسىگە باراۋەر بولسۇن.

6 And thou shalt place them in two rows, six in a row, upon the pure table before the Lord.

ئاندىن سەن پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئالدىدىكى پاك شىرەنىڭ ئۈستىگە ئالتىدىن ئىككى قاتار قىلىپ تىزغىن.

7 And thou shalt put upon each row pure frankincense, that it may be unto the bread for a memorial, as a fire-offering unto the Lord.

ھەربىر قاتارنىڭ ئۈستىگە ساپ مەستىكى قويغىن؛ شۇنىڭ بىلەن ئۇلار پەرۋەردىگارغا ئاتاپ ئوتتا سۇنۇلىدىغان ھەدىيە، ئەسلەتمە نان بولىدۇ.

8 On every and each sabbath day shall he place it in order before the Lord continually, [obtained] from the children of Israel as an everlasting covenant.

بۇلارنى ئۇ ئىسرائىللارغا ۋاكالىتەن ھەربىر شابات كۈنى پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئالدىدا تىزسۇن؛ بۇ ئەبەدىي بىر ئەھدىدۇر.

9 And it shall belong to Aaron and to his sons; and they shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy unto him, from the fire-offerings of the Lord, as a perpetual fixed portion.

نانلار ھارۇن بىلەن ئۇنىڭ ئوغۇللىرىغا تەۋە بولىدۇ؛ ئۇلار ئۇلارنى مۇقەددەس جايدا يېسۇن؛ چۈنكى بۇ نەرسىلەر پەرۋەردىگارغا ئاتاپ ئوتتا سۇنۇلغان نەرسىلەر ئىچىدە «ئەڭ مۇقەددەسلەرنىڭ بىرى» دەپ سانىلىپ، ھارۇنغا تەۋە بولىدۇ؛ بۇ ئەبەدىي بىر بەلگىلىمىدۇر.

10 And there went forth a son of an Israelitish woman, but who was the son of an Egyptian man, among the children of Israel; and there quarrelled together in the camp this son of the Israelitish woman and an Israelitish man.

ئانىسى ئىسرائىلىي، ئاتىسى مىسىرلىق بىر ئوغۇل بار ئىدى. ئۇ ئىسرائىللارنىڭ ئارىسىغا باردى؛ ئۇ چېدىرگاھتا بىر ئىسرائىلىي بىلەن ئۇرۇشۇپ قالدى.

11 And the son of the Israelitish woman pronounced the [holy] Name, and blasphemed; and they brought him unto Moses: [and his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan; ]

ئۇلار سوقۇشقاندا ئىسرائىلىي ئايالنىڭ ئوغلى كۇپۇرلۇق قىلىپ، [مۇقەددەس] نامنى بۇلغاپ قارغىدى. خەلق ئۇنى مۇسانىڭ ئالدىغا ئېلىپ باردى. ئۇ كىشىنىڭ ئانىسىنىڭ ئىسمى شېلومىت بولۇپ، ئۇ دان قەبىلىسىدىن بولغان دىبرىنىڭ قىزى ئىدى.

12 And they placed him in ward, until the decision of the Lord could be explained to them.

شۇنىڭ بىلەن ئۇلار پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ھۆكۈم بۇيرۇقى چىققۇچە ئۇ كىشىنى سولاپ قويدى.

13 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,

ئاندىن پەرۋەردىگار مۇساغا سۆز قىلىپ مۇنداق دېدى: ــ

14 Lead forth the blasphemer to without the camp; and all that have heard him shall lay their hands upon his head; and all the congregation shall stone him.

قارغىغۇچىنى چېدىرگاھنىڭ تاشقىرىغا ئېلىپ چىقىڭلار. ئۇنىڭ ئېيتقىنىنى ئاڭلىغانلارنىڭ ھەممىسى قوللىرىنى ئۇنىڭ بېشىغا قويسۇن، ئاندىن پۈتكۈل جامائەت بىر بولۇپ ئۇنى چالما-كېسەك قىلسۇن.

15 And unto the children of Israel shalt thou speak, saying, Whatsoever man that blasphemeth his God shall bear his sin.

ھەمدە سەن ئىسرائىللارغا مۇنداق دېگىن: ــ ئەگەر بىركىم ئۆز خۇداسىنى ھاقارەتلەپ قارغىسا ئۆز گۇناھىنى تارتىدۇ.

16 But he that pronounced the name of the Lord [with blasphemy] shall be put to death, all the congregation shall stone him; be he a stranger, or be he one that is born in the land, when he pronounceth the [holy] Name [with blasphemy, ] he shall be put to death.

پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ نامىغا كۇپۇرلۇق قىلغان ھەرقانداق كىشى ئۆلۈمگە مەھكۇم قىلىنسۇن؛ پۈتكۈل جامائەت چوقۇم بىر بولۇپ ئۇنى چالما-كېسەك قىلسۇن؛ مەيلى ئۇ مۇساپىر بولسۇن ياكى يەرلىك بولسۇن، [مۇقەددەس] نامغا كۇپۇرلۇق قىلسا ئۆلتۈرۈلسۇن.

17 And he that taketh the life of any man shall surely be put to death.

ئەگەر بىرسى باشقا بىرسىنى ئۇرۇپ ئۆلتۈرسە، ئۇ ئۆلۈمگە مەھكۇم قىلىنسۇن.

18 And he that taketh the life of a beast shall make it good: beast for beast.

بىرسى بىر چارپاينى ئۆلتۈرسە، ئۇنىڭ ئۈچۈن ھايۋاننى تۆلەپ، جانغا-جان تۆلەپ بەرسۇن.

19 And if a man cause a bodily defect in his neighbor, as he hath done, so shall be done to him;

بىركىم ئۆز قوشنىسىنى مېيىپ قىلسا، ئۇ ئۆزگىگە قانداق قىلغان بولسا، ئۇنىڭ ئۆزىگىمۇ شۇنداق قىلىنسۇن.

20 Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: in the manner as he hath caused a bodily defect in a man, so shall it be done to him.

بىرەر ئەزاسى سۇندۇرۇۋېتىلگەن بولسا، ئۇنىڭمۇ سۇندۇرۇلسۇن؛ كۆزىگە-كۆز، چىشىغا-چىش ناكار قىلىنسۇن؛ باشقا كىشىنى قانداق زەخىملەندۈرگەن بولسا ئۇمۇ ھەم شۇنداق قىلىنسۇن.

21 And he that killeth a beast, shall make restitution for it; and he that killeth a man, shall be put to death.

كىمدەكىم بىر چارپاينى ئۆلتۈرسە، چارپاي تۆلەپ بەرسۇن؛ ئادەمنى ئۇرۇپ ئۆلتۈرگەن كىشى بولسا، ئۆلۈم جازاسىغا مەھكۇم قىلىنسۇن.

22 One manner of judicial law shall ye have, the stranger shall be equal with one of your own country; for I am the Lord your God.

سىلەردە بىرلا قانۇن بولسۇن. مۇساپىر ياكى يەرلىك بولسۇن، باراۋەر مۇئامىلە قىلىنسۇن؛ چۈنكى مەن خۇدايىڭلار پەرۋەردىگاردۇرمەن.

23 And Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they led forth the blasphemer to without the camp, and they stoned him with stones; and the children of Israel did as the Lord had commanded Moses.

مۇسا ئىسرائىللارغا شۇلارنى دېدى؛ شۇنىڭ بىلەن ئۇلار شۇ قارغىغۇچىنى چېدىرگاھنىڭ تاشقىرىغا ئېلىپ چىقىپ، چالما-كېسەك قىلدى. شۇنداق قىلىپ، ئىسرائىللار پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ مۇساغا ئەمر قىلغىنىدەك قىلدى.
