Judges 10
1 And there arose after Abimelech to deliver Israel Tola' the son of Puah, the son of Dodo, a man of Issachar; and he dwelt in Shamir in the mountain of Ephraim.
১অবীমেলকৰ পাছত তোলা নামৰ ইচাখৰ বংশৰ এজন লোকে ইস্রায়েলী লোকসকলক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিবলৈ আহিল। পূৱাৰ পুত্ৰ তোলা আৰু দোদোৰ নাতি তেওঁ ইফ্ৰয়িমৰ পাহাৰীয়া অঞ্চলৰ চামীৰত বাস কৰিছিল।
2 And he judged Israel twenty and three years, and then died, and was buried in Shamir.
২তেওঁ তেইশ বছৰ ধৰি ইস্ৰায়েলৰ বিচাৰকর্তা আছিল। তাৰ পাছত তেওঁৰ মৃত্যু হ’ল আৰু চামীৰত তেওঁক মৈদাম দিয়া হ’ল।
3 And after him arose Yair, the Gil'adite, and judged Israel twenty and two years;
৩তোলাৰ পাছত গিলিয়দীয়া যায়ীৰ বাইশ বছৰ ইস্ৰায়েলী লোকসকলৰ বিচাৰকর্তা আছিল।
4 And he had thirty sons that rode on thirty ass-colts, and they had thirty cities, which are called Chavvoth-yair unto this day, which are in the land of Gil'ad.
৪যায়ীৰৰ ত্ৰিশ জন পুতেক আছিল আৰু তেওঁলোকে ত্ৰিশটা গাধত উঠি ফুৰিছিল: তেওঁলোকৰ ত্ৰিশখন নগৰ আছিল; আজিও সেই নগৰবোৰক হব্বোৎ-যায়ীৰ বোলা হয়।
5 And Yair died, and was buried in Kamon.
৫যায়ীৰৰ মৃত্যুৰ পাছত কামোনত তেওঁক মৈদাম দিয়া হ’ল।
6 And the children of Israel repeated to do the evil in the eyes of the Lord, and they served the Be'alim, and 'Ashtaroth, and the gods of Syria, and the gods of Zidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of 'Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines, and they forsook the Lord, and served not him.
৬ইস্ৰায়েলী লোকসকলে যিহোৱাৰ দৃষ্টিত আকৌ কু-আচৰণ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে; তেওঁলোকে বাল-দেৱতা, অষ্টাৰেৎ দেবী আৰু অৰাম, চীদোন, মোৱাব, অম্মোন আৰু পলেষ্টীয়াসকলৰ দেৱ-দেৱীসকলৰ পূজা কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে। এইদৰে তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাক ত্যাগ কৰিলে আৰু তেওঁৰ উপাসনা নকৰিলে।
7 And the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of the Philistines, and into the hand of the children of 'Ammon.
৭সেয়ে তেওঁলোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে তেওঁ খঙত জ্বলি উঠিল আৰু পলেষ্টীয়া আৰু অম্মোনীয়াসকলৰ হাতত তেওঁলোকক তুলি দিলে।
8 And they afflicted and oppressed the children of Israel that year; [and] for eighteen years all the children of Israel that were on the other side of the Jordan in the land of the Emorites, which is in Gil'ad.
৮তেওঁলোকে সেই বছৰত ইস্ৰায়েলীয়াসকলক উপদ্রৱ কৰি জয় কৰিলে; ওঠৰ বছৰ ধৰি যৰ্দ্দনৰ সিপাৰে থকা গিলিয়দৰ ইমোৰীয়া দেশত বাস কৰা সকলো ইস্ৰায়েলীয়া লোকক তেওঁলোকে উপদ্রৱ কৰিছিল।
9 And the children of 'Ammon passed over the Jordan to fight also against Judah, and against Benjamin, and against the house of Ephraim; so that Israel was sorely distressed.
৯অম্মোনীয়াসকলে যিহূদা, বিন্যামীন আৰু ইফ্ৰয়িম ফৈদৰ বিপক্ষে যুদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ যৰ্দ্দন পাৰ হৈ গ’ল। তেতিয়া ইস্ৰায়েলী লোকসকলে অতিশয় কষ্ট ভোগ কৰিলে।
10 And the children of Israel cried unto the Lord, saying, We have sinned against thee, because we have forsaken our God, and have served the Be'alim.
১০তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ আগত কাতৰোক্তি কৰিলে, “আমি নিজ ঈশ্বৰক ত্যাগ কৰি বাল-দেৱতাবোৰক পূজা কৰি আপোনাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে পাপ কৰিলোঁ।”
11 And the Lord said unto the children of Israel, Behold [I delivered you] from the Egyptians, and from the Emorites, from the children of 'Ammon, and from the Philistines.
১১যিহোৱাই তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, “মই জানো মিচৰীয়া, ইমোৰীয়া, অম্মোনীয়া আৰু পলেষ্টীয়াসকলৰ পৰা তোমালোকক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা নাছিলো?
12 And when the Zidonians, and the 'Amalekites, and the Ma'onites did oppress you, and ye cried to me, I delivered you also out of their hand.
১২যেতিয়া চীদোনীয়া, অমালেকীয়া আৰু মায়োনীয়াসকলে তোমালোকক উপদ্ৰৱ কৰিছিল, তেতিয়া তোমালোকে মোৰ আগত কাতৰোক্তি কৰিছিলা আৰু মই তোমালোকক তেওঁলোকৰ অধীনৰ পৰা উদ্ধাৰ কৰিছিলোঁ।
13 And yet ye have forsaken me, and served other gods; wherefore I will deliver you no more.
১৩তথাপিও তোমালোকে মোক পুনৰ ত্যাগ কৰিলা আৰু আন দেৱ-দেৱীসকলক পূজা কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলা; গতিকে মই তোমালোকক বাৰে বাৰে ৰক্ষা কৰি নাথাকিম।
14 Go and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen; let these deliver you in the time of your tribulation.
১৪যি দেৱতাবোৰক তোমালোকে পূজা কৰিছিলা তেওঁলোকৰ ওচৰলৈ গৈ কাতৰোক্তি কৰা; সঙ্কটৰ সময়ত তেওঁলোকেই তোমালোকক ৰক্ষা কৰক।”
15 And the children of Israel said unto the Lord, We have sinned: do thou unto us entirely as it seemeth good in thy eyes; only deliver us, we pray thee, this time.
১৫কিন্তু ইস্ৰায়েলীয়াসকলে যিহোৱাক ক’লে, “আমি পাপ কৰিলোঁ; আপোনাৰ দৃষ্টিত যি ভাল দেখে তাকেই আমালৈ কৰক; অনুগ্রহ কৰি কেৱল এইবাৰ আপুনি আমাক উদ্ধাৰ কৰক।”
16 And they put away the strange gods from their midst, and served the Lord; and his soul was grieved for the trouble of Israel.
১৬তাৰ পাছত তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত ভিন্ন দেশীয় যি দেৱতাবোৰ আছিল, সেইসকলো দূৰ কৰি তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ সেৱা কৰিলে; তাতে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ কষ্ট দেখি যিহোৱাই দূখ কৰিলে।
17 And the children of 'Ammon were called together, and they encamped in Gil'ad. And the children of Israel also assembled themselves together, and encamped in Mizpah.
১৭তেতিয়া অম্মোনীয়াসকলে একগোট হৈ গিলিয়দত ছাউনি পাতিলে আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলী লোকসকলেও লগ হৈ মিস্পাত ছাউনি পাতিলে।
18 And the people, the princes of Gil'ad, said one to another, Whatever man it be that will begin to fight against the children of 'Ammon, shall become the head over all the inhabitants of Gil'ad.
১৮গিলিয়দৰ নেতাসকলে এজনে আন জনক ক’লে, “অম্মোনীয়াসকলৰ লগত প্রথমে কোনে যুদ্ধ আৰম্ভ কৰিব? যিজনে কৰিব, তেঁৱেই গিলিয়দ-নিবাসী সকলো লোকৰ ওপৰত নেতা হ’ব।”
