Jonah 2
1 Then prayed Jonah unto the Lord his God out of the belly of the fish.
Иона с-а ругат Домнулуй Думнезеулуй сэу дин пынтечеле пештелуй
2 And he said, I called from the midst of my distress unto the Lord, and he hath answered me: out of the depth of the grave have I cried, and thou hast heard my voice. (Sheol h7585)
ши а зис: „Ын стрымтораря мя, ам кемат пе Домнул ши м-а аскултат; дин мижлокул Локуинцей морцилор ам стригат ши мь-ай аузит гласул. (Sheol h7585)
3 For thou hast cast me into the deep, in the heart of the seas; and the stream compasseth me about: all thy billows and thy waves have passed over me.
Ши тотушь мэ арункасешь ын адынк, ын инима мэрий, ши рыуриле де апэ мэ ынконжурасерэ; тоате валуриле ши тоате талазуриле Тале ау трекут песте мине.
4 And I thought indeed, I am driven out from before thy eyes: yet I again shall look toward thy holy temple.
Зичям: ‘Сунт лепэдат динаинтя окилор Тэй! Дар ярэшь вой ведя Темплул Тэу чел сфынт.’
5 The waters surrounded me, to the peril of my life; the deep compassed me about: sea-weeds were bound about my head.
Апеле м-ау акоперит пынэ апроапе сэ-мь я вяца, адынкул м-а ынвэлуит, папура с-а ымплетит ын журул капулуй меу.
6 To the bottoms of the mountains did I go down; the earth [closed] her bars about me for ever: when thou broughtest up my life from the pit, O Lord my God!
М-ам коборыт пынэ ла темелииле мунцилор, зэвоареле пэмынтулуй мэ ынкуяу пе вечие, дар Ту м-ай скос виу дин гроапэ, Доамне, Думнезеул меу!
7 When my soul fainted within me I remembered the Lord: and my prayer came unto thee, unto thy holy temple.
Кынд ымь тынжя суфлетул ын мине, мь-ам адус аминте де Домнул, ши ругэчуня мя а ажунс пынэ ла Тине, ын Темплул Тэу чел сфынт.
8 They that guard false vanities forsake [the source of] their kindness.
Чей че се липеск де идоль дешерць ындепэртязэ ындураря де ла ей.
9 But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; that which I have vowed will I pay; [for] help is with the Lord.
Еу ынсэ Ыць вой адуче жертфе ку ун стригэт де мулцумире, вой ымплини журуинцеле пе каре ле-ам фэкут. Мынтуиря вине де ла Домнул.”
10 And the Lord commanded the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land.
Домнул а ворбит пештелуй, ши пештеле а вэрсат пе Иона пе пэмынт.
