< Job 37 >
1 At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved upward out of its place.
also to/for this to tremble heart my and to start from place his
2 Hear, O hear, the rattling of his thunder, and the storm's roar that goeth out of his mouth.
to hear: hear to hear: hear in/on/with turmoil voice his and moaning from lip his to come out: come
3 Under the whole heavens he letteth it loose, and his lightning over the ends of the earth.
underneath: under all [the] heaven to free him and light his upon wing [the] land: country/planet
4 Behind it roareth the thunder; he thundereth with his majestic voice; and he holdeth them not back when his voice is heard.
after him to roar voice to thunder in/on/with voice pride his and not to assail them for to hear: hear voice his
5 God thundereth with his marvelous voice: he doth great things, which we cannot comprehend.
to thunder God in/on/with voice his to wonder to make: do great: large and not to know
6 For to the snow he saith, Be thou on the earth: likewise the pouring rain, and to the pouring rains of his strength.
for to/for snow to say to fall land: country/planet and rain rain and rain rain strength his
7 He sealeth it on the hand of every man, that all men whom he hath made may know it.
in/on/with hand all man to seal to/for to know all human deed: work his
8 Then retire the beasts into [their] dens, and rest in their lairs.
and to come (in): come living thing in/at/by ambush and in/on/with habitation her to dwell
9 Out of [his] chamber cometh the whirlwind, and out of the north, the cold.
from [the] chamber to come (in): come whirlwind and from scattering wind cold
10 From the breathing of God ice is given, and the broad waters become solid.
from breath God to give: give ice and width water in/on/with constraint
11 Also with moisture he loadeth the cloud; [and] he scattereth the cloud of his lightning;
also in/on/with moisture to burden cloud to scatter cloud light his
12 And it is turned round about by his guidance, to execute what he commandeth it upon the face of the world, the earth.
and he/she/it surrounds to overturn (in/on/with counsel his *Q(K)*) to/for to work they all which to command them upon face: surface world land: country/planet [to]
13 Whether it be as a chastising rod—if this be destined for his earth—or for kindness, doth he cause it to come.

14 Give ear unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider well the wonders of God.
to listen [emph?] this Job to stand: stand and to understand to wonder God
15 Dost thou know how God hath imposed [a law] on them, and [how] he hath caused the light of his cloud to shine?
to know in/on/with to set: put god upon them and to shine light cloud his
16 Dost thou know aught about the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him who is perfect in knowledge?
to know upon swaying cloud wonder unblemished knowledge
17 [Thou] who clothest thyself with warm garments, when He giveth the earth rest from the south wind?
which garment your hot in/on/with to quiet land: country/planet from south
18 Hast thou with him spread out the skies, which are strong even as a molten mirror?
to beat with him to/for cloud strong like/as mirror to pour: firm
19 Let us know what we shall say unto him: we cannot set aught in order [before him] because of darkness.
to know us what? to say to/for him not to arrange from face: because darkness
20 Can [all] be related of him, when I speak [ever so much]? or if a man talk [of him] even till he be swallowed up [in death]?
to recount to/for him for to speak: speak if: surely no to say man: anyone for to swallow up
21 Yet now men see not the light which is bright in the skies, when the wind hath passed along, and purified them.
and now not to see: see light bright he/she/it in/on/with cloud and spirit: breath to pass and be pure them
22 The golden [light] that cometh out of the north: around God is terrible majesty.
from north gold to come upon god to fear: revere splendor
23 The Almighty, whom we cannot find out, excellent in power, and in justice, and abounding in righteousness, will not afflict:
Almighty not to find him great strength and justice and abundance righteousness not to afflict
24 Therefore do men fear him; he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.
to/for so to fear: revere him human not to see: see all wise heart
