Job 36
1 Then continued Elihu, and said,
И Елиу продължавайки рече:
2 Wait for me a little, and I will instruct thee; for [I have] still some words on God's behalf.
Потърпи ме малко, и ще ти явя, Защото имам още нещо да ти кажа за Бога.
3 I will lift up my knowledge for him who is afar, and for my Maker will I obtain righteousness.
Ще черпя знанието си от далеч, И ще дам правда на Създателя си;
4 For truly no falsehood is [in] my words: one that is upright in [his] opinions [dealeth now] with thee.
Защото наистина думите ми не ще бъдат лъжливи; Един, който е усъвършенствуван в знание, стои пред тебе.
5 Behold, God is mighty, and despiseth not any: he is mighty in strength of intellect.
Ето, макар Бог да е мощен, не презира никого, - Макар да е мощен в силата Си да разсъждава.
6 He permitteth not the wicked to live; but he procureth justice for the afflicted.
Той не запазва живота на нечестивия, А на сиромасите отдава правото.
7 He withdraweth not his eyes from the righteous; but [he placeth them] with kings on the throne; yea, he doth establish them for ever, and they are exalted.
Не оттегля очите Си от праведните, Но даже ги туря и с царе да седят на престол за винаги, И те биват възвишени.
8 And if they be bound in fetters, and if they be entangled in the cords of affliction:
А във вериги, ако са вързани, И хванати с въжета на наскърбление,
9 Then doth he tell them of their work, and of their transgressions, when they had become strong.
Тогава им явява делата им И престъпленията им, че са се възгордели,
10 And he openeth thus their ear to correction, and saith that they should return from wrong-doing.
Отваря и ухото им за поука, И заповядва да се върнат от беззаконието;
11 If they hearken and serve [him], they will spend their days in happiness, and their years in pleasures.
И ако послужат и служат на Него, Ще прекарат дните си в благополучие И годините си във веселия;
12 But if they hearken not, they will pass away through the sword, and they will perish in want of knowledge.
Но ако не послушат, ще загинат от меч, И ще умрат без мъдрост.
13 But the hypocrites in heart persevere in wrath; they will not offer entreaty when he bindeth them:
А нечестивите в сърце питаят яд, Не викат към Бога за помощ когато ти връзва;
14 Their soul will die in youth, and their life, among the incestuous.
Те умират в младост, И животът им угасва между мръсните.
15 He delivereth the afflicted through his affliction, and openeth through oppression his ear.
Той избавя наскърбения чрез скръбта му, И чрез бедствие отваря ушите им
16 And also thee hath he incited away from the jaws of distress into a wide space, on the site of which there is no straitness; and what is set on thy table is full of fatness.
И така би извел и тебе из утеснение В широко място, гдето няма теснота; И слаганото на трапезата ти било би пълно с тлъстина.
17 But if thou art full of the judgment of the wicked: [divine] judgment and decree will support each other.
Но ти си пълен със съжденията на нечестивия; Затова съдбата и правосъдието те хващат,
18 For there would be fury, If aught were to incite thee to utter an abundance [of rebellious words]; and the greatness of the infliction must not mislead thee.
Внимавай да не би жегата на страданията ти да те подигне против удара; Тогава нито голям откуп би те отървал.
19 Will he esteem thy riches? no, not gold ore, nor all the highest forces of strength.
Ще важи ли викането ти да те извади от бедствие, Или всичките напрежения на силата ти?
20 Desire then not eagerly the night, when nations pass away in their place.
Не пожелавай нощта, Когато людете изчезват от мястото си.
21 Take heed, turn not thyself to wrong-doing, so that thou wouldst choose this because of [thy] affliction.
Внимавай! Не пожелавай беззаконието; Защото ти си предпочел това повече от наскърблението.
22 Behold, God is exalted by his power: who is an instructer like him?
Ето, Бог е възвишен в силата Си; Кой е господар като Него?
23 Who hath given him a charge concerning his way? or who hath ever said, Thou hast acted unjustly?
Кой Му е предписал пътя Му? Или кой може да Му рече: Извършил си беззаконие?
24 Reflect, that thou shouldst magnify his work, which [other] men have beheld.
Помни да възвеличаваш Неговото дело, Което човеците възпяват,
25 All men have looked at it [with astonishment]; the mortal gazeth at it from afar.
В което всичките човеци се взират, Което човекът гледа от далеч.
26 Behold, God is great, and we comprehend him not, the number of his years can truly not be searched out.
Ето, Бог е велик, и ние Го не познаваме; Числото на годините Му е неизследимо.
27 For he taketh away drops of water, which are purified into rain in his mist:
Той привлича водните капки, Които таят в дъжд от парите Му,
28 These drop down out of the skies; they distil upon the multitude of men.
Които облаците изливат И оросяват върху множество човеци.
29 But [what man] can understand the outspreadings of the clouds? the tumult of his tabernacle?
Може ли, даже, някой да разбере как се разпростират облаците, Или се произвеждат гърмежите на скинията Му?
30 Behold, he spreadeth out over it his light, and covereth up the roots of the sea.
Ето, простира светлината Си около Себе Си, И се покрива с морските дъна.
31 For by means of them he judgeth nations, he giveth food in superfluity.
(Понеже чрез тия неща съди народите; Дава храна изобилно),
32 [His] hands he covereth with light; and he commandeth it to strike the one who striveth against him.
Покрива ръцете Си със светкавицата, И заповядва й где да удари;
33 The noise of his storm telleth of it, yea, the cattle also, of the rising tempest.
Шумът й известява за това, И добитъкът - за пламъка, който възлиза.
