Jeremiah 30
1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,
၁ဤသည်ကားယေရမိထံသို့ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်ဆိုသောစကားဖြစ်၏။-
2 Thus hath said the Lord the God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
၂ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားက``သင့်ကိုငါမိန့်တော်မူ သမျှသောစကားတို့ကိုစာစောင်တွင်ရေး မှတ်၍ထားလော့။-
3 For, behold, days are coming, saith the Lord, when I will bring back again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord; and I will cause them to return to the land that I have given to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
၃အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော် ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားများနှင့်ယုဒအမျိုး သားများအား ငါပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ပေးမည့် အချိန်ကျရောက်လာတော့မည်ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် တည်း။ ငါသည်သူတို့ကိုမိမိတို့ဘိုးဘေးများ အား ငါပေးအပ်ခဲ့သည့်ပြည်သို့ပြန်လည်ခေါ် ဆောင်ခဲ့မည်ဖြစ်၍ သူတို့သည်ထိုပြည်ကိုတစ် ဖန်ပြန်၍ပိုင်ဆိုင်ရကြပေတော့အံ့။ ဤကား ငါထာဝရဘုရားမြွက်ဟသည့်စကား ဖြစ်၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
4 And these are the words that the Lord spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah;
၄ဣသရေလပြည်သားများနှင့်ယုဒပြည် သားတို့အားထာဝရဘုရားဤသို့မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
5 For thus hath said the Lord, A voice of terror have we heard, dread, and no peace.
၅ထာဝရဘုရားက``ငါသည်ထိတ်လန့်၍အော် ဟစ်သော အသံကိုကြားရ၏။ ထိုအသံသည်ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာယာသည့်အသံ မဟုတ်။ ကြောက်လန့်၍အော်ဟစ်သည့်အသံဖြစ်၏။
6 Ask ye now, and see whether a male doth give birth to a child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in giving birth? and why are all faces turned pale?
၆မေးမြန်းလျက်စဉ်းစားကြည့်ကြလော့။ အမျိုးသားသည်သားဖွား၍ရနိုင်သလော။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါမူအမျိုးသားပင်လျှင်သားဖွား ဝေဒနာ ခံရသည့်အမျိုးသမီးကဲ့သို့၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့်မိမိတို့ဝမ်းကိုလက်ဖြင့်နှိပ် လျက် နေသည်ကိုငါတွေ့ရှိရသနည်း။ လူတိုင်းသည်အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဖြူဖတ်ဖြူရော် ဖြစ်နေကြသနည်း။
7 Alas, for that day is great, there is none like it; and a time of distress it is unto Jacob; yet out of it shall he be saved.
၇ထိတ်လန့်ဖွယ်ကောင်းသည့်နေ့ရက်ကာလသည် ကျရောက်လာလိမ့်မည်။ အခြားအဘယ်နေ့ရက်ကိုမျှထိုနေ့ရက်နှင့် နှိုင်းယှဉ်၍မရ။ ထိုနေ့ရက်သည်ယာကုပ်အမျိုးဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခ ရောက်ရကြမည့်နေ့ရက်ဖြစ်၏။ သို့ရာတွင်သူတို့သည်အသက်မသေဘဲ ကျန်ရှိကြလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
8 And it shall come to pass on that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and thy bands will I burst asunder; and strangers shall not make him serve any more;
၈အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားက``ထို နေ့ရက်ကာလကျရောက်လာသောအခါ ငါသည်ထိုသူတို့၏လည်ဂုတ်ပေါ်မှထမ်း ပိုးကိုချိုးကာ သူတို့အားချည်နှောင်ထား သည့်သံကြိုးများကိုဖယ်ရှားပစ်မည်။ သူ တို့သည်နိုင်ငံခြားသားတို့ထံတွင်ကျွန်ခံ ရကြတော့မည်မဟုတ်။-
9 But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
၉မိမိတို့၏ဘုရားသခင်ငါထာဝရဘုရား၏ အမှုတော်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သူတို့၏ဘုရင် အဖြစ်ငါခန့်ထားမည့်ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းဆက်၏ အမှုတော်ကိုလည်းကောင်းထမ်းဆောင်ရကြ လိမ့်မည်။
10 And thou—do not fear, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord; and be not dismayed, O Israel; for, behold, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity: and Jacob shall return, and shall be at rest, and be secure, with none to terrify him.
၁၀``ငါ၏ကျွန်ယာကုပ်၊မကြောက်ကြနှင့်။ ဣသရေလပြည်သားတို့ထိတ်လန့်တုန်လှုပ်မှု မဖြစ်ကြနှင့်။ သုံ့ပန်းများအဖြစ်နှင့်သင်တို့နေရကြသော ပြည်၊ ထိုဝေးလံသောပြည်မှသင်တို့အား ငါကယ်ဆယ်မည်။ သင်တို့သည်ပြန်လာ၍ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာနေထိုင် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင်တို့သည်ဘေးမဲ့လုံခြုံမှုကိုရရှိကြ လိမ့်မည်။ အဘယ်သူမျှသူတို့အားချောက်လှန့် ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။ ဤကားငါထာဝရဘုရားမြွက်ဟသည့်စကား ဖြစ်၏။
11 For with thee am I, saith the Lord, to save thee: though I make a full end of all the nations whither I have scattered thee, yet of thee will I not make a full end; but I will correct thee in moderation, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.
၁၁ငါသည်ကယ်တင်ရန်သင်တို့ထံလာမည်။ သင်တို့အားငါကွဲလွင့်စေခဲ့ရာနိုင်ငံ တကာတို့အား ဖျက်ဆီးမည်။ သို့ရာတွင်သင်တို့ကိုမူဖျက်ဆီးမည်မဟုတ်။ ငါသည်သင်တို့အားအပြစ်ဒဏ်မခတ်ဘဲ ထားမည်မဟုတ်သော်လည်း အပြစ်ဒဏ်ခတ်သောအခါ၌မူကား တရားသဖြင့်ပြုမည်။ ဤကားငါထာဝရဘုရားမြွက်ဟသည့် စကားဖြစ်၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
12 For thus hath said the Lord, Incurable is thy bruise, and painful, thy wound.
၁၂ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏လူမျိုးတော်အား ``သင်တို့၏အနာများသည်ကျက်နိုင် တော့မည်မဟုတ်။ သင်တို့၏ဝေဒနာများသည်ကုသ၍ မပျောက်နိုင်တော့ပေ။
13 There is no one to plead thy cause, to bind up [thy wound]: useful remedies there are none for thee.
၁၃သင်တို့အားကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်မည့်သူ တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ။ သင်တို့အနာများအတွက်လည်းဆေး တစ်စုံတစ်ရာမျှမရှိသဖြင့် သင်တို့သည်မိမိတို့အနာရောဂါပျောက် ကင်းမှုအတွက် မျှော်လင့်ရာမဲ့ချေပြီ။
14 All thy lovers have forgotten thee; thee they seek not; for with the blow of an enemy have I smitten thee, with cruel chastisement, for the multitude of thy iniquity, because thy sins were so numerous.
၁၄သင်တို့၏ချစ်ခင်သူများသည်သင်တို့အား မေ့ပျောက်၍ သွားကြလေကုန်ပြီ။ သူတို့သည်ဂရုမစိုက်ကြတော့ပေ။ သင်တို့အပြစ်သည်များပြားလှ၍သင်တို့ ဒုစရိုက်သည် ကြီးမားလှသဖြင့် ငါသည်ရန်သူသဖွယ်သင်တို့အားဒဏ်ရာရ စေခဲ့၏။ သင်တို့ခံရသည့်အပြစ်ဒဏ်သည်ပြင်းထန်၏။
15 Why wilt thou cry out because of thy breach? for thy pain which is incurable? because of the multitude of thy iniquity, because thy sins were so numerous, have I done these things unto thee.
၁၅သင်တို့သည်မိမိတို့၏မပျောက်ကင်းနိုင်သည့် ဝေဒနာများအကြောင်းကိုမညည်းညူကြ နှင့်တော့။ သင်တို့၏အပြစ်သည်များပြားလှ၍သင်တို့ ဒုစရိုက်သည်ကြီးမားလှသဖြင့်၊ ငါသည်သင်တို့အားဤသို့အပြစ်ဒဏ် ခတ်ရခြင်းဖြစ်၏။
16 Nevertheless all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thy adversaries, all of them, shall go into captivity; and they that plunder thee shall be [given up] to plunder, and all that prey upon thee will I give up for a prey.
၁၆ယခုမှာမူသင်တို့အားဝါးမျိုသူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ဝါးမျိုခြင်းကိုခံရ၍ သင်တို့၏ရန်သူအပေါင်းသည်ဖမ်းဆီး ခေါ်ဆောင်ခြင်းကိုခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင်တို့အားနှိပ်စက်ညှဉ်းပန်းသူအပေါင်းသည် နှိပ်စက်ညှဉ်းပန်းခြင်းကိုခံရ၍၊ သင်တို့အားတိုက်ခိုက်လုယက်သူအပေါင်းသည် တိုက်ခိုက်လုယက်ခြင်းကိုခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။
17 For I will place a healing plaster on thy bruise, and of thy wounds will I cure thee, saith the Lord; because they called thee “an Outcast.” “This is Zion, whom no one seeketh after.”
၁၇သင်တို့၏ရန်သူများက`ဇိအုန်မြို့သည် အပယ်ခံဖြစ်လေပြီ။ ထိုမြို့ကိုအဘယ်သူမျှဂရုမစိုက်ကြတော့' ဟုဆိုသော်လည်း ငါသည်သင်တို့အားတစ်ဖန်ပြန်၍ကျန်းမာ လာစေမည်။ သင်တို့၏အနာများကိုကျက်စေမည်။ ဤကားငါထာဝရဘုရားမြွက်ဟသည့် စကားဖြစ်၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
18 Thus hath said the Lord, Behold, I will bring back again the captivity of the tents of Jacob, and on his dwelling-places will I have mercy; and the city shall be rebuilt upon her own heap of ruins, and the palace shall be inhabited after its [ancient] manner.
၁၈ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ ``ငါသည်ယာကုပ်အမျိုး၏တဲကိုပြန်လည် ကြွယ်ဝစေမည်။ ပြန်လည်ပို့ဆောင်မည်။ သူတို့၏အိမ်ထောင်စုမှန်သမျှကိုကရုဏာ ထားမည်။ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကိုပြန်လည်ထူထောင်၍ နန်းတော်ကိုလည်းပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
19 And there shall proceed out of them thanksgiving, and the voice of those that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be diminished; I will also make them numerous, and they shall not be made few in number.
၁၉ထိုနေရာတို့တွင်နေထိုင်ကြသူများသည် ထောမနာသီချင်းကိုသီဆိုကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည်ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာကြွေးကြော်ကြ လိမ့်မည်။ ငါသည်သူတို့အားလူဦးရေတိုးပွားစေ၍ ဂုဏ်အသရေရှိစေမည်။
20 And their children shall be as aforetimes, and their congregation shall be firmly established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.
၂၀ငါသည်ဤပြည်အားရှေးအခါကရရှိခဲ့သည့် တန်ခိုးအာဏာကိုပြန်လည်ပေး၍ ထိုတန်ခိုးအာဏာကိုလည်းတည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲ စေမည်။ သူတို့အားနှိပ်စက်ညှဉ်းပန်းသူအပေါင်းကိုငါ အပြစ်ဒဏ်ခတ်မည်။
21 And their leader shall be of themselves, and their ruler shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me; for who is this that will venture of his own heart to approach unto me? saith the Lord.
၂၁သူတို့ကိုအုပ်စိုးမည့်သူသည်သူတို့လူမျိုးမှ ပေါ်ထွန်းရလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့၏မင်းသည်သူတို့အမျိုးသားများ အထဲမှပေါ်ထွန်းရလိမ့်မည်။ ငါဖိတ်ခေါ်သောအခါထိုသူသည်ငါ့ထံသို့ ချဉ်းကပ်လိမ့်မည်။ ငါမဖိတ်မခေါ်ဘဲအဘယ်သူသည်ငါ့ထံသို့ ချဉ်းကပ်ဝံ့သနည်း။ သူတို့သည်ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်ဖြစ်ကြလျက် ငါသည်လည်းသူတို့၏ဘုရားဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ ဤကားငါထာဝရဘုရားမြွက်ဟသည့် စကားဖြစ်၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
22 And ye shall be unto me for a people, and I will be unto you for a God.
၂၂
23 Behold, the storm-wind of the Lord goeth forth with fury, an abiding storm-wind: upon the head of the wicked shall it fall.
၂၃ကိုယ်တော်၏အမျက်တော်သည်သူယုတ်မာ တို့၏ဦးခေါင်းထက်တွင် တိုက်ခတ်သည့်လေ ပြင်းမုန်တိုင်းနှင့်တူ၏။ ထိုအမျက်တော်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကြံစည်တော်မူသမျှသောအမှု များမပြီးမချင်းပြေငြိမ်းလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။ ဤအချက်ကိုကိုယ်တော်၏လူမျိုးတော်သည် နောင်လာလတ္တံ့သောနေ့ရက်များ၌သိရှိ နားလည်လာကြလိမ့်မည်။
24 The fierceness of the anger of the Lord will not turn back, until he have done, and until he have fulfilled the purposes of his heart: in the latter days shall ye understand this.
