Jeremiah 30
1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,
Miabot kang Jeremias ang pulong ni Yahweh nga nag-ingon,
2 Thus hath said the Lord the God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
“Mao kini ang giingon ni Yahweh ang Dios sa Israel, 'Isulat sa linukot nga sulatanan ang tanang pulong nga akong gisulti kanimo diha sa sulatanan.
3 For, behold, days are coming, saith the Lord, when I will bring back again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord; and I will cause them to return to the land that I have given to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
Kay tan-awa, moabot ang adlaw—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh—sa dihang ibalik ko ang kadagaya sa akong katawhan sa Israel ug sa Juda. Ako si Yahweh, nag-ingon niini. Kay pabalikon ko sila ngadto sa yuta nga akong gihatag sa ilang katigulangan, ug magpuyo sila niini.'''
4 And these are the words that the Lord spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah;
Mao kini ang mga pulong nga giingon ni Yahweh mahitungod sa Israel ug sa Juda,
5 For thus hath said the Lord, A voice of terror have we heard, dread, and no peace.
“Kay miingon si Yahweh niini, 'Nakadungog kita sa pagtiyabaw sa kahadlok ug walay kalinaw.
6 Ask ye now, and see whether a male doth give birth to a child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in giving birth? and why are all faces turned pale?
Pangita ug tan-awa kung makabaton ug anak ang usa ka lalaki. Nganong nakita ko man ang matag batan-on nga naninghawak sama sa usa ka babaye nga nagbati? Nganong nangluspad man ang tanan nilang panagway?
7 Alas, for that day is great, there is none like it; and a time of distress it is unto Jacob; yet out of it shall he be saved.
Pagkaalaot! Kay kana nga adlaw makuyaw ug walay sama niini. Panahon kini sa kagul-anan alang kang Jacob, apan pagaluwason gihapon siya gikan niini.
8 And it shall come to pass on that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and thy bands will I burst asunder; and strangers shall not make him serve any more;
Kay mahitabo kini nianang adlawa—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga labawng makagagahom—nga pangbalion ko ang mga yugo nga anaa sa inyong liog, ug pagatanggalon ko ang inyong mga kadena, aron dili na kamo maulipon pa sa mga langyaw.
9 But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
Hinuon magsimba sila kang Yahweh nga ilang Dios ug mag-alagad kang David nga ilang hari, nga himoon ko nga hari alang kanila.
10 And thou—do not fear, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord; and be not dismayed, O Israel; for, behold, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity: and Jacob shall return, and shall be at rest, and be secure, with none to terrify him.
Busa ikaw, Jacob nga akong alagad, ayaw kahadlok—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh—ug ayaw kabalaka Israel. Kay timan-i, papaulion ko ikaw sa dili madugay gikan sa halayong dapit, ug ang imong mga kaliwat nga gikan sa yuta sa pagkaulipon. Mobalik si Jacob ug magmalinawon; layo siya sa piligro, ug wala na gayoy gikahadlokan.
11 For with thee am I, saith the Lord, to save thee: though I make a full end of all the nations whither I have scattered thee, yet of thee will I not make a full end; but I will correct thee in moderation, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.
Kay mag-uban ako kaninyo—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh—aron sa pagluwas kaninyo. Unya taposon ko sa hingpit ang tanang mga nasod kung diin kamo akong gipatibulaag. Apan dili ko gayod kamo puohon, bisan nga gipanton ko kamo pinasubay sa hustisya ug dili gayod kamo tugotan nga dili masilotan.'
12 For thus hath said the Lord, Incurable is thy bruise, and painful, thy wound.
Kay miingon si Yahweh niini, 'Dili na maulian ang inyong samad; hilabihan na kaayo ang inyong samad.
13 There is no one to plead thy cause, to bind up [thy wound]: useful remedies there are none for thee.
Walay usa nga magpakiluoy sa inyong kahimtang; wala nay makatambal alang sa inyong samad aron kamo maulian.
14 All thy lovers have forgotten thee; thee they seek not; for with the blow of an enemy have I smitten thee, with cruel chastisement, for the multitude of thy iniquity, because thy sins were so numerous.
Gikalimtan na kamo sa tanan nga nahigugma kaninyo. Dili na sila mangita kaninyo, tungod kay gisamaran ko kamo sama sa kaaway nga nagsamad kaninyo ug sa pagpanton sa usa ka mangtas nga agalon tungod sa daghan ninyong kasaypanan ug sa inyong mga sala nga dili maihap.
15 Why wilt thou cry out because of thy breach? for thy pain which is incurable? because of the multitude of thy iniquity, because thy sins were so numerous, have I done these things unto thee.
Nganong magpakitabang man kamo alang sa inyong mga samad? Dili na maulian ang inyong kasakit. Tungod sa daghan ninyong kasaypanan, ang inyong sala nga dili maihap, gihimo ko kining tanan alang kaninyo.
16 Nevertheless all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thy adversaries, all of them, shall go into captivity; and they that plunder thee shall be [given up] to plunder, and all that prey upon thee will I give up for a prey.
Busa ang tanan nga naglamoy kaninyo pagalamoyon, ug ang tanan nga inyong mga kaaway mamahimong ulipon. Kay ang mga nangawat kaninyo makawatan, ug himoon ko ang tanang nangilog kaninyo nga mailogan.
17 For I will place a healing plaster on thy bruise, and of thy wounds will I cure thee, saith the Lord; because they called thee “an Outcast.” “This is Zion, whom no one seeketh after.”
Kay magdala ako ug kaayohan kaninyo; ayohon ko ang inyong mga samad—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh— buhaton ko kini tungod kay gitawag nila kamo: mga sinalikway. Walay nagtagad niini nga Zion.'''
18 Thus hath said the Lord, Behold, I will bring back again the captivity of the tents of Jacob, and on his dwelling-places will I have mercy; and the city shall be rebuilt upon her own heap of ruins, and the palace shall be inhabited after its [ancient] manner.
Miingon si Yahweh niini, “Tan-awa, akong ibalik ang kadagaya sa mga tolda ni Jacob ug kaluy-an ang iyang mga panimalay. Unya matukod ang siyudad gikan sa labihang pagkagun-ob, ug ang kota molungtad pag-usab kung asa kini gamiton.
19 And there shall proceed out of them thanksgiving, and the voice of those that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be diminished; I will also make them numerous, and they shall not be made few in number.
Unya ang awit sa pagdayeg ug tingog sa pagmaya madungog gikan kanila, kay padaghanon ko sila ug dili ko sila puohon; pasidunggan ko sila aron dili sila madaogdaog.
20 And their children shall be as aforetimes, and their congregation shall be firmly established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.
Unya ang ilang katawhan mahimong sama kaniadto, ug ang ilang katawhan matukod sa akong atubangan sa dihang silotan ko ang tanan nga nagsakit kanila.
21 And their leader shall be of themselves, and their ruler shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me; for who is this that will venture of his own heart to approach unto me? saith the Lord.
Ang ilang pangulo maggikan kanila. Moipon siya sa inyong taliwala sa dihang moduol ako kaniya ug sa dihang moduol siya kanako. Kay kung dili ko kini buhaton, kinsa man ang mangahas sa pagduol kanako? —mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh.
22 And ye shall be unto me for a people, and I will be unto you for a God.
Unya mahimo kamong akong katawhan ug ako mahimong inyong Dios.
23 Behold, the storm-wind of the Lord goeth forth with fury, an abiding storm-wind: upon the head of the wicked shall it fall.
Tan-awa, migawas na ang kasuko ni Yahweh ug ang iyang kapungot. Mapadayonon kini nga unos. Motuyoktuyok sa mga ulo sa daotang mga tawo.
24 The fierceness of the anger of the Lord will not turn back, until he have done, and until he have fulfilled the purposes of his heart: in the latter days shall ye understand this.
Ang kapungot ni Yahweh dili mahupay hangtod dili kini matuman ang katuyoan sa iyang kasingkasing. Sa ulahing mga adlaw, masabtan ra ninyo kini.”
