Isaiah 66
1 Thus hath said the Lord, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is there a house that ye can build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
௧யெகோவா சொல்கிறது என்னவென்றால்: வானம் எனக்குச் சிங்காசனம், பூமி எனக்குப் பாதபடி; நீங்கள் எனக்குக் கட்டும் ஆலயம் எப்படிப்பட்டது? நான் தங்கியிருக்கும் இடம் எப்படிப்பட்டது?
2 For all these things hath my hand made, that all these things came into being, saith the Lord; but upon such a one will I look, upon the poor, and him who is of a contrite spirit, and who trembleth at my word.
௨என்னுடைய கரம் இவைகளையெல்லாம் படைத்ததினால் இவைகளெல்லாம் உண்டானது என்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்; ஆனாலும் சிறுமைப்பட்டு, ஆவியில் நொறுங்குண்டு, என் வசனத்திற்கு நடுங்குகிறவனையே நோக்கிப்பார்ப்பேன்.
3 He that slaughtereth the ox, slayeth a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, breaketh the neck of a dog; he that offereth a meat-offering, [offereth] swine's blood; he that burneth incense, blesseth an idol: yea, they have made choice of their own ways, and in their abominations doth their soul delight.
௩மாட்டை வெட்டுகிறவன் மனிதனைக் கொல்லுகிறவனாகவும், ஆட்டைப் பலியிடுகிறவன் நாயைக் கழுத்தறுக்கிறவனாகவும், காணிக்கையைப் படைக்கிறவன் பன்றி இரத்தத்தைப் படைக்கிறவனாகவும், தூபங்காட்டுகிறவன் சிலையை போற்றுகிறவனாகவும் இருக்கிறான்; இவர்கள் தங்கள் வழிகளையே தெரிந்துகொள்ளுகிறார்கள்; இவர்களுடைய ஆத்துமா தங்கள் அருவருப்புகளின்மேல் விருப்பமாயிருக்கிறது.
4 So will I also make choice of their misfortune, and what they dread will I bring upon them; because I called, and none did answer; I spoke, and they did not hear; and they did what is evil in my eyes, and that in which I delighted not did they choose.
௪நான் கூப்பிட்டும் மறுமொழி கொடுக்கிறவனில்லாமலும், நான் பேசியும் அவர்கள் கேளாமலும், அவர்கள் என் பார்வைக்குப் பொல்லாப்பானதைச் செய்து, நான் விரும்பாததைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டதினால், நானும் அவர்களுடைய ஆபத்தைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டு, அவர்களுடைய திகில்களை அவர்கள்மேல் வரச்செய்வேன்.
5 Hear the word of the Lord, ye that tremble at his word: Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for the sake of my name, said, “Let the Lord be glorified;” but he will appear to your joy, and they shall be made ashamed.
௫யெகோவாவுடைய வசனத்திற்கு நடுங்குகிறவர்களே, அவருடைய வார்த்தையைக் கேளுங்கள்; என் நாமத்தினிமித்தம் உங்களைப் பகைத்து, உங்களை அப்புறப்படுத்துகிற உங்கள் சகோதரர்கள், யெகோவா மகிமைப்படுவாராக என்கிறார்களே; அவர் உங்களுக்குச் சந்தோஷம் உண்டாக காணப்படுவார்; அவர்களோ வெட்கப்படுவார்கள்.
6 [There is] a voice of tumult from the city, a voice from the temple, the voice of the Lord who rendereth recompense to his enemies.
௬நகரத்திலிருந்து அமளியின் இரைச்சலும் தேவாலயத்திலிருந்து சத்தமும் கேட்கப்படும்; அது தமது எதிரிகளுக்கு பாடம்கற்பிக்கிற யெகோவாவுடைய சத்தந்தானே.
7 Before she had travailed she brought forth; before yet her pain was come, she was delivered of a man-child.
௭பிரசவவேதனைப்படுவதற்குமுன் பெற்றெடுத்தாள், கர்ப்பவேதனை வருவதற்குமுன் ஆண்பிள்ளையைப் பெற்றாள்.
8 Who hath heard the like? who hath seen such things? shall a land be made to travail in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? that Zion hath travailed, also brought forth her children?
௮இப்படிப்பட்டவைகளைக் கேள்விப்பட்டது யார்? இப்படிப்பட்டவைகளைக் கண்டது யார்? ஒரு தேசத்திற்கு ஒரே நாளில் பிள்ளைப்பேறு வருமோ? ஒரு தேசம் ஒரே சமயத்தில் பிறக்குமோ? சீயோனோவெனில், ஒரே சமயத்தில் வேதனைப்பட்டும், தன் மகன்களைப் பெற்றும் இருக்கிறது.
9 Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the Lord; or shall I who cause to bring forth, now prevent it? saith thy God.
௯பெறச்செய்கிறவராகிய நான் பெறச்செய்யாமல் இருப்பேனோ என்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்; பிரசவிக்கச்செய்கிறவராகிய நான் பிரசவத்தைத் தடுப்பேனோ என்று உன் தேவன் சொல்கிறார்.
10 Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be delighted over her, all ye that love her; be highly glad with her, all ye that mourn for her.
௧0எருசலேமை நேசிக்கிற நீங்களெல்லோரும் அவளுடன் சந்தோஷப்பட்டு, அவளைக்குறித்துக் களிகூருங்கள்; அவளுக்காக துக்கித்திருந்த நீங்களெல்லோரும் அவளுடன் மிகவும் மகிழுங்கள்.
11 In order that ye may suck, and be satisfied with the breast of her consolations; in order that ye may sip, and find pleasure from the abundance of her glory.
௧௧நீங்கள் அவளுடைய ஆறுதல்களின் முலைப்பாலை உண்டு திருப்தியாகி, நீங்கள் சூப்பிக்குடித்து, அவளுடைய மகிமையின் பிரகாசத்தினால் மனமகிழ்ச்சியாகுங்கள்;
12 For thus hath said the Lord, Behold, I will extend to her peace like a river, and like a rapid stream the glory of nations, that ye may suck: upon the arm shall ye be borne, and upon knees shall ye be dandled.
௧௨யெகோவா சொல்கிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, நான் சமாதானத்தை ஒரு நதியைப்போலவும், தேசங்களின் மகிமையைப் புரண்டு ஓடுகிற ஆற்றைப்போலவும் அவளிடமாகப் பாயும்படி செய்கிறேன்; அப்பொழுது நீங்கள் முலைப்பால் குடிப்பீர்கள்; இடுப்பில் வைத்துச் சுமக்கப்படுவீர்கள்; முழங்காலில் வைத்துத் தாலாட்டப்படுவீர்கள்.
13 As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and in Jerusalem shall ye be comforted.
௧௩ஒருவனை அவன் தாய் தேற்றுவதுபோல் நான் உங்களைத் தேற்றுவேன்; நீங்கள் எருசலேமிலே தேற்றப்படுவீர்கள்.
14 And ye shall see this, and your heart shall be glad, and your bones shall flourish like the grass; and then will be known the hand of the Lord on his servants, and he will be indignant toward his enemies.
௧௪நீங்கள் அதைக் காணும்போது, உங்கள் இருதயம் மகிழ்ந்து, உங்கள் எலும்புகள் பசும்புல்லைப்போலச் செழிக்கும்; அப்பொழுது யெகோவாவுடைய ஊழியக்காரரிடத்தில் அவருடைய கரமும், அவருடைய எதிரிகளிடத்தில் அவருடைய கோபமும் தெரியவரும்.
15 For, behold, the Lord will come with fire, and his chariots will be like the storm-wind, to send forth his anger with fury, and his threatening with flames of fire.
௧௫இதோ, தம்முடைய கோபத்தை கடுங்கோபமாகவும், தம்முடைய கடிந்துகொள்ளுதலை நெருப்புத்தழலாகவும் செலுத்தக் யெகோவா அக்கினியுடனும் வருவார், பெருங்காற்றைப்போன்ற தம்முடைய இரதங்களுடனும் வருவார்.
16 For by fire will the Lord judge, and by his sword against all flesh: and many shall be the slain of the Lord.
௧௬யெகோவா அக்கினியாலும், தமது பட்டயத்தாலும், மாம்சமான எல்லோருடனும் வழக்காடுவார்; கர்த்தரால் கொலைசெய்யப்பட்டவர்கள் அநேகராயிருப்பார்கள்.
17 They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves for the gardens, behind one tree in the midst, they who eat the flesh of the swine, and the abomination, and the mouse, together shall they perish, saith the Lord.
௧௭தங்களைத்தாங்களே பரிசுத்தப்படுத்திக்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களும், தோப்புகளின் நடுவிலே தங்களைத் தாங்களே ஒருவர்பின் ஒருவராகச் சுத்திகரித்துக்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களும், பன்றியிறைச்சியையும், அருவருப்பானதையும், எலியையும் சாப்பிடுகிறவர்களும் முழுவதுமாக அழிக்கப்படுவார்கள் என்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்.
18 And I, because of their works and their thoughts, will let it come to pass to gather all the nations and tongues; and they shall come, and shall see my glory.
௧௮நான் அவர்களுடைய செயல்களையும், அவர்கள் நினைவுகளையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்; நான் எல்லா தேசத்தாரையும் பல்வேறு மொழிகளைப் பேசுகிறவர்களையுங் ஒன்றாகச் சேர்க்கும்காலம் வரும்; அவர்கள் வந்து என் மகிமையைக் காண்பார்கள்.
19 And I will display a sign on them, and I will send from them those that escape unto the nations, Tharshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, Thubal, and Javan, the isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, and have not seen my glory; and they shall proclaim my glory among the nations.
௧௯நான் அவர்களில் ஒரு அடையாளத்தைக் கட்டளையிடுவேன்; அவர்களில் தப்பினவர்களை, என் புகழ்ச்சியைக் கேளாமலும், என் மகிமையைக் காணாமலுமிருக்கிற மக்களின் தேசங்களாகிய தர்ஷீசுக்கும், வில்வீரர்கள் இருக்கிற பூலுக்கும், லூதுக்கும், தூபாலுக்கும், யாவானுக்கும், தூரத்திலுள்ள தீவுகளுக்கும் அனுப்புவேன்; அவர்கள் என் மகிமையை தேசங்களுக்குள்ளே அறிவிப்பார்கள்.
20 And they shall bring all your brethren out of all nations as an offering unto the Lord, upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon dromedaries, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith the Lord, as the children of Israel bring the offering in a clean vessel into the house of the Lord.
௨0இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் சுத்தமான பாத்திரத்தில் காணிக்கையைக் யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்திற்குக் கொண்டுவருகிறதுபோல, உங்கள் சகோதரர் எல்லோரையும் அவர்கள் குதிரைகளின்மேலும், இரதங்களின்மேலும், சரக்கு வண்டிகளின்மேலும், கோவேறு கழுதைகளின்மேலும், வேகமான ஒட்டகங்களின்மேலும், சகல தேசங்களிடத்திலுமிருந்து எருசலேமிலுள்ள யெகோவாவுக்குக் காணிக்கையாக என் பரிசுத்த மலைக்குக் கொண்டுவருவார்கள் என்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்.
21 And of them also will I take for priests and for Levites, saith the Lord.
௨௧அவர்களிலும் சிலரை ஆசாரியராகவும் லேவியராகவும் தெரிந்துகொள்வேன் என்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்.
22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall have permanence before me, saith the Lord, so shall exist permanently your seed and your name.
௨௨நான் படைக்கப்போகிற புதிய வானமும் புதிய பூமியும் எனக்கு முன்பாக நிற்பதுபோல, உங்கள் சந்ததியும், உங்கள் பெயரும் நிற்குமென்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்.
23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to the other new moon, and from one sabbath to the other sabbath, shall all flesh come to prostrate themselves before me, saith the Lord.
௨௩அப்பொழுது: மாதந்தோறும், ஓய்வுநாள்தோறும், மாம்சமான அனைவரும் எனக்கு முன்பாகத் தொழுதுகொள்வார்களென்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்.
24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcasses of the men that have transgressed against me; for their worm shall not die, nor shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorrence unto all flesh.
௨௪அவர்கள் வெளியே போய் எனக்கு விரோதமாகப் பாதகம்செய்த மனிதர்களுடைய பிரேதங்களைப் பார்ப்பார்கள்; அவர்களுடைய பூச்சி சாகாமலும், அவர்களுடைய நெருப்பு அணையாமலும் இருக்கும்; அவர்கள் மாம்சமான அனைவருக்கும் அருவருப்பாயிருப்பார்கள்.
