Isaiah 62
1 For the sake of Zion will I not be silent, and for the sake of Jerusalem will I not be quiet; until its righteousness go forth as the brightness [of light], and its salvation as a burning torch.
Por causa de Sión no callaré, y por causa de Jerusalem no reposaré, hasta que salga como resplandor su justicia, y su salud se encienda como una hacha.
2 And nations shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory; and men shall call thee by a new name, which the mouth of the Lord shall pronounce.
Y verán las naciones tu justicia, y todos los reyes tu gloria; y serte ha puesto un nombre nuevo que la boca de Jehová nombrará.
3 And thou shalt be a crown of ornament in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.
Y serás corona de gloria en la mano de Jehová, y diadema de reino en la mano del Dios tuyo.
4 Thou shalt not be termed any more “Forsaken,” and thy land shall not be termed any more “Desolate;” for thou shalt be called “My delight in her” [[Chephzi-bah]], and thy land “Espoused” [[Be'ulah]]; for the Lord will have delight in thee, and thy land shall be espoused.
Nunca más te llamarán desamparada, ni tu tierra se dirá más asolamiento: mas serás llamada Hapsiba, Mi voluntad en ella; y tu tierra Beula, Casada; porque el querer de Jehová será en ti, y tu tierra será casada.
5 For as a young man espouseth a virgin, so shall thy sons espouse thee; and as the bridegroom is glad over the bride, so will be glad over thee thy God.
Porque como el mancebo se casa con la virgen, se casarán contigo tus hijos; y como el gozo del esposo con la esposa, así se gozará contigo el Dios tuyo.
6 Over thy walls, O Jerusalem, have I appointed watchmen, all the day and all the night, continually, shall they not be silent: ye that make mention of the Lord, take ye no rest.
Sobre tus muros, o! Jerusalem, he puesto guardas; todo el día y toda la noche continuamente no callarán. Los que os acordáis de Jehová, no ceséis.
7 And give him no rest, until he have established, and until he have set up Jerusalem as a praise on the earth.
Ni a él le deis vagar hasta que confirme, y hasta que ponga a Jerusalem en alabanza en la tierra.
8 Sworn hath the Lord by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, I will not give thy corn any more as food for thy enemies, and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy young wine for which thou hast labored;
Juró Jehová por su mano derecha, y por el brazo de su fortaleza: Que jamás daré tu trigo por comida a tus enemigos, ni beberán los extraños el vino que tu trabajaste.
9 But they who gather it shall eat it, and praise the Lord; and they who bring it together shall drink it in the courts of my sanctuary.
Mas los que lo allegaron, lo comerán, y alabarán a Jehová; y los que lo cogieron lo beberán en los patios de mi santuario.
10 Pass, pass through the gates, make clear the way of the people, cast up, cast up the highway, remove away the stones, lift up a banner over the nations.
Pasád, pasád por las puertas: barréd el camino al pueblo: allanád, allanád la calzada, quitád las piedras, alzád pendón a los pueblos.
11 Behold, the Lord hath caused to be heard unto the ends of the earth, “Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.”
He aquí que Jehová hizo oír hasta lo último de la tierra: Decíd a la hija de Sión: He aquí viene tu Salvador: he aquí que su salario trae, y su obra delante de él.
12 And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord; and thou shalt be called, Sought for, [[Derusha, ]] The city never forsaken.
Y llamarles han: Pueblo santo, redimidos de Jehová; y a ti te llamarán: Ciudad buscada, no desamparada.
