Isaiah 62

1 For the sake of Zion will I not be silent, and for the sake of Jerusalem will I not be quiet; until its righteousness go forth as the brightness [of light], and its salvation as a burning torch.

Dili gayod ako magpakahilom alang sa kaayohan sa Zion ug sa Jerusalem, hangtod nga ang iyang pagkamatarong modan-ag, ug ang iyang kaluwasan nga daw sulo nga nagsiga.

2 And nations shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory; and men shall call thee by a new name, which the mouth of the Lord shall pronounce.

Makita sa kanasoran ang imong pagkamatarong, ug makita sa mga hari ang imong himaya. Pagatawagon ka sa bag-ong ngalan nga gipili ni Yahweh.

3 And thou shalt be a crown of ornament in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.

Mahimo usab kamong maanyag nga korona diha sa kamot ni Yahweh, ug usa ka purongpurong sa pagkahari diha sa kamot sa inyong Dios.

4 Thou shalt not be termed any more “Forsaken,” and thy land shall not be termed any more “Desolate;” for thou shalt be called “My delight in her” [[Chephzi-bah]], and thy land “Espoused” [[Be'ulah]]; for the Lord will have delight in thee, and thy land shall be espoused.

Dili na kamo pagatawagon ug, “Sinalikway”; o tawagon sa inyong yuta ug, “Biniyaan.” Sa tinuod, pagatawagon kamo nga “Ang akong kalipay anaa kanila,” ug ang inyong yuta motawag kaninyo nga “Minyo,” kay ang kalipay ni Yahweh anaa kaninyo, ug ang inyong yuta pagaminyoan.

5 For as a young man espouseth a virgin, so shall thy sons espouse thee; and as the bridegroom is glad over the bride, so will be glad over thee thy God.

Sa pagkatinuod, ingon nga ang batan-ong lalaki mangasawa sa batan-ong babaye, busa pangasaw-on kamo sa inyong mga anak nga lalaki, ug maingon sa usa ka pamanhonon nga magakalipay sa iyang pangasaw-onon, ang inyong Dios magmaya uban kaninyo.

6 Over thy walls, O Jerusalem, have I appointed watchmen, all the day and all the night, continually, shall they not be silent: ye that make mention of the Lord, take ye no rest.

Nagbutang ako ug tigbantay sa inyong mga kota, O Jerusalem; dili sila magpakahilom sa adlaw ug sa gabii. Kinahanglan dili ka mohunong sa pagpahinumdom kang Yahweh.

7 And give him no rest, until he have established, and until he have set up Jerusalem as a praise on the earth.

Ayaw gayod siya papahulaya hangtod nga matukod niya pagbalik ang Jerusalem ug mahimo kining usa ka pagdayeg sa yuta.

8 Sworn hath the Lord by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, I will not give thy corn any more as food for thy enemies, and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy young wine for which thou hast labored;

Nanumpa si Yahweh pinaagi sa iyang tuong kamot ug pinaagi sa kusog sa iyang bukton, “Sa pagkatinuod dili ko na gayod ihatag ang inyong pagkaon ngadto sa inyong mga kaaway. Dili na imnon sa mga langyaw ang inyong bag-ong bino, kay gihagoan man ninyo kini.

9 But they who gather it shall eat it, and praise the Lord; and they who bring it together shall drink it in the courts of my sanctuary.

Kay kadtong nag-ani sa mga trigo maoy mokaon niini ug modayeg kang Yahweh, ug kadtong nagpupo sa mga ubas maoy moinom sa bino sa hawanan sa akong balaan nga templo.”

10 Pass, pass through the gates, make clear the way of the people, cast up, cast up the highway, remove away the stones, lift up a banner over the nations.

Adto, pag-adto sa ganghaan! Andama ang agianan alang sa katawhan! Himoa kini, paghimo ug lapad nga dalan! Hawani sa mga bato! Pagpataas ug bandila alang sa kanasoran!

11 Behold, the Lord hath caused to be heard unto the ends of the earth, “Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.”

Tan-awa, nagpahibalo si Yahweh ngadto sa kinatumyan sa kalibotan, “Sultihi ang anak nga babaye sa Zion: Tan-awa, ang inyong manluluwas moabot na! Tan-awa, dala niya ang iyang ganti, ug nag-una kaniya ang iyang bayad.”

12 And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord; and thou shalt be called, Sought for, [[Derusha, ]] The city never forsaken.

Tawgon ka nila, “Ang balaang katawhan; ang tinubos ni Yahweh,” ug “Pinangita; usa ka siyudad nga dili biniyaan.”
