Isaiah 56
1 Thus hath said the Lord, Keep ye justice, and do equity; for near is my salvation to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
Así dijo Jehová: Guardád derecho, y hacéd justicia; porque cercana está mi salud para venir, y mi justicia para manifestarse.
2 Happy is the mortal that ever doth this, and the son of man that ever layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath by not violating it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
Bienaventurado el hombre que esto hiciere, y el hijo del hombre que tomare esto: Que guarda el sábado de contaminarle, y que guarda su mano de hacer todo mal.
3 And let not say the son of the stranger, that joineth himself unto the Lord, saying, Surely the Lord will exclude me from his people; nor let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
Y no diga el hijo del extranjero allegado a Jehová, diciendo: Apartando me apartará Jehová de su pueblo; ni diga el castrado: He aquí, yo soy árbol seco.
4 For thus hath said the Lord concerning the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and make choice of what pleaseth me, and take hold of my covenant.
Porque así dijo Jehová a los castrados, que guardaren mis sábados, y escogieren lo que yo quiero, y tomaren mi concierto:
5 I will indeed give unto them in my house and within my walls a place and a name, better than sons and daughters: an everlasting name will I give them, that shall not be cut off.
Yo les daré lugar en mi casa, y dentro de mis muros: y nombre mejor que a los hijos y a las hijas: nombre perpetuo les daré que nunca perecerá.
6 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves unto the Lord, to serve him, and to love the name of the Lord, to be unto him as servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath by not violating it, and those who take hold of my covenant:
Y a los hijos de los extranjeros que se llegaren a Jehová para ministrarle, y que amaren el nombre de Jehová para ser sus siervos: todos los que guardaren el sábado de contaminarle, y tomaren mi concierto:
7 Even these will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer; their burnt-offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations.
Yo los llevaré al monte de mi santidad, y festejarlos he en la casa de mi oración: sus holocaustos y sus sacrificios serán aceptos sobre mi altar; porque mi casa, casa de oración será llamada de todos los pueblos.
8 Thus saith the Lord Eternal who gathereth the outcasts of Israel, I will yet gather [others] to him, beside his own gathered [outcasts].
Dice el Señor Jehová, el que junta los echados de Israel: Aun juntaré sobre él sus congregados.
9 All ye beasts of the field, come to devour, [yea, ] all ye beasts in the forest.
Todas las bestias del campo, veníd a tragar, todas las bestias del monte.
10 His watchmen are all of them blind, they know nothing; they all are dumb dogs, they cannot bark; dreamers, lying down, loving to slumber.
Sus atalayas, ciegos: todos ellos ignorantes, todos ellos perros mudos: no pueden ladrar, dormidos, echados, aman el dormir.
11 But the dogs are of a greedy disposition, they know not how to be satisfied; and those are shepherds that know how to understand: they all turn to their own way, every one after his gain, from all quarters.
Y aquellos perros animosos no conocen hartura; y los mismos pastores no supieron entender: todos ellos miran a sus caminos, cada uno a su provecho, cada uno por su cabo.
12 Come ye, I will fetch wine, and let us swallow abundantly of strong drink; and like this day shall it be tomorrow, excellent and in very great abundance.
Veníd, tomaré vino, embriaguémosnos de sidra; y será el día de mañana como este, mucho más excelente.
