Isaiah 52
1 Awake, awake, put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, thou holy city; for no more shall enter into thee henceforth the uncircumcised and the unclean.
൧സീയോനേ, ഉണരുക, ഉണരുക, നിന്റെ ബലം ധരിച്ചുകൊള്ളുക; വിശുദ്ധനഗരമായ യെരൂശലേമേ, നിന്റെ അലങ്കാരവസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ചുകൊള്ളുക; ഇനിമേലിൽ അഗ്രചർമ്മിയും അശുദ്ധനും നിന്നിലേക്കു വരുകയില്ല.
2 Shake thyself free from the dust, arise, sit down, O Jerusalem: loosen thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive, daughter of Zion.
൨പൊടി കുടഞ്ഞുകളയുക; യെരൂശലേമേ, എഴുന്നേറ്റ് ഇരിക്കുക; ബദ്ധയായ സീയോൻ പുത്രീ, നിന്റെ കഴുത്തിലെ ബന്ധനങ്ങൾ അഴിച്ചുകളയുക.
3 For thus hath said the Lord, For naught were you sold, and without silver shall ye be redeemed.
൩യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “വിലവാങ്ങാതെ നിങ്ങളെ വിറ്റുകളഞ്ഞു; വിലകൊടുക്കാതെ നിങ്ങളെ വീണ്ടുകൊള്ളും”.
4 For thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Into Egypt went my people down aforetimes, to sojourn there, and Asshur hath oppressed it without cause.
൪യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “എന്റെ ജനം പണ്ടു പരദേശവാസം ചെയ്യുവാൻ മിസ്രയീമിലേക്ക് ഇറങ്ങിച്ചെന്നു; അശ്ശൂരും അവരെ വെറുതെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ചു.
5 And now what have I here, saith the Lord, since my people hath been taken away for naught? its rulers vaunt aloud, saith the Lord, and continually, all the day, is my name blasphemed.
൫ഇപ്പോൾ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ വെറുതെ പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോയിരിക്കുകകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ എന്ത് ചെയ്യേണ്ടു” എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; “അവരുടെ അധിപതിമാർ പരിഹസിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ നാമം ഇടവിടാതെ എല്ലായ്പോഴും ദുഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു” എന്നും യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.
6 Therefore shall my people know my name, therefore on that day, that I am he that speaketh it: here am I.
൬“അതുകൊണ്ട് എന്റെ ജനം എന്റെ നാമത്തെ അറിയും; അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ, ഞാൻ തന്നെയാകുന്നു പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നവൻ എന്ന് അവർ അന്ന് അറിയും”.
7 How beautiful are upon the mountains the feet of the messenger of good tidings, that publisheth peace, that announceth tidings of happiness, that publisheth salvation, that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth.
൭സമാധാനത്തെ ഘോഷിച്ചു നന്മയെ സുവിശേഷിക്കുകയും രക്ഷയെ പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കുകയും സീയോനോട്: “നിന്റെ ദൈവം വാഴുന്നു” എന്നു പറയുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന സുവാർത്താദൂതന്റെ കാൽ പർവ്വതങ്ങളിന്മേൽ എത്ര മനോഹരം!
8 The voice of thy watchmen, —they raise their voice, together shall they shout; for eye to eye shall they see, when the Lord returneth unto Zion.
൮നിന്റെ കാവൽക്കാരുടെ ശബ്ദം കേട്ടുവോ? അവർ ശബ്ദം ഉയർത്തി ഒരുപോലെ ഉല്ലസിച്ചു ഘോഷിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവ സീയോനിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിവരുമ്പോൾ അവർ അഭിമുഖമായി കാണും.
9 Break forth [in song], shout together, ye ruins of Jerusalem; the Lord hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
൯യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ ശൂന്യപ്രദേശങ്ങളേ, പൊട്ടി ആർത്തുകൊള്ളുവിൻ; യഹോവ തന്റെ ജനത്തെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിച്ച്, യെരൂശലേമിനെ വീണ്ടെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.
10 The Lord hath made bare his holy arm before the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.
൧൦സകലജനതകളും കാൺകെ യഹോവ തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധഭുജത്തെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റങ്ങളെല്ലാം നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷയെ കാണും.
11 Depart ye, depart ye, go out from there, touch no unclean thing; go ye out from the midst of it; cleanse yourselves, ye bearers of the vessels of the Lord.
൧൧വിട്ടു പോരുവിൻ; വിട്ടു പോരുവിൻ; അവിടെനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോരുവിൻ; അശുദ്ധമായതൊന്നും തൊടരുത്; അതിന്റെ നടുവിൽനിന്നും പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോരുവിൻ; യഹോവയുടെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളെ ചുമക്കുന്നവരേ, നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നെ നിർമ്മലീകരിക്കുവിൻ.
12 Not in haste shall ye go out, and not in flight shall ye go; for before you goeth the Lord, and your rereward is the God of Israel.
൧൨നിങ്ങൾ തിടുക്കത്തോടെ പോവുകയില്ല, ഓടിപ്പോവുകയുമില്ല; യഹോവ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് മുമ്പായി നടക്കും; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവം നിങ്ങൾക്ക് പിൻപട ആയിരിക്കും.
13 Behold, my servant shall be prosperous, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be placed very high.
൧൩എന്റെ ദാസൻ കൃതാർത്ഥനാകും; അവൻ ഉയർന്നുപൊങ്ങി അത്യന്തം ഉന്നതനായിരിക്കും.
14 Just as many were astonished at thee, so greatly was his countenance marred more than any [other] man's, and his form more than [that of] the sons of men, —
൧൪അവന്റെ രൂപം കണ്ടാൽ ആളല്ല എന്നും അവന്റെ ആകൃതി കണ്ടാൽ മനുഷ്യനല്ല എന്നും തോന്നുമാറു വിരൂപമായിരിക്കുകകൊണ്ടു പലരും നിന്നെ കണ്ടു സ്തംഭിച്ചുപോയതുപോലെ,
15 Thus will he cause many nations to jump up in [astonishment]; at him will kings shut their mouth; for what had not been told unto them shall they see, and what they had never heard shall they understand.
൧൫അവൻ പല ജനതകളെയും കുതിച്ചുചാടുമാറാക്കും; രാജാക്കന്മാർ അവനെ കണ്ടു വായ് പൊത്തി നില്ക്കും; അവർ ഒരിക്കലും അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലാത്തതു കാണുകയും ഒരിക്കലും കേട്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്തതു ഗ്രഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
