< Isaiah 4 >

1 And seven women shall take hold of one man on that day, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, take but away our reproach.
Saa ɛda no, mmaa baason bɛsɔ ɔbarima baako mu aka sɛ, “Yɛbɛbɔ yɛn ho akɔnhoma na yɛn ankasa apɛ yɛn aduradeɛ; ma wo din nna yɛn so kɛkɛ. Yi ahohora firi yɛn so!”
2 On that day shall the sprout of the Lord be for ornament and for honor, and the fruit of the land for excellence and for glory for the escaped of Israel.
Saa ɛda no Awurade Baa no bɛyɛ fɛ na anya animuonyam, na asase no so aba bɛyɛ ahohoahoa ne animuonyam ama Israel nkaeɛfoɔ no.
3 And it shall come to pass, that whoever is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, every one that is written down unto life in Jerusalem:
Wɔn a wɔaka wɔ Sion a wɔte Yerusalem no, wɔbɛfrɛ wɔn kronkron, wɔn a wɔatwerɛ wɔn din aka ateasefoɔ ho wɔ Yerusalem nyinaa.
4 When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have scoured away the blood-guiltiness of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of destruction.
Awurade bɛhohoro Sion mmaa ho fi; ɔde atemmuo honhom ne ogya honhom bɛpepa mogya nkekaawa a ɛwɔ Yerusalem.
5 And then will the Lord create upon every dwelling of mount Zion, and upon her places of assembly, a cloud and smoke by day, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory shall be a covering.
Afei, Bepɔ Sion ne wɔn a wɔboa wɔn ano wɔ hɔ nyinaa, Awurade de wisie omununkum bɛkata wɔn so awia, na ɔde ogya dɛreɛ akata wɔn so anadwo; ntoma kyiniiɛ bɛkata animuonyam yi nyinaa so.
6 And a tabernacle shall it be for a shade in the daytime from the heat, and for a refuge, and for a covert from tempest and from rain.
Ɛbɛyɛ hintabea ne enwunu wɔ owibɔ ano den mu, na osutɔ ne ahum mu nso ɛbɛyɛ dwanekɔbea ne atɛeɛ.
