< Isaiah 12 >
1 And thou shalt say on that day, “I will thank thee, O Lord, that thou wast angry with me: thy anger [now] is turned away, and thou comfortest me.
Nou va di nan jou sa a: “Mwen va bay remèsiman a Ou menm, O SENYÈ; paske malgre ou te fache avèk mwen, kòlè Ou vin detounen, e Ou fè m twouve rekonfò.
2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust him; for my strength and song is Yah the Eternal: and he is become my salvation.”
Gade byen, Bondye se delivrans mwen. Mwen va fè Li konfyans e mwen pa pè, paske SENYÈ BONDYE a se fòs mwen ak chan mwen; se Sila ki te devni sali mwen an.”
3 And ye shall draw water with gladness out of the springs of salvation.
Akoz sa, plen ak jwa, nou va rale dlo nan sous sali yo.
4 And ye shall say on that day, “Give thanks unto the Lord, call on his name, make known his deeds among the people, keep it in remembrance that exalted is his name.
Konsa, nan jou sa a, nou va di: “Bay remèsiman a SENYÈ a! Rele non Li! Fè konnen zèv Li yo pami pèp latè yo! Fè yo sonje ke non Li egzalte!
5 Sing unto the Lord; for he hath wrought a stupendous thing: known is this on all the earth.”
Louwe SENYÈ a ak chanson yo, paske Li te fè gwo bagay! Kite sa konnen sou tout latè!
6 Call aloud and shout, inhabitress of Zion; for great is in the midst of thee the Holy One of Israel.
Fè kri anlè e rele ak jwa, O nou menm ki rete Sion, paske gran nan mitan nou se Sila Ki Sen an Israël la!”
