Genesis 45
1 Then could Joseph not refrain himself before all those that stood by him; and he cried, Cause every man to go out from me. And there remained no man with him, while Joseph made himself known unto his brothers.
Յովսէփը չկարողացաւ իրեն զսպել իր շուրջը գտնուող բոլոր եգիպտացիների ներկայութեամբ եւ ասաց. «Բոլորին դո՛ւրս հանէք»: Երբ նրանցից ոչ ոք չմնաց նրա մօտ, նա եղբայրներին յայտնեց իր ով լինելը:
2 And he raised his voice in weeping; and the Egyptians heard it, and the house of Pharaoh heard it.
Նա բարձրաձայն լաց եղաւ այնպէս, որ դա լսեցին եգիպտացիները, եւ եղելութիւնը յայտնի դարձաւ փարաւոնի արքունիքում:
3 And Joseph said unto his brothers, I am Joseph; doth my father yet live? And his brothers could not answer him; for they were terrified at his presence.
Յովսէփն ասաց իր եղբայրներին. «Ես Յովսէփն եմ: Իրօք, դեռ կենդանի՞ է իմ հայրը»: Նրա եղբայրները չէին կարողանում նրան պատասխանել, որովհետեւ տակնուվրայ եղան նրա ներկայութիւնից:
4 And Joseph said unto his brothers, Come near to me, I pray you; and they came near; and he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt.
Յովսէփն ասաց եղբայրներին. «Մօտեցէ՛ք ինձ»: Նրանք մօտ գնացին: Յովսէփն ասաց. «Ես ձեր եղբայր Յովսէփն եմ, որին դուք վաճառեցիք, որ Եգիպտոս տանեն:
5 But now be not grieved, nor be angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither; for in order to preserve life did God send me before you.
Բայց դուք մի՛ տրտմէք, մի՛ նեղուէք, որ ինձ վաճառել էք այստեղ բերելու համար, որովհետեւ Աստուած ձեզ փրկելու համար է ուղարկել ինձ այստեղ ձեզնից առաջ:
6 For these two years hath the famine been already in the land; and there are yet five years, in which there will be neither ploughing nor harvesting.
Հիմա երկրի վրայ եղած սովի երկրորդ տարին է, եւ հինգ տարի եւս կայ, որ ո՛չ վար է լինելու, ո՛չ հունձ:
7 And God hath thus sent me before you to prepare for you a permanence on the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.
Աստուած ձեզնից առաջ ինձ ուղարկել է այստեղ, որ երկրի վրայ պահպանի ձեր սերնդին եւ կերակրի ձեզ՝ մնացածներիդ մեծ մասին:
8 So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God; and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and a lord for all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.
Արդ, ոչ թէ դուք էք ինձ ուղարկել այստեղ, այլ՝ Աստուած: Նա ինձ դարձրեց փարաւոնի գործերի վերակացու, նրա ողջ տան տէրը եւ համայն Եգիպտացիների երկրի իշխանը:
9 Haste ye, and go up to my father, and say unto him, Thus hath said thy son Joseph, God hath made me lord of all Egypt; come down unto me, tarry not.
Արդ, շտապ գնացէ՛ք իմ հօր մօտ եւ ասացէ՛ք նրան. «Այսպէս է ասում քո որդի Յովսէփը. Աստուած ինձ ողջ Եգիպտացիների երկրի տէր է դարձրել: Արի իջի՛ր ինձ մօտ եւ մի՛ դանդաղիր:
10 And thou shalt dwell in the land of Goshen, and thou shalt be near unto me, thou, and thy children, and thy children's children, and thy flocks, and thy herds, and all that is thine.
Դու կը բնակուես Գեսեմ երկրում՝ Արաբիայում եւ մօտ կը լինես ինձ, դու, քո որդիները, քո որդիների որդիները քո ոչխարներով ու արջառներով, ամբողջ ունեցուածքով: Ես քեզ կը կերակրեմ այստեղ,
11 And I will maintain thee there; for there are yet five years of famine; lest thou, and thy household, and all that thou hast, come to poverty.
որովհետեւ դեռ հինգ տարի եւս սով է լինելու, որպէսզի չկոտորուէք դու, քո որդիները, եւ չոչնչանայ քո ամբողջ ունեցուածքը:
12 And, behold, your own eyes see, and the eyes of my brother Benjamin, that it is my mouth that speaketh unto you.
Ահա դուք եւ Բենիամինը ձեր սեփական աչքերով տեսնում էք, որ անձամբ ես եմ խօսում ձեզ հետ»:
13 And ye shall tell my father of all my honor in Egypt, and of all that ye have seen; and ye shall hasten and bring down my father hither.
Իմ հօրը պատմեցէ՛ք այն փառքի մասին, որին ես հասել եմ Եգիպտոսում, նաեւ այն մասին, ինչ տեսել էք: Իմ հօրը շտապ բերէ՛ք այստեղ»:
14 And he fell upon his brother Benjamin's neck, and wept; and Benjamin wept upon his neck.
Եւ նա փաթաթուեց իր եղբայր Բենիամինի պարանոցին ու լաց եղաւ. Բենիամինն էլ լաց եղաւ նրա պարանոցին փաթաթուած:
15 And he kissed all his brothers, and wept upon them; and after that his brothers spoke with him.
Յովսէփը համբուրեց նաեւ իր բոլոր եղբայրներին եւ գրկախառնուած լաց եղաւ: Դրանից յետոյ միայն իր եղբայրները խօսեցին նրա հետ:
16 And the report thereof was heard in Pharaoh's house, saying, Joseph's brothers are come; and it was pleasing in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of his servants.
Լուրը հասաւ փարաւոնի պալատ. ասացին. «Յովսէփի եղբայրներն են եկել»: Ուրախացան փարաւոնն ու նրա պաշտօնեաները:
17 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Say unto thy brothers, This do ye; load your beasts, and go, get you unto the land of Canaan;
Փարաւոնն ասաց Յովսէփին. «Քո եղբայրներին ասա՛՝ «Այսպէ՛ս արէք. լցրէ՛ք ձեր պարկերը, գնացէ՛ք Քանանացիների երկիրը
18 And take your father and your households, and come unto me; and I will give you the best of the land of Egypt, and ye shall eat the fat of the land.
եւ, վերցնելով ձեր հօրն ու ձեր ունեցուածքը, եկէ՛ք ինձ մօտ: Ես ձեզ կը տամ Եգիպտոսի բոլոր բարիքներից, եւ դուք կը վայելէք երկրի սերուցքը»:
19 And thou art commanded, This do ye, take unto yourselves out of the land of Egypt wagons for your little ones, and for your wives, and take up your father, and come.
Դու այսպիսի կարգադրութիւն կ՚անես. «Եգիպտացիների երկրից առէ՛ք սայլեր ձեր մանուկների ու կանանց համար եւ ձեր հօրը վերցնելով՝ բերէ՛ք այստեղ:
20 And do ye feel no concern on account of your household goods; for the best of all the land of Egypt is yours.
Ձեր աչքերը թող ագահութեամբ չնայեն ձեր ունեցուածքի վրայ, որովհետեւ ողջ Եգիպտացիների երկրի բարիքները ձերն են լինելու»:
21 And the children of Israel did so; and Joseph gave them wagons, according to the command of Pharaoh; and he gave them provision for the way.
Այդպէս էլ արեցին Իսրայէլի որդիները: Յովսէփը փարաւոն արքայի կարգադրութեան համաձայն՝ նրանց տուեց սայլեր ու ճանապարհի պաշար:
22 To all of them he gave to each changes of raiment; but to Benjamin he gave three hundred pieces of silver, and five changes of raiment.
Նա բոլորին երկուական պատմուճան տուեց, իսկ Բենիամինին տուեց երեք հարիւր դահեկան եւ հինգ պատմուճան՝ փոխնիփոխ հագնելու:
23 And to his father he sent after this manner: ten asses laden with the best things of Egypt, and ten she-asses laden with corn and bread and other food for his father, for the journey.
Նոյնպէս եւ, հօրը տանելու համար, նա տուեց տասը էշի վրայ բեռնուած Եգիպտոսի բոլոր բարիքներից, պարէնով բեռնաւորուած տասը ջորի, նաեւ՝ հօր համար ճանապարհի պաշար:
24 And he accompanied his brothers on the way, and they departed: and he said unto them, Do not fall out by the way.
Նա ճանապարհեց իր եղբայրներին, եւ սրանք գնացին: Նա նրանց ասաց. «Ճանապարհին չվիճէք»:
25 And they went out of Egypt, and came into the land of Canaan, unto Jacob their father.
Նրանք Եգիպտոսից ելան-գնացին Քանանացիների երկիրը, իրենց հօր՝ Յակոբի մօտ:
26 And they told him, saying, Joseph is yet alive; and that he is governor over all the land of Egypt. But his heart remained cold, for he believed them not.
Պատմեցին նրան եւ ասացին. «Քո որդի Յովսէփը կենդանի է, նա ողջ Եգիպտացիների երկրի իշխանն է»: Յակոբը զարմացաւ, որովհետեւ չէր հաւատում նրանց:
27 But when they told him all the words of Joseph, which he had said unto them; and when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him: the spirit of Jacob their father revived.
Նրանք իրենց հօրը հաղորդեցին այն ամէնը, ինչ ասել էր Յովսէփը: Նրանց հայր Յակոբը, տեսնելով այն սայլերը, որ Յովսէփն էր ուղարկել՝ իրեն տանելու համար, վերակենդանացաւ:
28 And Israel said, Enough; Joseph my son is yet alive: I will go and see him before I die.
Իսրայէլն ասաց. «Բաւ է ինձ, որ իրօք տակաւին կենդանի է իմ որդի Յովսէփը: Քանի ողջ եմ, գնամ տեսնեմ նրան»:
