Ezekiel 46
1 Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall remain locked the six working days; but on the sabbath day shall it be opened, and on the new-moon day shall it be opened.
Voici ce que dit le Seigneur Dieu: La porte du parvis intérieur qui regarde vers l’orient sera fermée les six jours dans lesquels on travaille; mais le jour du sabbat elle sera ouverte; et aussi le jour des calendes elle sera ouverte.
2 And the prince shall enter by the way of the porch of the gate, from without, and shall stand by the door-post of the gate, and the priests shall prepare his burnt-offering and his peace-offerings, and he shall bow himself down at the threshold of the gate, and he shall then go forth; but the gate shall not be locked until the evening.
Et le prince entrera par la voie du vestibule de la porte de dehors; et il s’arrêtera sur le seuil de la porte; et les prêtres offriront son holocauste, et ses oblations pacifiques; il adorera sur le seuil de la porte, et il sortira; mais la porte ne sera pas fermée jusqu’au soir.
3 And the people of the land shall bow themselves down at the door of this same gate on the sabbaths and on the new-moons before the Lord.
Et le peuple du pays adorera aussi devant le Seigneur à l’entrée de cette porte aux sabbats et aux calendes.
4 And the burnt-offering which the prince is to offer unto the Lord, shall be on the sabbath-day six sheep without blemish, and a ram without blemish;
Or le prince offrira au Seigneur cet holocauste: le jour du sabbat six agneaux sans tache, et un bélier sans tache;
5 And as a meat-offering an ephah for the ram, and for the sheep a meat-offering as his hand may be able to give, and a hin of oil for every ephah.
Et le sacrifice d’un éphi de farine par bélier; mais pour les agneaux le sacrifice sera ce que donnera sa main; et un hin d’huile par chaque éphi.
6 And on the day of the new moon, a young bullock without blemish, and six sheep and a ram; without blemish shall they be.
Mais au premier jour des calendes, un veau sans tache, pris d’un troupeau; et six agneaux et six béliers sans tache seront ajoutés.
7 And an ephah for the bullock, and an ephah for the ram, shall he prepare as a meat-offering, and for the sheep according as his means may reach, and a hin of oil for every ephah.
Et il offrira en sacrifice un éphi de farine par veau, un éphi aussi par bélier; mais quant aux agneaux, le sacrifice sera selon que sa main aura trouvé, et un hin d’huile par chaque éphi.
8 And when the prince doth enter, he shall go in by the way of the porch of the gate, and by the same way shall he go forth.
Et lorsque le prince doit entrer dans le temple, qu’il entre par la voie du vestibule de la porte orientale; et qu’il sorte par la même voie.
9 But when the people of the land come before the Lord on the appointed feasts, he that entereth in by the way of the north gate to bow himself down shall go out by the way of the south gate; and he that entereth by the way of the south gate shall go out by the way of the north gate: he shall not return by the way of the gate whereby he came in; but by that opposite to him shall he go out.
Mais lorsque le peuple du pays entrera en la présence du Seigneur dans les solennités, que celui qui entre par la porte de l’aquilon, pour adorer, sorte par la voie de la porte du midi; et que celui qui entre par la porte du midi, sorte par la voie de la porte de l’aquilon; nul ne retournera par la voie de la porte par laquelle il sera entré; mais il sortira par celle d’en face.
10 And as for the prince—in the midst of them, when they go in, shall he go in; and when they go out, shall they go out [together].
Mais le prince au milieu d’eux, entrera avec ceux qui entrent, et sortira avec ceux qui sortent.
11 And on the feasts and on the appointed festivals shall the meat-offering be an ephah for each bullock, and an ephah for each ram, and for the sheep as his hand may be able to give, and a hin of oil for every ephah.
Et aux jours de foire et dans les solennités, le sacrifice sera un éphi de farine par veau et un éphi par bélier; mais pour les agneaux, le sacrifice sera selon que la main de chacun aura trouvé, et un hin d’huile par chaque éphi.
12 And when the prince doth prepare as a voluntary gift a burnt-offering, or a peace-offering, as a voluntary gift unto the Lord: then shall be opened for him the gate that looketh toward the east, and he shall prepare his burnt-offering and his peace-offering, as he usually doth on the sabbath-day; and he shall go out, and the gate shall be locked after his going out.
Or lorsque le prince offrira au Seigneur un holocauste volontaire, ou des victimes pacifiques volontaires, on lui ouvrira la porte qui regarde vers l’orient; et il offrira son holocauste et ses victimes pacifiques, comme cela a coutume de se faire au jour du sabbat; et il sortira, et la porte sera fermée après qu’il sera sorti.
13 And a sheep of the first year without blemish shalt thou prepare as a burnt-offering every day unto the Lord: morning by morning shalt thou prepare it.
Et il offrira chaque jour en holocauste au Seigneur un agneau de la même année, sans tache; et il l’offrira toujours le matin.
14 And as a meat-offering shalt thou prepare with it, morning by morning, the sixth part of an ephah, and the third of a hin of oil, to mingle with the fine flour—a meat-offering unto the Lord, as ordinances for ever continually.
Et il offrira tous les matins en sacrifice pour cet agneau la, sixième partie d’un éphi, et la troisième partie d’un hin d’huile, afin qu’elle soit mêlée avec la farine; c’est là le sacrifice qu’il est obligé, selon la loi, d’offrir au Seigneur, sacrifice continuel et perpétuel.
15 Thus shall they prepare the sheep, and the meat-offering, and the oil, morning by morning, as a continual burnt-offering.
Il immolera l’agneau, et offrira le sacrifice et l’huile, tous les matins; holocauste éternel.
16 Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, If the prince make gift unto any one of his sons, it is his inheritance, it shall belong to his sons: it shall be their possession as their inheritance.
Voici ce que dit le Seigneur Dieu: Si le prince fait un don à l’un de ses fils, ce sera son héritage à lui et à ses fils; ils le posséderont héréditairement.
17 But if he make a gift of his inheritance to one of his servants: then shall it remain his to the year of freedom, when it shall return to the prince; but his inheritance shall only remain for his sons.
Mais s’il fait un legs de son héritage à l’un de ses serviteurs, il ne lui appartiendra que jusqu’à l’année de rémission; et alors il retournera au prince, mais son héritage appartiendra à ses fils.
18 But the prince shall not take any thing from the inheritance of the people, to wrong them out of their possession: out of his own possession can he give an inheritance to his sons; in order that not one of my people be deprived of his possession.
Et le prince ne prendra rien par violence de l’héritage du peuple, ni de ses biens; mais de son bien propre il donnera un héritage à ses fils, afin que parmi mon peuple, personne ne soit écarté de ce qu’il possède.
19 And then he brought me through the entry, which was at the side of the gate, into the holy chambers for the priests, which looked toward the north: and, behold, there was a place by the back wall on the west side.
Et il m’introduisit par l’entrée qui était à côté de la porte, dans les chambres du sanctuaire, près des prêtres, chambres qui regardaient vers l’aquilon; et là était un lieu tourné vers l’occident.
20 And he said unto me, This is the place where the priests shall boil the trespass-offering and the sin-offering, where [also] they shall bake the meat-offering; so as not to carry the same out into the outer court, to mingle with the people.
Et il me dit: C’est le lieu où les prêtres cuiront les viandes des victimes immolées pour le péché et pour le délit; où ils cuiront ce qui sert au sacrifice; afin qu’ils ne les portent point dans le parvis extérieur, et que le peuple ne soit pas sanctifié.
21 Then did he lead me forth into the outer court, and caused me to pass along the four corners of the court; and, behold, in every corner of the court there was a court.
Et il me fit sortir dans le parvis extérieur, et me mena aux quatre coins du parvis; et voici qu’il y avait une petite cour au coin du parvis; à chaque coin du parvis il y avait une petite cour.
22 In the four corners of the court there were uncovered courts of forty cubits in length and thirty in breadth: there was one measure for all these four in the corners.
Ces petites cours ainsi disposées aux quatre coins du parvis, avaient quarante coudées de long, et trente de large; les quatre étaient d’une même mesure.
23 And there was a shelf of masonry round about in them, round about all these four, and it was furnished with hearths for boiling under the shelves round about.
Et une muraille enfermait tout autour les quatre petites cours; et des cuisines avaient été construites sous les portiques tout autour.
24 Then said he unto me, These are the places of those that boil, where the servants of the house shall boil the sacrifice of the people.
Et il me dit: Voici la maison des cuisines, dans laquelle les ministres de la maison du Seigneur cuiront les victimes du peuple.
