Ezekiel 42
1 And he led me forth into the outer court, on the way to the north side; and he brought me into the [row of] chambers that was opposite the main wing, and which was opposite the building toward the north;
Ja hän vei minun ulos äärimäiseen kartanoon, tielle pohjoista päin, ja vei minun siihen kammioon, joka oli eripaikan kohdalla, joka oli rakennuksen tykönä pohjoista päin.
2 On the front side the length [of which] was a hundred cubits, [up to] the north door, while the breadth was fifty cubits.
Ja se paikka oli sata kyynärää pitkä siitä portista pohjoiseen päin, ja viisikymmentä kyynärää leveä.
3 Opposite the twenty cubits which were for the inner court, and opposite the pavement which was for the outer court, was corner-pillar before corner-pillar in the three stories.
Niiden kahdenkymmenen kyynärän kohdalla sisimmäisessä kartanossa, ja permannon kohdalla äärimäisessä kartanossa, oli käytävä käytävää vastaan, aina kolmessa kerrassa.
4 And before the chambers was a walk of ten cubits in breadth toward the inner house, a way of one cubit [in width]; and their doors were toward the north.
Ja kammioiden edessä oli käytävä kymmenen kyynärää leveä sisältä, ja tie yksi kyynärä; ja niiden ovet olivat pohjoista päin.
5 Now the upper chambers were shorter [for the corner-pillar took away part of the space from them] than the lowest and than the middle chambers of the building.
Ja ylimmäiset kammiot olivat ahtaammat muita; sillä käytäviin oli niistä otettu enempi kuin huoneen alimaisista ja keskimmäisistä.
6 For they were in three stories, but had not pillars like the pillars of the courts: therefore was something taken off the lowest and the middle ones [as one ascended] from the ground.
Se oli kolmen huoneen korkeus, ja ei ollut niissä patsaita niinkuin kartanoin patsaat; sentähden ne olivat ahtaammat kuin alimaiset ja keskimäiset maasta.
7 And the wall that was without alongside the chambers, toward the outer court in front of the chambers, was in its length fifty cubits.
Ja ulkonainen muuri, joka oli kammioin tykönä, päin ulkoista kartanoa kammioiden edessä, oli viisikymmentä kyynärää pitkä.
8 For the length of the chambers that were in the outer court was fifty cubits; and lo, [the whole space] in front of the temple was one hundred cubits.
Sillä kammiot, jotka olivat ulkoisella kartanolla, olivat viisikymmentä kyynärää pitkät; mutta katso, templin edusta oli sata kyynärää pitkä.
9 And beneath these chambers was the entrance from the east side, as one goeth into them from the outer court.
Ja alhaalla kammioiden edessä oli läpikäytävä itään päin, josta äärimmäisestä kartanosta mennään ulos.
10 On the breadth of the wall of the court in an eastern direction before the main wing, and before the building, were chambers.
Ja esikartanon muurin avaruudessa idän puolella, eripaikan ja rakennuksen kohdalla, oli myös kammioita.
11 And the way before them was of like appearance as that for the chambers which were on the north side, of the same length and the same breadth; and all their means of egress, and their arrangement, and their doors were of the like manner.
Ja siinä oli myös eripaikka niiden edessä, niinkuin niidenkin kammioiden pohjoista päin, ja kaikilla oli yksi pituus ja leveys; ja kaikki heidän uloskäymisensä heidän muotonsa ja oviensa jälkeen.
12 And so also were the doors of the chambers that were on the south side, a door being on the head of the way, of the way directly before the wall on the east side, as one entereth into them.
Ja niiden kammioiden ovien muodon jälkeen, jotka etelään päin olivat, oli ovi tien suussa, joka oli sen jalon muurin edessä, josta itään päin kohdastansa mennään.
13 And he said unto me, The north chambers and the south chambers which are in front of the main wing, —these are the holy chambers, where the priests that approach unto the Lord shall eat the most holy things: there shall they lay the most holy things, namely, the meat-offering, and the sin-offering, and the trespass-offering; for the place is holy.
Ja hän sanoi minulle: ne kammiot pohjoista päin, ja ne kammiot etelään päin eripaikan kohdalla ovat kaikkein pyhimmän sian kammiot, kussa papit pitää syömän, kuin he kaikkein pyhintä uhria Herralle uhraavat, ruokauhria, syntiuhria ja vikauhria; sillä se on pyhä sia.
14 When the priests enter therein, then shall they not go out of the sanctuary into the outer court; but there shall they lay down their garments wherein they may have ministered; for they are holy: and they shall put on other garments, and shall then approach to [the court] which is for the people.
Ja kuin papit siihen sisälle menevät, niin ei heidän pidä jälleen tuleman pyhästä ulos äärimäiseen kartanoon, mutta pitää ennen riisuman vaatteensa, joissa he ovat palvelleet; sillä ne ovat pyhät. Ja heidän pitää ottaman toiset vaatteet yllensä, ja sitte menemän kansan sekaan.
15 Now when he had finished the measurings of the inner house, he led me forth by the way of the gate which looked in an eastern direction, and measured it all round about.
Ja kuin hän kaiken huoneen oli sisältä mitannut, vei hän minun ulos porttiin itään päin, ja mittasi siitä kaiken ympärinsä.
16 He measured the east side with the measuring-rod, five hundred rods, with the measuring-rod round about.
Itään päin mittasi hän mittariuvulla viisisataa riukumittaa joka taholta.
17 He measured the north aide, five hundred rods, with the measuring-rod round about.
Pohjoista päin mittasi hän myös viisisataa riukumittaa mittariuvulla ympäri.
18 The south side he measured, five hundred rods, with the measuring-rod.
Niin myös lounaasen päin mittasi hän viisisataa riukumittaa sillä mittariuvulla.
19 He turned about to the west side, and measured five hundred rods with the measuring-rod.
Ja kuin hän tuli länteen päin, mittasi hän myös viisisataa riukumiittaa sillä mittariuvulla.
20 On the four sides did he measure it by the wall that was all round about, five hundred rods in length, and in breadth five hundred, to make a separation between the holy place and the profane.
Näin oli muuri, jonka hän mittasi, joka neljältä taholta viisisataa riukumittaa pituudelta ja viisisataa leveydeltä, kaikki ympäri; että pyhä piti oleman eroitettu pyhättömästä.
