Ezekiel 35
1 And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
Yehova anandiyankhula kuti:
2 Son of man, set thy face against the mountain of Se'ir, and prophecy against it,
“Iwe mwana wa munthu, yangʼana phiri la Seiri; yankhula moliyimba mlandu ndipo
3 And say unto it, Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will be against thee, O mountain of Se'ir, and I will stretch out my hand over thee, and I will render thee desolate and wasted.
awawuze anthu a kumeneko kuti zimene ndikuyankhula Ine Ambuye Yehova ndi izi: Inu anthu a ku mapiri a Seiri ndikudana nanu. Ndidzatambasula dzanja langa kulimbana nanu, ndipo ndidzasandutsa dziko lanu kukhala chipululu.
4 Thy cities will I lay in ruins, and thou thyself shalt be desolate, and thou shalt know that I am the Lord.
Mizinda yanu ndidzayisandutsa mabwinja, ndipo dziko lanu lidzasanduka chipululu. Zikadzachitika izi mudzadziwa kuti Ine ndine Yehova.
5 Because thou hast had an undying hatred, and didst surrender the children of Israel to the power of the sword, at the time of their calamity, at the time of the iniquity of the end:
“Munali adani a Israeli nthawi zonse, ndipo munkalola kuti Aisraeli aphedwe pa nkhondo pa nthawi ya mavuto awo, pa nthawi imene chilango chawo chinafika pachimake.
6 Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord Eternal, I will surely let thy blood flow, and blood shall pursue thee; since thou didst not hate blood-shedding, so shall blood pursue thee.
Nʼchifukwa chake Ine Ambuye Yehova ndikuti: Pali Ine wamoyo, ndithu ndidzakukanthani. Imfa idzakulondolani. Popeza sunadane nako kukhetsa magazi, imfa idzakulondola.
7 Thus will I change the mountain of Se'ir into a desolate land and a waste, and I will cut off from it him that travelleth forward and backward.
Phiri la Seiri ndidzalisandutsa chipululu ndipo ndidzapha onse amene amapita nabwerera kumeneko.
8 And I will fill his mountains with his slain: as regardeth thy hills, and thy valleys, and all thy ravines, in them shall fall those that are slain by the sword.
Ndidzaza mapiri ake ndi mitembo. Ophedwa pa nkhondo adzagwera pa zitunda zanu, zigwa zanu ndi mʼmitsinje yanu yonse.
9 Into perpetual desolations will I change thee, and thy cities shall not be restored: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
Ndidzasandutsa dziko lanu kukhala chipululu mpaka muyaya, ndipo mʼmizinda yanu simudzakhalanso anthu. Zikadzachitika izi mudzadziwa kuti Ine ndine Yehova.
10 Because thou hast said, These two nations and these two countries shall indeed be mine, and we will take possession thereof; whereas the Lord was there:
“Inu munanena kuti, ‘Mitundu iwiri iyi ya anthu, Yuda ndi Israeli, pamodzi ndi mayiko awo omwe idzakhala yathu.’ Munanena chomwechi ngakhale kuti Ine Yehova ndinali momwemo.
11 Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord God, I will even do according to thy anger, and according to thy envy which thou didst use out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I judge thee.
Nʼchifukwa chake Ine Ambuye Yehova ndikuti: Pali Ine wamoyo, ndithu ndidzachita nanu monga munachita ndi anthu a ku Yuda ndi Israeli poonetsa mkwiyo wanu, nsanje yanu ndi chidani chanu pa iwo. Ndikadzakulangani mudzandidziwadi pakati panupo.
12 And thou shalt know that I am the Lord: I have heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they are given unto us to consume them.
Ndipo mudzadziwa kuti Ine Yehova ndinamva mawu anu onse onyoza amene munanena molimbana ndi mapiri a Israeli. Inu munati, ‘Mapiri a Israeli asanduka bwinja, ndipo aperekedwa kwa ife kuti tiwawononge.’
13 And ye boasted greatly against me with your mouth, and have multiplied against me your words: I have indeed heard them.
Mawu anu amene munayankhula monyada kundinyoza Ine ndinawamva.
14 Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, When the whole earth rejoiceth, I will make thee desolate.
Ine Ambuye Yehova ndikuti: Dziko lonse lapansi lidzasangalala pamene ndidzakusandutsani bwinja.
15 As thou didst rejoice over the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was made desolate: so will I do unto thee; desolate shalt thou be, O mountain of Se'ir, and all Idumea—altogether; and they shall know that I am the Lord.
Monga momwe inu munasangalala pamene anthu anga Aisraeli anagwa, Inenso ndidzakuchitani chimodzimodzi. Udzasanduka bwinja, iwe Phiri la Seiri, iwe ndi dziko lonse la Edomu. Zikadzatero anthu onse adzadziwa kuti Ine ndine Yehova.”
