Ezekiel 29
1 In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, came the word of the Lord unto me, saying,
പത്താം ആണ്ടു, പത്താം മാസം, പന്ത്രണ്ടാം തിയ്യതി യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
2 Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh the king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt.
മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ മിസ്രയീംരാജാവായ ഫറവോന്റെനേരെ മുഖംതിരിച്ചു അവനെക്കുറിച്ചും എല്ലാമിസ്രയീമിനെക്കുറിച്ചും പ്രവചിച്ചു പറയേണ്ടതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
3 Speak and say, Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will be against thee, O Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great crocodile that lieth in the midst of his streams, who hath said, Mine is my stream, and I have made it for myself.
യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: മിസ്രയീംരാജാവായ ഫറവോനേ, തന്റെ നദികളുടെ നടുവിൽ കിടന്നു: ഈ നദി എനിക്കുള്ളതാകുന്നു; ഞാൻ അതിനെ എനിക്കായിട്ടുണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറയുന്ന മഹാനക്രമേ, ഞാൻ നിനക്കു വിരോധമായിരിക്കുന്നു.
4 But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will fasten the fish of thy streams on thy scales; and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy streams, with all the fish of thy streams which shall stick fast on thy scales.
ഞാൻ നിന്റെ ചെകിളയിൽ ചൂണ്ടൽ കൊളുത്തി നിന്റെ നദികളിലെ മത്സ്യങ്ങളെ നിന്റെ ചെതുമ്പലിൽ പറ്റുമാറാക്കി നിന്നെ നിന്റെ നദികളുടെ നടുവിൽനിന്നു വലിച്ചുകയറ്റും; നിന്റെ നദികളിലെ മത്സ്യം ഒക്കെയും നിന്റെ ചെതുമ്പലിൽ പറ്റിയിരിക്കും.
5 And I will cast thee out into the wilderness, thee with all the fish of thy streams; upon the open field shalt thou fall; thou shalt not be brought in, nor gathered up: to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven have I given thee for food.
ഞാൻ നിന്നെയും നിന്റെ നദികളിലെ മത്സ്യങ്ങളെ ഒക്കെയും മരുഭൂമിയിൽ എറിഞ്ഞുകളയും; നീ വെളിമ്പ്രദേശത്തു വീഴും; ആരും നിന്നെ പെറുക്കുകയോ ശേഖരിക്കയോ ചെയ്കയില്ല; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ കാട്ടുമൃഗങ്ങൾക്കും ആകാശത്തിലെ പക്ഷികൾക്കും ഇരയായി കൊടുക്കും.
6 And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the Lord; because they have been a reed-staff to the house of Israel.
മിസ്രയീംനിവാസികൾ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിന്നു ഒരു ഓടക്കോലായിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവരൊക്കെയും ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അറിയും.
7 When they took hold of thee with the hand, thou wast cracked, and didst rend for them all the shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou wast broken, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.
അവർ നിന്നെ കയ്യിൽ പിടിച്ചപ്പോഴേക്കു നീ ഒടിഞ്ഞു അവരുടെ തോൾ ഒക്കെയും കീറിക്കളഞ്ഞു; അവർ ഊന്നിയപ്പോഴേക്കു നീ ഒടിഞ്ഞു അവരുടെ നടുവൊക്കെയും കുലുങ്ങുമാറാക്കി.
8 Therefore thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and I will cut off out of thee man and beast.
അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നേരെ വാൾ വരുത്തി നിങ്കൽനിന്നു മനുഷ്യനെയും മൃഗത്തെയും ഛേദിച്ചുകളയും.
9 And the land of Egypt shall be changed into a waste and ruin, and they shall know that I am the Lord; because he hath said, The stream is mine, and I have made it.
മിസ്രയീംദേശം പാഴും ശൂന്യവുമായ്തീരും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയും; നദി എനിക്കുള്ളതാകുന്നു; ഞാൻ അതിനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ.
10 Therefore, behold, I will be against thee, and against thy streams, and I will render the land of Egypt a mass of ruins, a waste, and a wilderness, from Migdol to Seveneh even up to the border of Ethiopia.
അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ നിനക്കും നിന്റെ നദികൾക്കും വിരോധമായിരുന്നു മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തെ സെവേനെഗോപുരം മുതൽ കൂശിന്റെ അതൃത്തിവരെ അശേഷം പാഴും ശൂന്യവുമാക്കും.
11 There shall not pass through it the foot of man, and the foot of beast shall not pass through it, and it shall not be inhabited forty years.
മനുഷ്യന്റെ കാൽ അതിൽകൂടി കടന്നുപോകയില്ല; മൃഗത്തിന്റെ കാൽ അതിൽ ചവിട്ടുകയുമില്ല; നാല്പതു സംവത്സരത്തേക്കു അതിൽ നിവാസികൾ ഇല്ലാതെയിരിക്കും.
12 And I will render the land of Egypt a desolate land in the midst of desolated countries, and her cities among the cities that are ruined shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
ഞാൻ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തെ ശൂന്യദേശങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ശൂന്യമാക്കും; അതിലെ പട്ടണങ്ങൾ ശൂന്യപട്ടണങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ നാല്പതു സംവത്സരത്തേക്കു ശൂന്യമായിരിക്കും; ഞാൻ മിസ്രയീമ്യരെ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ചിന്നിച്ചു ദേശങ്ങളിൽ ചിതറിച്ചുകളയും.
13 For thus hath said the Lord Eternal, [only] at the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they shall have been scattered;
യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നാല്പതു സംവത്സരം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു ഞാൻ മിസ്രയീമ്യരെ അവർ ചിന്നിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്ന ജാതികളിൽനിന്നു ശേഖരിക്കും.
14 And I will bring back the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their own origin: and they shall be there an unimportant kingdom.
ഞാൻ മിസ്രയീമിന്റെ പ്രവാസം മാറ്റി അവരെ അവരുടെ ജന്മദേശമായ പത്രോസ് ദേശത്തേക്കു മടക്കിവരുത്തും; അവിടെ അവർ ഒരു ഹീനരാജ്യമായിരിക്കും.
15 Among the kingdoms it shall be the lowest; neither shall it raise itself any more above the nations: and I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.
അതു രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽവെച്ചു അതിഹീനമായിരിക്കും; ഇനി ജാതികൾക്കു മേലായി അതു തന്നെത്താൻ ഉയൎത്തുകയും ഇല്ല; അവർ ജാതികളുടെമേൽ വാഴാതവണ്ണം ഞാൻ അവരെ കുറെച്ചുകളയും.
16 And it shall be no more unto the house of Israel for a dependence, bringing [their] iniquity to remembrance, when they turned after them: and they shall know that I am the Lord Eternal.
യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹം തിരിഞ്ഞു അവരെ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ, അതു ഇനി അവരുടെ അകൃത്യം ഓൎപ്പിക്കുന്നതായോരു ശരണമായിരിക്കയില്ല; ഞാൻ യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവു എന്നു അവർ അറിയും.
17 And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, on the first of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
ഇരുപത്തേഴാം ആണ്ടു, ഒന്നാം മാസം, ഒന്നാം തിയ്യതി യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon hath caused his army to perform a great service against Tyre; every head hath been made bald, and every shoulder hath been rubbed sore: yet no reward hath come to him or to his army from Tyre, for the service that he hath performed against it.
മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസർ സോരിന്റെ നേരെ തന്റെ സൈന്യത്തെക്കൊണ്ടു വലിയ വേല ചെയ്യിച്ചു; എല്ലാതലയും കഷണ്ടിയായി എല്ലാചുമലും തോലുരിഞ്ഞുപോയി; എങ്കിലും സോരിന്നു വിരോധമായി ചെയ്ത വേലെക്കു അവന്നോ അവന്റെ സൈന്യത്തിന്നോ അവിടെനിന്നു പ്രതിഫലം കിട്ടിയില്ല.
19 Therefore thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will give unto Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon the land of Egypt; and he shall carry away its multitude, and take its spoil, and plunder its prey: and this shall be the reward for his army.
അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തെ ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസരിന്നു കൊടുക്കും; അവൻ അതിലെ സമ്പത്തു എടുത്തു അതിനെ കൊള്ളയിട്ടു കവൎച്ചചെയ്യും; അതു അവന്റെ സൈന്യത്തിന്നു പ്രതിഫലമായിരിക്കും.
20 As his recompense for that which he hath served against it, have I given him the land of Egypt, for that which they had done against me, saith the Lord Eternal.
ഞാൻ അവന്നു മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തെ അവൻ ചെയ്തവേലെക്കു പ്രതിഫലമായി കൊടുക്കുന്നു; അവർ എനിക്കായിട്ടല്ലോ പ്രവൎത്തിച്ചതു എന്നു യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
21 On that day will I cause to grow a horn for the house of Israel, and unto thee will I open the mouth in the midst of them: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
അന്നാളിൽ ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിന്നു ഒരു കൊമ്പു മുളെക്കുമാറാക്കി അവരുടെ നടുവിൽ നിനക്കു തുറന്ന വായ് നല്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയും.
