Exodus 35
1 And Moses gathered together all the congregation of the children of Israel, and said unto them, These are the things which the Lord hath commanded, that ye should do them.
Ja Mooses kokosi kaiken Israelin kansan ja sanoi heille: "Näin on Herra käskenyt teidän tehdä:
2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you a holy day, a sabbath of rest to the Lord: whosoever doth work thereon shall be put to death.
Kuusi päivää tehtäköön työtä, mutta seitsemäs päivä olkoon teille pyhä sapatti, levon päivä, Herralle pyhitetty. Kuka ikinä silloin työtä tekee, se surmattakoon.
3 Ye shall not kindle any fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.
Älkää sytyttäkö tulta sapatin päivänä, missä asuttekin."
4 And Moses said unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, as followeth, This is the thing which the Lord hath commanded, saying,
Ja Mooses sanoi koko Israelin kansalle näin: "Näin on Herra käskenyt ja sanonut:
5 Take ye from among you an offering unto the Lord; whosoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, an offering of the Lord: Gold, and silver, and copper,
Ottakaa siitä, mitä teillä on, anti Herralle; jokainen, jonka sydän on siihen altis, tuokoon anniksi Herralle kultaa, hopeata ja vaskea,
6 And blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and linen thread, and goats' hair,
punasinisiä, purppuranpunaisia ja helakanpunaisia lankoja ja valkoisia pellavalankoja sekä vuohenkarvoja,
7 And rams' skills dyed red, and badgers' skins, and shittim wood,
punaisia oinaannahkoja, sireeninnahkoja, akasiapuuta,
8 And oil for the lighting, and spices, for the anointing oil, and for the incense of spices,
ljyä seitsenhaaraista lamppua varten, hajuaineita voiteluöljyä ja hyvänhajuista suitsutusta varten,
9 And onyx stones, and stones for setting, for the ephod, and for the breastplate.
onyks-kiviä ja muita jalokiviä kasukkaa ja rintakilpeä varten.
10 And all the wise-hearted among you shall come, and make all that which the Lord hath commanded:
Ja kaikki taidolliset teidän keskuudessanne tulkoot ja tehkööt kaikki, mitä Herra on käskenyt:
11 The tabernacle, its tent, and its covering, its hooks, and its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its sockets;
asumuksen telttoineen ja peitteineen, hakasineen, lautoineen, poikkitankoineen, pylväineen ja jalustoineen,
12 The ark, and its staves, [with] the mercy-seat, and the vail of the separation;
arkin korentoineen, armoistuimen ja sitä verhoavan esiripun,
13 The table, and its staves, and all its vessels, and the showbread;
pöydän korentoineen ja kaikkine kaluineen sekä näkyleivät,
14 And the candlestick for the lighting, and its vessel, and its lamps, with the oil for the lighting;
seitsenhaaraisen lampun kaluineen ja lamppuineen, öljyä seitsenhaaraista lamppua varten,
15 And the altar of incense, and its staves, and the anointing oil, and the incense of spices, and the hanging for the door at the entrance of the tabernacle;
suitsutusalttarin korentoineen, voiteluöljyn ja hyvänhajuisen suitsukkeen, oviuutimen asumuksen ovelle,
16 The altar of burnt-offering, with its grating of copper, its staves, and all its vessels, the laver and its foot;
polttouhrialttarin vaskiristikkoineen, korentoineen ja kaikkine kaluineen, altaan jalustoineen,
17 The hangings of the court, its pillars, and its sockets, and the hanging for the door of the court;
esipihan ympärysverhot pylväineen ja jalustoineen sekä esipihan porttiin uutimen,
18 The pins of the tabernacle, and the pins of the court, and their cords;
asumuksen vaarnat ja esipihan vaarnat köysineen,
19 The cloths of service, to do service therewith in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in as priests.
virkapuvut pyhäkköpalvelusta varten ja pappi Aaronin muut pyhät vaatteet sekä hänen poikiensa pappispuvut."
20 And all the congregation of the children of Israel departed from the presence of Moses.
Ja kaikki israelilaisten seurakunta meni pois Mooseksen luota.
21 And they came, every man whose heart stirred him up; and every one whom his spirit made willing, brought the Lord's offering for the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all its service, and for the holy garments.
Sitten he tulivat takaisin, jokainen, jonka sydän häntä siihen vaati, ja jokainen, jonka henki oli siihen altis, ja toivat antinsa Herralle ilmestysmajan valmistamista varten ja kaikkea siinä vietettävää jumalanpalvelusta varten ja pyhiä vaatteita varten.
22 And they came, the men with the women; whoever was willing-hearted, brought bracelets, and earrings, and finger-rings, and tablets, all kinds of ornaments of gold, and every man that offered an offering of gold unto the Lord.
He tulivat, sekä miehet että naiset, jokainen, jonka sydän oli siihen altis, ja toivat solkia, korvarenkaita, sormuksia ja kaulakoristeita, kaikkinaisia kultakaluja-jokainen, joka toi Herralle kultaa heilutusuhriksi.
23 And every man, with whom was found blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and linen thread, and goats' hair, and rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, brought them.
Ja jokainen, jolla oli punasinisiä, purppuranpunaisia ja helakanpunaisia lankoja, valkoisia pellavalankoja, vuohen karvoja, punaisia oinaannahkoja tai sireeninnahkoja, toi niitä.
24 Every one that did offer an offering of silver and copper brought it as the Lord's offering; and every one with whom was found shittim wood for any work of the service, brought it.
Ja jokainen, joka voi antaa anniksi hopeata ja vaskea, toi annin Herralle. Ja jokainen, jolla oli akasiapuuta, toi sitä kaikkinaisten töiden valmistamista varten.
25 And all the women that were wise-hearted spun with their hands, and they brought that which they had spun, of the blue, and of the purple, and of the scarlet yarn, and of the linen thread.
Ja kaikki taitavat naiset kehräsivät omin käsin ja toivat kehräämänsä punasiniset, purppuranpunaiset ja helakanpunaiset langat ja valkoiset pellavalangat;
26 And all the women whose heart stirred them up in wisdom spun the goats' hair.
ja kaikki naiset, joiden taidollinen sydän heitä siihen vaati, kehräsivät vuohenkarvoja.
27 And the princes brought the onyx stones, and the stones for setting, for the ephod, and for the breastplate;
Mutta päämiehet toivat onyks-kiviä ja muita jalokiviä kasukkaa ja rintakilpeä varten,
28 And the spice and the oil, for lighting, and for the anointing oil, and for the incense of spices.
ja hajuaineita ja öljyä seitsenhaaraista lamppua varten sekä voiteluöljyksi ja hyvänhajuiseksi suitsutukseksi.
29 Every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all manner of work, which the Lord had commanded to be made, by the hand of Moses, even that brought the children of Israel as a free-will offering unto the Lord.
Kaikki israelilaiset, miehet ja naiset, joiden sydän oli altis ja vaati heitä tuomaan jotakin niitä töitä varten, joita Herra Mooseksen kautta oli käskenyt tehdä, toivat vapaaehtoisen lahjan Herralle.
30 And Moses said unto the children of Israel, See, the Lord hath called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Chur, of the tribe of Judah;
Ja Mooses sanoi israelilaisille: "Katsokaa, Herra on nimeltään kutsunut Besalelin, Uurin pojan, Huurin pojanpojan, Juudan sukukunnasta,
31 And he hath filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship;
ja on täyttänyt hänet Jumalan hengellä, taidollisuudella, ymmärryksellä, tiedolla ja kaikkinaisella kätevyydellä
32 And to devise works of art, to work in gold, and in silver, and in copper,
sommittelemaan taidokkaita teoksia ja valmistamaan niitä kullasta, hopeasta ja vaskesta,
33 And in the cutting of stones, to set them, and in the carving of wood, to make any manner of work of art.
hiomaan ja kiinnittämään kiviä ja veistämään puuta, tekemään kaikkinaisia taidokkaita töitä.
34 And to teach hath he put in his heart, both to him, and to Aholiab, the son of Achissamach, of the tribe of Dan.
Hänelle ja Oholiabille, Ahisamakin pojalle, Daanin sukukunnasta, hän on myös antanut kyvyn opettaa muita.
35 He hath filled them with wisdom of heart, to execute all manner of work, of the engraver, and of the designing weaver, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet yarn, and in linen thread, and of the weaver, of those that do every species of work, and of those that devise works of art.
Nämä hän on täyttänyt taidollisuudella tekemään kaikkinaisia töitä, jommoisia tekevät seppä, kuvakudosten tekijä, kirjokankaiden kutoja, joka valmistaa punasinisiä, purppuranpunaisia ja helakanpunaisia kankaita ja valkoisia pellavakankaita, sekä muu kankuri, ne, jotka valmistavat kaikkinaisia töitä ja sommittelevat taidokkaita teoksia."
