Exodus 25
1 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
Chúa Hằng Hữu phán bảo Môi-se:
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, that they may bring me an offering; from every man whose heart prompteth him thereto shall ye take my offering.
“Hãy nói với người Ít-ra-ên dâng lễ vật cho Ta, và nhận lễ vật của những người có lòng chân thành.
3 And this is the offering which ye shall take from them: gold, and silver, and copper,
Đây là danh sách lễ vật: Vàng, bạc, đồng;
4 And blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and linen thread, and goats' hair,
chỉ xanh, tím, đỏ; vải gai mịn, lông dê;
5 And rams' skins died red, and badgers' skins, and shittim wood,
da chiên nhuộm đỏ, da dê gỗ keo,
6 Oil for lighting, spices for the anointing oil, and for the incense of spices,
dầu thắp; chất liệu dùng làm dầu xức và hương thơm;
7 Onyx stones, and stones for setting, for the ephod, and for the breastplate.
bạch ngọc, và các thứ ngọc khác để gắn vào ê-phót và bảng đeo ngực.
8 And they shall make me a sanctuary; and I will dwell in the midst of them.
Họ sẽ làm cho Ta một đền thánh, và Ta sẽ ở giữa họ.
9 In accordance with all that I show thee, the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.
Sau đây, Ta sẽ cho con kiểu mẫu Đền Tạm và các vật dụng trong đền để con theo đó mà làm.”
10 And they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be its length, and a cubit and a half its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height.
“Hãy đóng một cái Hòm Giao Ước bằng gỗ keo, dài 1,15 mét, rộng 0,69 mét, cao 0,69 mét.
11 And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it; and thou shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about.
Lấy vàng ròng bọc bên ngoài, lót bên trong, và viền chung quanh Hòm.
12 And thou shalt cast for it four rings of gold, and put them on the four corners thereof; namely, two rings shall be on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it.
Đúc bốn khoen vàng gắn vào bốn góc Hòm, mỗi bên hai cái.
13 And thou shalt make staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.
Làm hai cây đòn bằng gỗ keo bọc vàng,
14 And thou shalt place the staves into the rings, upon the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.
rồi xỏ đòn vào khoen hai bên Hòm dùng làm đòn khiêng.
15 In the rings of the ark shall the staves remain: they shall not be removed therefrom.
Cứ giữ các đòn khiêng trong khoen của Hòm, đừng lấy ra.
16 And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I will give unto thee.
Con sẽ cất trong Hòm các bảng Giao Ước Ta sẽ cho con.
17 And thou shalt make a cover of pure gold; two cubits and a half shall be its length, and a cubit and a half its breadth.
Hãy làm một nắp chuộc tội bằng vàng ròng dài 1,15 mét, rộng 0,69 mét.
18 And thou shalt make two cherubim of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, on the two ends of the cover.
Làm hai chê-ru-bim bằng vàng dát
19 And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end; from the cover itself shall ye make the cherubim on the two ends thereof.
dính liền với nắp chuộc tội, mỗi thiên thần đứng trên một đầu nắp.
20 And the cherubim shall be spreading forth their wings on high, overshadowing the cover with their wings, with their faces turned one to the other; toward the cover shall the faces of the cherubim be directed.
Hai thiên thần đứng đối diện nhau, nhìn xuống nắp chuộc tội, xòe cánh che trên nắp.
21 And thou shalt put the cover above upon the ark; and in the ark shalt thou put the testimony which I will give unto thee.
Đặt nắp chuộc tội trên Hòm, trong Hòm có để các bảng Giao Ước Ta sẽ cho con.
22 And I will meet with thee there, and I will speak with thee from above the cover, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, all that which I will command thee unto the children of Israel.
Đây là nơi Ta sẽ gặp con trên nắp chuộc tội, giữa hai thiên thần trên Hòm Giao Ước. Tại đó Ta sẽ truyền cho con mọi giới luật áp dụng cho người Ít-ra-ên.”
23 Thou shalt also make a table of shittim wood; two cubits shall be its length, and a cubit its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height.
“Hãy đóng một cái bàn bằng gỗ keo, dài 0,92 mét, rộng 0,46 mét, cao 0,69 mét.
24 And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about.
Dùng vàng ròng bọc bàn và viền chung quanh.
25 And thou shalt make unto it a rim of a hand's breadth round about; and thou shalt make a golden crown on its rim round about.
Đóng khung chung quanh mặt bàn. Bề rộng của khung bằng một bàn tay. Viền vàng quanh khung.
26 And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and thou shalt put the rings on the four corners that are on its four feet.
Làm bốn khoen vàng đính vào bốn chân, gần khung của mặt bàn, ở bốn góc.
27 Close under the rim shall the rings be; as receptacles for the staves, to bear the table.
Các khoen này dùng để giữ đòn khiêng.
28 And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold; and the table shall be borne with them.
Đòn khiêng làm bằng gỗ keo bọc vàng.
29 And thou shalt make its dishes, and its spoons, and its supporters, and its purifying tubes, wherewith [the bread] is to be covered: of pure gold shalt thou make them.
Cũng làm đĩa, muỗng, bát, và bình bằng vàng.
30 And thou shalt set upon the table show-bread before me always.
Phải luôn luôn có Bánh Thánh trên bàn trước mặt Ta.”
31 And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made; its shaft, and its branches, its bowls, its knobs, and its flowers, shall be out of one piece with it.
“Hãy làm một chân đèn bằng vàng ròng, dát từ chân cho đến thân. Đài, bầu, và hoa của đèn đều dính liền nhau.
32 And six branches shall come out of its sides; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side.
Từ thân mọc ra sáu cành, mỗi bên ba cành.
33 Three bowls, almond-shaped, shall be on one branch, with a knob and a flower; and three bowls, almond-shaped, on the other branch, with a knob and a flower: so on the six branches that come out of the candlestick.
Mỗi cành mang ba hoa hạnh nhân.
34 And on the candlestick itself shall be four bowls, almond-shaped, [with] its knobs and its flowers.
Thân của chân đèn mang bốn hoa hạnh nhân.
35 And there shall be a knob under the two branches that come out of the same, and a knob under the two branches that come out of the same, and a knob under the two branches that come out of the same; for the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick.
Làm một cái đài bên dưới, mỗi hai cành mọc ra từ thân.
36 Their knobs and their branches shall be out of one piece with it; all of it shall be one piece of beaten work of pure gold.
Đài và cành dính liền nhau, làm bằng vàng ròng dát nguyên miếng.
37 And thou shalt make its seven lamps; and when they light its lamps, it shall give light toward the body of it.
Làm bảy cái đèn, đem đặt trên chân đèn thế nào cho ánh sáng chiếu ra phía trước.
38 And its tongs, and its snuff-dishes shall be of pure gold.
Kéo cắt tàn tim đèn và đĩa đựng tàn cũng làm bằng vàng ròng.
39 Out of a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels.
Dùng 34 ký vàng ròng đủ để làm chân đèn và đồ phụ tùng.
40 And look that thou make them after their pattern, which thou wast shown on the mount.
Con nhớ làm mọi thứ đúng theo kiểu mẫu Ta cho con xem trên núi này.”
