Deuteronomy 27

1 And Moses with the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, Keep the whole commandment which I command you this day.

Gisugo ni Moises ug sa mga kadagkoan sa Israel ang katawhan ug miingon, “Bantayi ang tanang kasugoan nga akong gisugo kaninyo karong adlawa.

2 And it shall be on the day when ye pass over the Jordan unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, that thou shalt set up for thyself great stones, and cover them with plaster;

Sa adlaw sa pagtabok ninyo sa Jordan padulong sa yuta nga gihatag kaninyo ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios, kinahanglan magpatindog kamo ug pipila ka mga dagkong bato ug buliti kini sa apog.

3 And thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, so soon as thou art passed over; in order that thou mayest go in unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, a land flowing with milk and honey; as the Lord, the God of thy fathers, hath spoken unto thee.

Kinahanglan isulat ninyo niini ang tanang mga pulong sa kasugoan kung makatabok na kamo; sa pagsulod ninyo sa yuta nga gihatag ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios, usa ka yuta nga nagdagayday ang gatas ug dugos, sama sa gisaad ni Yahweh, ang Dios sa inyong mga katigulangan.

4 And it shall be so soon as ye are gone over the Jordan, that ye shall set up these stones, which I command you this day, on mount 'Ebal; and thou shalt cover them with plaster.

Sa dihang makatabok na kamo sa Jordan, patindoga kining mga bato nga gisugo ko kaninyo karong adlawa didto sa Bukid sa Ebal, ug bulita kini sa apog.

5 And thou shalt build there an altar unto the Lord thy God, an altar of stones: thou shalt not lift up any iron tool upon them.

Ug didto kinahanglan buhatan ninyo ug halaran si Yahweh nga inyong Dios, ang halaran nga mga bato; apan dili ka mogamit sa galamiton nga puthaw sa pagtukod sa mga bato.

6 Of whole stones shalt thou build the altar of the Lord thy God; and thou shalt offer thereupon burnt-offerings unto the Lord thy God;

Kinahanglan tukoron mo ang halaran alang kang Yahweh nga inyong Dios sa dili sinapsapang mga bato; kinahanglan maghalad ka ug halad sinunog ibabaw niini alang kang Yahweh nga inyong Dios,

7 And thou shalt slay peace-offerings, and eat [them] there; and thou shalt rejoice before the Lord thy God.

ug maghalad ka ug halad sa pakigdait ug mangaon didto; magmaya ka atubangan ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios.

8 And thou shalt write upon the statues all the words of this law, very plainly.

Ug imong isulat sa mga bato nga tataw gayod ang tanang mga pulong niining kasugoan.

9 And Moses with the priests, the Levites, spoke unto all Israel, saying, Be attentive, and hearken, O Israel! this day art thou become a people unto the Lord thy God.

Nakigsulti si Moises ug ang mga pari nga mga Levita sa tibuok Israel ug miingon, “Paghilom ug pagpatalinghog, O Israel: Karong adlawa nahimo kang katawhan ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios.

10 Thou shalt therefore hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day.

Busa tumana gayod ang tingog ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios ug tumana ang iyang kasugoan ug ang mga balaod nga akong gisugo kanimo karong adlawa.”

11 And Moses commanded the people on the same day, saying,

Nagsugo usab si Moises sa katawhan nianang adlawa ug miingon,

12 These shall stand upon mount Gerizzim to bless the people, when ye are come over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin.

“Kini nga mga tribo kinahanglan mobarog ibabaw sa Bukid sa Gerizim aron sa pagpanalangin sa katawhan human kamo makatabok sa Jordan: si Simeon, si Levi, si Juda, si Isacar, si Jose ug si Benjamin.

13 And these shall stand for the sake of the curse upon mount 'Ebal: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.

Ug kini nga mga tribo ang kinahanglan mobarog sa Bukid sa Ebal aron sa pagtunglo: si Ruben, si Gad, si Aser, Zabulon, si Dan, ug si Neptali.

14 And the Levites shall commence, and say unto all the men of Israel with a loud voice,

Ang mga Levita motubag ug mosulti sa tanang katawhan sa Israel sa makusog nga tingog:

15 Cursed be the man who maketh a graven or molten image, the abomination of the Lord, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place; and all the people shall answer, and say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawo nga maghimo ug kinulit o tinunaw nga larawan, nga dulomtanan alang kang Yahweh, ang buhat sa mga kamot sa usa ka batid nga magbubuhat, ug siya nga magpahimutang niini sa tago.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan motubag ug moingon, 'Amen.'

16 Cursed be he that holdeth in light esteem his father or his mother; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong dili magtahod sa iyang amaham o sa iyang inahan.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

17 Cursed be he that removeth the landmark of his neighbor; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawo nga magbalhin sa utlanan sa iyang isigkatawo.'Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

18 Cursed be he that causeth the blind to wander out of the way; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong magpahisalaag sa buta gikan sa dalan.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

19 Cursed be he that perverteth the cause of the stranger, of the fatherless, and of the widow; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong mosakmit sa kaangayan nga alang sa usa ka langyaw, sa mga ilo, o sa mga babayeng balo.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

20 Cursed be he that lieth with his father's wife; because he uncovereth his father's skirt; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong makigdulog sa asawa sa iyang amahan, tungod kay gikuhaan niya sa katungod ang iyang amahan.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

21 Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong motipon pagtulog sa bisan unsang matang sa mapintas nga mananap.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

22 Cursed be he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong makigdulog sa iyang igsoong babaye; nga anak nga babaye lamang sa iyang amahan o anak nga babaye lamang sa iyang inahan.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

23 Cursed be he that lieth with his mother-in-law; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong makigdulog sa iyang ugangan nga babaye.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

24 Cursed be he that smiteth his neighbor secretly; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong mopatay sa iyang isigkatawo sa tago.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

25 Cursed be he that taketh a bribe to slay a person, an innocent blood; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong magpasuhol aron sa pagpatay sa tawong walay sala.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'

26 Cursed be he that executeth not the words of this law to do them; and all the people shall say, Amen.

'Matinunglo ang tawong dili mouyon sa mga pulong niini nga kasugoan aron sa pagtuman niini.' Ug ang tibuok katawhan moingon, 'Amen.'
