Deuteronomy 22
1 Thou shalt not see thy brother's ox or his lamb go astray, and withdraw thyself from them: thou shalt surely bring them back again unto thy brother.
Não verás o boi de teu irmão, ou seu cordeiro, perdidos, e te retirarás deles: precisamente os devolverás a teu irmão.
2 But if thy brother be not nigh unto thee, or thou know him not: then shalt thou take it unto thy own house, and it shall remain with thee until thy brother inquire after it, and then shalt thou restore it to him.
E se teu irmão não for teu vizinho, ou não lhe conheceres, os recolherás em tua casa, e estarão contigo até que teu irmão os busque, e os devolverás a ele.
3 In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and in like manner shalt thou do with his raiment; and in like manner shalt thou do with every lost thing of thy brother's, which may have been lost to him, and which thou hast found; thou art not at liberty to withdraw thyself.
E assim farás de seu asno, assim farás também de sua roupa, e o mesmo farás com toda coisa perdida de teu irmão que se lhe perder, e tu a achares: não poderás te omitir quanto a isso.
4 Thou shalt not see thy brother's ass or his ox fallen down by the way, and withdraw thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift them up again.
Não verás o asno de teu irmão, ou seu boi, caídos no caminho, e te esconderás deles: com ele hás de procurar levantá-los.
5 A woman shall not have upon her the apparel of a man, and a man shall not put on a woman's garment; for an abomination unto the Lord thy God are all who do this.
Não vestirá a mulher roupa de homem, nem o homem vestirá roupa de mulher; porque abominação é ao SENHOR teu Deus qualquer um que isto faz.
6 If a bird's nest chance to be before thee in the way, on any tree, or on the ground, with young ones, or with eggs, and the mother be sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs: thou shalt not take the mother with the young;
Quando achares no caminho algum ninho de ave em qualquer árvore, ou sobre a terra, com passarinhos ou ovos, e estiver a mãe reclinada sobre os passarinhos ou sobre os ovos, não tomes a mãe com os filhos:
7 But thou shalt surely let the mother go, and the young thou mayest take to thyself; in order that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest live many days.
Deixarás ir à mãe, e tomarás os passarinhos para ti; para que te vá bem, e prolongues teus dias.
8 When thou buildest a new house, thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof; that thou bring not blood upon thy house, if any one were to fall from there.
Quando edificares casa nova, farás parapeito em teu terraço, para que não ponhas sangue em tua casa, se dele cair alguém.
9 Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds; that the ripe fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of the vineyard, be not defiled.
Não semearás tua vinha de várias sementes, para que não se deprave a plenitude da semente que semeaste, e o fruto da vinha.
10 Thou shalt not plough with an ox and an ass together.
Não ararás com boi e com asno juntamente.
11 Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, of woolen and linen together.
Não te vestirás de mistura, de lã e linho juntamente.
12 Thou shalt make thyself fringes upon the four corners of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest thyself.
Farás para ti franjas nos quatro extremos de teu manto com que te cobrires.
13 If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,
Quando alguém tomar mulher, e depois de haver entrado a ela a aborrecer,
14 And he lay an accusation against her, and spread abroad an evil name upon her, and say, This woman I took [for wife], and when I came near to her, I found no tokens of virginity in her:
E lhe puser algumas faltas, e espalhar sobre ela má fama, e disser: Esta tomei por mulher, e cheguei a ela, e não a achei virgem;
15 Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city, to the gate.
Então o pai da moça e sua mãe tomarão, e tirarão os sinais da virgindade da virgem aos anciãos da cidade, na porta.
16 And the father of the damsel shall say unto the elders, My daughter I gave unto this man for wife; but he hath conceived hatred toward her;
E dirá o pai da moça aos anciãos: Eu dei minha filha a este homem por mulher, e ele a aborrece;
17 And, lo, he hath laid an accusation [against her], saying, I have found no tokens of virginity in thy daughter; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity; and they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.
E, eis que, ele lhe põe acusações de algumas coisas, dizendo: Não achei tua filha virgem; porém, eis aqui os sinais da virgindade de minha filha. E estenderão o lençol diante dos anciãos da cidade.
18 And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;
Então os anciãos da cidade tomarão ao homem e o castigarão;
19 And they shall amerce him in a hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel; because he hath spread abroad an evil name upon a virgin of Israel; and she shall remain his wife; he shall not be at liberty to put her away all his days.
E lhe hão de impor pena em cem peças de prata, as quais darão ao pai da moça, porquanto espalhou má fama sobre virgem de Israel: e a há de ter por mulher, e não poderá despedi-la em todos os seus dias.
20 But if this thing was true, there have not been found tokens of virginity in the damsel:
Mas se este negócio foi verdade, que não se houver achado virgindade na moça,
21 Then shall they lead out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die; because she hath wrought a disgraceful deed in Israel, to commit incest in her father's house; and thou shalt put away the evil from the midst of thee.
Então a tirarão à porta da casa de seu pai, e a apedrejarão com pedras os homens de sua cidade, e morrerá; porquanto fez depravação em Israel prostituindo-se em casa de seu pai: assim tirarás o mal do meio de ti.
22 If a man be found lying with a woman married to a husband: then shall both of them die, the man that lieth with the woman, and the woman; and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel.
Quando se surpreender alguém deitado com mulher casada com marido, ambos morrerão, o homem que se deitou com a mulher, e a mulher: assim tirarás o mal de Israel.
23 If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto a man, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her:
Quando for moça virgem desposada com alguém, e alguém a achar na cidade, e se deixar com ela;
24 Then shall ye lead them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not [for aid] in the city; and the man, because he hath done violence to his neighbor's wife; and thou shalt put away the evil from the midst of thee.
Então os tirareis a ambos à porta daquela cidade, e os apedrejareis com pedras, e morrerão; a moça porque não gritou na cidade, e o homem porque humilhou à mulher de seu próximo: assim tirarás o mal do meio de ti.
25 But if in the field the man should find the betrothed damsel, and the man take hold of her by force, and lie with her: then shall the man that lay with her die alone;
Mas se o homem achou uma moça desposada no campo, e ele a agarrar, e se deitar com ela, morrerá somente o homem que com ela se houver deitado;
26 But unto the damsel shalt thou not do any thing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death; for as when a man riseth against his neighbor, and striketh him dead. even so is this matter;
E à moça não farás nada; não tem a moça culpa de morte: porque como quando alguém se levanta contra seu próximo, e lhe tira a vida, assim é isto:
27 For in the field did he find her; had the betrothed damsel even cried, there would have been none to aid her.
Porque ele a achou no campo: gritou a moça desposada, e não houve quem a protegesse.
28 If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, who is not betrothed, and lay fast hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found:
Quando alguém achar moça virgem, que não for desposada, e a tomar, e se deitar com ela, e forem achados;
29 Then shall the man who lieth with her give unto the father of the damsel fifty shekels of silver; and she shall become his wife, because he hath done violence to her, he shall not be at liberty to put her away all his days.
Então o homem que se deitou com ela dará ao pai da moça cinquenta peças de prata, e ela será sua mulher, porquanto a humilhou: não a poderá despedir em todos os seus dias.
30 A man shall not take his lather's wife, and he shall not uncover his father's skirt.
Não tomará alguém a mulher de seu pai, nem descobrirá o colo de seu pai.
