Deuteronomy 19
1 When the Lord thy God shall have cut off the nations, whose land the Lord thy God giveth thee, and thou hast driven them out, and dwellest in their cities, and in their houses:
Дупэ че Домнул Думнезеул тэу ва нимичи тоате нямуриле ачеля а кэрор царэ ць-о дэ Домнул Думнезеул тэу, дупэ че ле вей изгони ши вей локуи ын четэциле ши ын каселе лор,
2 Then shalt thou set apart three cities for thyself, in the midst of thy land, which the Lord thy God giveth thee to possess it.
сэ деспарць трей четэць ын мижлокул цэрий пе каре ць-о дэ ын стэпынире Домнул Думнезеул тэу.
3 Thou shalt put in order for thyself the [way to them], and divide into three parts the territory of thy land, which the Lord thy God will give thee to inherit, and it shall serve, that every man-slayer may flee thither.
Сэ фачь друмурь ши сэ ымпарць ын трей цинутул цэрий пе каре ць-о ва да ка моштенире Домнул Думнезеул тэу. Сэ фачь аша, пентру ка орьче учигаш сэ поатэ фуӂи ын четэциле ачестя.
4 And this is the case of the man-slayer, who shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso smiteth his neighbor without knowledge, when he hath not been an enemy to him in time past;
Леӂя ачаста сэ фие пентру учигашул каре ва фуӂи аколо, ка сэ-шь скапе вяца, кынд ва оморы фэрэ вое пе апроапеле сэу, фэрэ сэ-й фи фост врэжмаш май ынаинте.
5 And he that goeth into the forest with his neighbor to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the iron slippeth from the helve, and striketh his neighbor, that he die: this one shall flee unto one of these cities, and live;
Аша, де пилдэ, ун ом се ва дуче сэ тае лемне ын пэдуре ку ун алт ом; ридикэ секуря ку мына, ка сэ тае копакул, ферул скапэ дин коадэ, ловеште пе товарэшул сэу ши-л омоарэ. Атунч, ел сэ фугэ ынтр-уна дин четэциле ачестя ка сэ-шь скапе вяца,
6 That the avenger of the blood pursue not the manslayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and smite him dead; whereas he deserveth not a judgment of death, inasmuch as he was not an enemy to him in time past.
пентру ка ну кумва рэзбунэторул сынӂелуй, апринс де мыние ши урмэринд пе учигаш, сэ-л ажунгэ, фиинд пря лунг друмул, ши сэ ловяскэ де моарте пе чел че ну ера виноват де моарте, фииндкэ май ынаинте ну фусесе врэжмаш апроапелуй сэу.
7 Therefore do I command thee, saying, Three cities shalt thou set apart for thyself.
Де ачея ыць дау порунка ачаста: Сэ деспарць трей четэць.
8 And if the Lord thy God enlarge thy boundary, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, and give thee all the land which he hath spoken to give unto thy fathers;
Кынд Домнул Думнезеул тэу ыць ва лэрӂи хотареле, кум а журат пэринцилор тэй, ши-ць ва да тоатэ цара пе каре а фэгэдуит пэринцилор тэй кэ ць-о ва да –
9 Because thou dost keep all this commandment to do it, which I command thee this day, to love the Lord thy God, and to walk in his ways all the days: then shalt thou add for thyself three cities more, unto these three;
нумай сэ пэзешть ши сэ ымплинешть тоате ачесте порунчь пе каре ци ле дау астэзь, ка сэ юбешть пе Домнул Думнезеул тэу ши сэ умбли тотдяуна пе кэиле Луй –, атунч сэ май адауӂь трей четэць ла челе трей,
10 That innocent blood be not shed in the midst of thy land, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and blood-guiltiness be brought upon thee.
пентру ка сэ ну фие вэрсат сынӂеле челуй невиноват ын мижлокул цэрий пе каре ць-о дэ де моштенире Домнул Думнезеул тэу, ши астфел сэ фий виноват де омор.
11 But if any man be an enemy to his neighbor, and he lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him mortally so that he die, and he flee unto one of these cities:
Дар дакэ ун ом фуӂе ынтр-уна дин ачесте четэць дупэ че а ынтинс лацурь апроапелуй сэу дин врэжмэшие ымпотрива луй, дупэ че с-а арункат асупра луй ши л-а ловит аша ынкыт й-а причинуит моартя,
12 Then shall the elders of his city send and fetch him thence, and they shall deliver him into the hand of the avenger of the blood, that he may die.
бэтрыний дин четатя луй сэ тримитэ сэ-л приндэ ши сэ-л дя ын мыниле рэзбунэторулуй сынӂелуй, ка сэ моарэ.
13 Thy eye shall not look with pity on him; but thou shalt put away the [shedding of] innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with thee.
Сэ н-ай милэ де ел ши сэ штерӂь дин Исраел сынӂеле челуй невиноват, ка сэ фий феричит.
14 Thou shalt not remove the landmark of thy neighbor, which they of old time have set, in thy inheritance which thou shalt inherit, in the land that the Lord thy God giveth thee to possess it.
Сэ ну муць хотареле апроапелуй тэу, пусе де стрэмоший тэй, ын моштениря пе каре о вей авя ын цара пе каре ць-о дэ ын стэпынире Домнул Думнезеул тэу.
15 There shall not rise up one single witness against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: upon the evidence of two witnesses, or upon the evidence of three witnesses, must a case be established.
Ун сингур мартор ну ва фи де ажунс ымпотрива унуй ом, ка сэ адеверяскэ врео нелеӂюире сау вреун пэкат оарекаре; ун фапт ну ва путя фи ынтемеят декыт пе мэртурия а дой сау трей марторь.
16 If a witness of violence rise up against any man to testify against him for any wrong:
Кынд ун мартор минчинос се ва ридика ымпотрива куйва ка сэ-л ынвинуяскэ де врео нелеӂюире,
17 Then shall both the men, who have the controversy, stand before the Lord, before the priests and the judges, who shall be in those days;
чей дой оамень ку причина сэ се ынфэцишезе ынаинтя Домнулуй, ынаинтя преоцилор ши жудекэторилор каре вор фи атунч ын службэ.
18 And the judges shall inquire diligently; and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, he hath testified a falsehood against his brother:
Жудекэторий сэ факэ черчетэрь амэнунците. Дакэ се ва афла кэ марторул ачела есте ун мартор минчинос ши кэ а фэкут о мэртурисире минчиноасэ ымпотрива фрателуй сэу,
19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had purposed to do unto his brother; and thou shalt put away the evil from the midst of thee.
атунч сэ-й фачець кум авя ел де гынд сэ факэ фрателуй сэу. Сэ скоць астфел рэул дин мижлокул тэу.
20 And those who remain shall hear, and be afraid, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil thing in the midst of thee.
Ын фелул ачеста, чейлалць вор аузи ши се вор теме, ши ну се ва май фаче о фаптэ аша де нелеӂюитэ ын мижлокул тэу.
21 And thy eye shall have no pity; but life [shall go] for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
Сэ н-ай ничо милэ, чи сэ черь вяцэ пентру вяцэ, окь пентру окь, динте пентру динте, мынэ пентру мынэ, пичор пентру пичор.
