2 Samuel 9
1 And David said, Is there yet any one that is left of the house of Saul, that I may show him kindness for the sake of Jonathan?
ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ଦାଉଦ ପଚାରିଲେ, “ଯୋନାଥନ ସକାଶୁ ମୁଁ ଯାହା ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିପାରେ, ଏପରି କେହି କି ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ବଂଶରେ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ଅଛି?”
2 And the house of Saul had a servant whose name was Ziba; and they called him unto David; and the king said unto him, Art thou Ziba? And be said, Thy servant [is it].
ତହିଁରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ସୀବଃ ନାମକ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ବଂଶର ଏକ ଦାସକୁ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଡାକନ୍ତେ, ରାଜା ତାହାକୁ ପଚାରିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେ କି ସୀବଃ?” ତହୁଁ ସେ କହିଲା, “ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଦାସ ସେହି।”
3 And the king said, Is there no one left any more of the house of Saul, that I may show him the kindness of God! And Ziba said unto the king, There is yet a son of Jonathan, lame on both feet.
ତହିଁରେ ରାଜା ପଚାରିଲେ, “ମୁଁ ଯାହା ପ୍ରତି ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଦୟା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିପାରେ, ଏପରି କେହି କି ଏବେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ବଂଶରେ ଅଛି?” ଏଥିରେ ସୀବଃ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, “ଯୋନାଥନର ଏକ ପୁତ୍ର ଏବେ ଅଛି, ତାହାର ପାଦ ଛୋଟା।”
4 And the king said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of 'Ammiel, in Lo-debar.
ତହୁଁ ରାଜା ତାହାକୁ ପଚାରିଲେ, “ସେ କେଉଁଠାରେ ଅଛି?” ତହିଁରେ ସୀବଃ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, “ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ, ସେ ଲୋ-ଦବାରରେ ଅମ୍ମୀୟେଲର ପୁତ୍ର ମାଖୀରର ଗୃହରେ ଅଛି।”
5 And king David sent, and had him taken out of the house of Machir, the son of 'Ammiel, from Lo-debar.
ତେବେ ଦାଉଦ ରାଜା ଲୋ-ଦବାରକୁ ଲୋକ ପଠାଇ ଅମ୍ମୀୟେଲର ପୁତ୍ର ମାଖୀରର ଗୃହରୁ ତାହାକୁ ଅଣାଇଲେ।
6 And Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, came unto David, and he fell on his face, and bowed himself. And David said, Mephibosheth; And he answered, Here is thy servant!
ଏଥିରେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କର ପୌତ୍ର, ଯୋନାଥନର ପୁତ୍ର ମଫୀବୋଶତ୍ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସି ମୁହଁ ମାଡ଼ି ପଡ଼ି ପ୍ରଣାମ କଲା। ତହୁଁ ଦାଉଦ କହିଲେ, “ହେ ମଫୀବୋଶତ୍।” ସେ ଉତ୍ତର କଲା, “ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ, ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଦାସ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଅଛି।”
7 And David said unto him, Fear not; for I will surely show thee kindness for the sake of Jonathan thy father, and I will restore unto thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.
ତହିଁରେ ଦାଉଦ ତାହାକୁ କହିଲେ, “ଭୟ ନ କର; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପିତା ଯୋନାଥନ ସକାଶୁ ଅବଶ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପିତାମହ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଭୂମି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଫେରାଇ ଦେବି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିତ୍ୟ ମୋହର ମେଜରେ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ।”
8 And he bowed himself, and said, What is thy servant, that thou shouldst turn thy regard unto such a dead dog as I am?
ତେଣୁ ସେ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରି କହିଲା, “ମୁଁ ତ ମଲା କୁକ୍କୁର ପରି, ଆପଣ ଯେ ମୋତେ ଅନାଇବେ, ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଦାସ ଏପରି କଅଣ?”
9 Then called the king for Ziba, Saul's servant, and said unto him, all that hath pertained to Saul and to all his house have I given unto thy master's son.
ତେବେ ରାଜା ଶାଉଲଙ୍କର ଦାସ ସୀବଃକୁ ଡାକି କହିଲେ, “ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ କର୍ତ୍ତାର ପୁତ୍ରକୁ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କର ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ବଂଶର ସର୍ବସ୍ୱ ଦେଲି।
10 And thou shalt till for him the land, thou, and thy sons, and thy servants, and thou shalt bring in [the product], that thy master's son may have bread which he can eat; but Mephibosheth thy master's son shall eat continually bread at my table. Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.
ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦାସମାନେ ତାହା ପାଇଁ ଭୂମିର କୃଷିକର୍ମ କରିବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ କର୍ତ୍ତାର ପୁତ୍ରର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତହିଁର ଫଳ ଆଣି ଦେବ; ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭ କର୍ତ୍ତାର ପୁତ୍ର ମଫୀବୋଶତ୍ ନିତ୍ୟ ମୋହର ମେଜରେ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ।” ଏହି ସୀବଃର ପନ୍ଦର ପୁତ୍ର ଓ କୋଡ଼ିଏ ଦାସ ଥିଲେ।
11 And Ziba said unto the king, In accordance with all that my Lord the king may command his servant, so will thy servant do. And Mephibosheth [said the king] shall eat at my table, as one of the king's sons.
ତେବେ ସୀବଃ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, “ଆମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରଭୁ ମହାରାଜ ଆପଣା ଦାସକୁ ଯେଉଁସବୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଉଅଛନ୍ତି, ତଦନୁସାରେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଦାସ କରିବ।” ମଫୀବୋଶତ୍ ବିଷୟରେ ରାଜା କହିଲେ, “ସେ ଏକ ରାଜପୁତ୍ର ପରି ଆମ୍ଭ ମେଜରେ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ।”
12 And Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Micha. And all that dwelt in the house of Ziba were servants unto Mephibosheth.
ସେହି ମଫୀବୋଶତ୍ର ଏକ ସାନ ପୁତ୍ର ଥିଲା, ତାହାର ନାମ ମୀକା। ପୁଣି ସୀବଃର ଗୃହରେ ବାସକାରୀ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ମଫୀବୋଶତ୍ର ଦାସ ହେଲେ।
13 And Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem; for he ate continually at the king's table; and he was lame on both his feet.
ଏହିରୂପେ, ମଫୀବୋଶତ୍ ଯିରୂଶାଲମରେ ବାସ କଲା; ସେ ନିତ୍ୟ ରାଜମେଜରେ ଭୋଜନ କଲା; ଯଦିଓ ତାହାର ଦୁଇ ପାଦ ଛୋଟା ଥିଲା।
