2 Samuel 9
1 And David said, Is there yet any one that is left of the house of Saul, that I may show him kindness for the sake of Jonathan?

2 And the house of Saul had a servant whose name was Ziba; and they called him unto David; and the king said unto him, Art thou Ziba? And be said, Thy servant [is it].
Azɔ la, dɔla aɖe nɔ Saul ƒe aƒe me si ŋkɔe nye Ziba. Woyɔe va David ŋkume eye fia la biae be, “Wòe nye Ziba?” Eɖo eŋu be, “Wò dɔlae.”
3 And the king said, Is there no one left any more of the house of Saul, that I may show him the kindness of God! And Ziba said unto the king, There is yet a son of Jonathan, lame on both feet.
Fia la biae be “Ame aɖeke megale Saul ƒe aƒe me si maɖe Mawu ƒe amenuveve afia oa?” Ziba ɖo eŋu na fia la be, “Yonatan ƒe viŋutsu aɖe gali ko, ame si ƒe atawo kple eve tu.”
4 And the king said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of 'Ammiel, in Lo-debar.
Fia la biae be, “Afi ka wòle?” Ziba ɖo eŋu be, “Ele Amiel ƒe vi Makir ƒe aƒe me le Lo Debar.”
5 And king David sent, and had him taken out of the house of Machir, the son of 'Ammiel, from Lo-debar.

6 And Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, came unto David, and he fell on his face, and bowed himself. And David said, Mephibosheth; And he answered, Here is thy servant!
Esi Mefiboset, ame si nye Yonatan ƒe viŋutsu kple Saul ƒe tɔgbuiyɔvi va ɖo David gbɔ la, ede ta agu hede bubu eŋu. David yɔe be, “Mefiboset!” Mefiboset ɖo eŋu be, “Nye, wò dɔlae nye esi.”
7 And David said unto him, Fear not; for I will surely show thee kindness for the sake of Jonathan thy father, and I will restore unto thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.
David gblɔ nɛ be, “Mègavɔ̃ o, elabena mave nuwò vavã le fofowò, Yonatan ta. Magbugbɔ tɔgbuiwò, Saul, ƒe anyigbawo katã ana wò eye àɖu nu gbe sia gbe le nye kplɔ̃ ŋuti.”
8 And he bowed himself, and said, What is thy servant, that thou shouldst turn thy regard unto such a dead dog as I am?
Mefiboset tsyɔ mo anyi gblɔ be, “Nu kae wò dɔla nye be nètsɔ ɖe le eme na nye, ame si le abe avu kuku ene?”
9 Then called the king for Ziba, Saul's servant, and said unto him, all that hath pertained to Saul and to all his house have I given unto thy master's son.
David yɔ Saul ƒe subɔla Ziba eye wògblɔ nɛ be, “Metsɔ nu sia nu si nye Saul kple eƒe ƒomea tɔ la na wò aƒetɔ Saul ƒe tɔgbuiyɔvi.
10 And thou shalt till for him the land, thou, and thy sons, and thy servants, and thou shalt bring in [the product], that thy master's son may have bread which he can eat; but Mephibosheth thy master's son shall eat continually bread at my table. Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.
Wò kple viwòwo kple wò subɔlawo miade agble ɖe anyigba la dzi nɛ eye miatsɔ nukuawo vɛ ale be wò aƒetɔ ƒe tɔgbuiyɔvi nakpɔ nuɖuɖu. Ke Mefiboset, wò aƒetɔ ƒe tɔgbuiyɔvi, aɖu nu le nye kplɔ̃ ŋu.” Azɔ la, viŋutsu wuiatɔ̃ kple subɔla blaeve nɔ Ziba si.
11 And Ziba said unto the king, In accordance with all that my Lord the king may command his servant, so will thy servant do. And Mephibosheth [said the king] shall eat at my table, as one of the king's sons.
Ziba gblɔ na fia la be, “Wò subɔla awɔ nu sia nu si nye aƒetɔ, fia la aɖe gbe na eƒe subɔla be wòawɔ.” Ale Mefiboset ɖua nu le Fia David ƒe kplɔ̃ ŋu abe fia la ƒe viwo dometɔ ɖeka ene.
12 And Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Micha. And all that dwelt in the house of Ziba were servants unto Mephibosheth.
Viŋutsuvi sue aɖe nɔ Mefiboset si; eŋkɔe nye Mika. Ziba ƒe aƒemetɔwo katã zu Mefiboset ƒe subɔlawo.
13 And Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem; for he ate continually at the king's table; and he was lame on both his feet.
