1 Chronicles 8
1 And Benjamin begat Bela' his first-born, Ashbel the second, and Achrach the third,

9 And he begat of Chodesh his wife, Jobab, and Zibya and Mesha, and Malkam,

10 And Je'uz, and Shabyah, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of family divisions.

11 And of Chushim he begat Abitub, and Elpa'al.

20 And Eli'enai, and Zillethai, and Eliel,
Elienai, Silletai, Eliel,
21 And 'Adayah, and Berayah, and Shimrath, the sons of Shim'i:

22 And Yishpan, and 'Eber, and Eliel,

23 And 'Abdon, and Zichri, and Chanan,

28 These were the heads of the family divisions, by their generations, chief men. These dwelt in Jerusalem.

29 And at Gib'on dwelt the father of Gib'on, whose wife's name was Ma'achah;

30 And his first-born son 'Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Ba'al, and Nadab,

32 And Mikloth begat Shimah. And these also dwelt alongside of their brethren in Jerusalem, with their brethren.

33 And Ner begat Kish, and Kish begat Saul, and Saul begat Jehonathan and Malkishua', and Abinadab, and Eshba'al.

34 And the son of Jehonathan was Merib-ba'al; and Merib-ba'al begat Michah.

35 And the sons of Michah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea', and Achaz.
Mikas söner voro Piton, Melek, Taarea och Ahas.
36 And Achaz begat Jeho'addah; and Jeho'addah begat 'Alemeth, and 'Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza;
Ahas födde Joadda, Joadda födde Alemet, Asmavet och Simri, och Simri födde Mosa.
37 And Moza begat Bin'ah; Rapha was his son, El'assah his son, Azel his son.
Mosa födde Binea. Hans son var Rafa; hans son var Eleasa; hans son var Asel.
38 And Azel had six sons, and these are their names, 'Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and She'aryah, and 'Obadiah, and Chanan. All these were the sons of Azel.
Och Asel hade sex söner, och dessa hette Asrikam, Bokeru, Ismael, Searja, Obadja och Hanan. Alla dessa voro Asels söner.
39 And the sons of 'Eshek his brother were, Ulam his first-born, Je'ush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

40 And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, who drew the bow, and had many sons, and sons' sons, one hundred and fifty. All these are of the sons of Benjamin.
Och Ulams söner voro tappra stridsmän, som voro skickliga i att spänna båge; och de hade många söner och sonsöner: ett hundra femtio. Alla dessa voro av Benjamins barn
