1 Chronicles 8
1 And Benjamin begat Bela' his first-born, Ashbel the second, and Achrach the third,

10 And Je'uz, and Shabyah, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of family divisions.

11 And of Chushim he begat Abitub, and Elpa'al.

12 And the sons of Elpa'al: 'Eber, and Mish'am, and Shemer, who built Ono, and Lod, with its villages;

23 And 'Abdon, and Zichri, and Chanan,

25 And Yiphdeyah, and Penuel, the sons of Shashak:
Jiphdeja und Penuel sind die Söhne Schaschaks.
26 And Shamsherai, and Shecharyah, and Athalyah,

27 And Ja'areshyah, and Eliyah, and Zichri, the sons of Jerocham.

28 These were the heads of the family divisions, by their generations, chief men. These dwelt in Jerusalem.
Diese sind Stammhäupter nach ihren Geschlechtern, Oberhäupter; diese wohnten zu Jerusalem.
29 And at Gib'on dwelt the father of Gib'on, whose wife's name was Ma'achah;

30 And his first-born son 'Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Ba'al, and Nadab,

31 And Gedor, and Achyo, and Zecher.
Gedor, Achjo und Secher.
32 And Mikloth begat Shimah. And these also dwelt alongside of their brethren in Jerusalem, with their brethren.
Und Miklot zeugte Schimea, und auch sie wohnten ihren Brüdern gegenüber zu Jerusalem, bei ihren Brüdern.
33 And Ner begat Kish, and Kish begat Saul, and Saul begat Jehonathan and Malkishua', and Abinadab, and Eshba'al.
Und Ner zeugte Kis, und Kis zeugte Saul, Saul zeugte Jonatan und Malkischua und Abinadab und Eschbaal.
34 And the son of Jehonathan was Merib-ba'al; and Merib-ba'al begat Michah.
Und der Sohn Jonatans war Meribbaal und Meribbaal zeugte Micha.
35 And the sons of Michah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea', and Achaz.
Und die Söhne Michas sind: Piton und Melech und Tarea und Achas.
36 And Achaz begat Jeho'addah; and Jeho'addah begat 'Alemeth, and 'Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza;
Und Achas zeugte Joadda, und Joadda zeugte Alemet, Asmavet und Simri; Simri zeugte Moza,
37 And Moza begat Bin'ah; Rapha was his son, El'assah his son, Azel his son.
Moza zeugte Binea, dessen Sohn Rapha, dessen Sohn Elasa, dessen Sohn Azel.
38 And Azel had six sons, and these are their names, 'Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and She'aryah, and 'Obadiah, and Chanan. All these were the sons of Azel.
Und Azel hatte sechs Söhne, und das sind ihre Namen: Asrikam, Bochru, Jismael, Schearja, Obadja und Chanan. Alle diese waren Söhne Azels.
39 And the sons of 'Eshek his brother were, Ulam his first-born, Je'ush the second, and Eliphelet the third.
Und die Söhne Escheks, seines Bruders: Ulam, sein Erstgeborener, Jeusch, der zweite, und Eliphelet, der dritte.
40 And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, who drew the bow, and had many sons, and sons' sons, one hundred and fifty. All these are of the sons of Benjamin.
Und die Söhne Ulams waren tapfere Männer, Bogenschützen, und hatten viele Söhne und Enkel, 150. Alle diese sind von den Kindern Benjamin.
