1 Chronicles 3
1 And these were the sons of David, who were born unto him in Hebron: The first-born, Amnon, of Achino'am the Jizre'elitess; the second, Daniel, of Abigayil the Carmelitess;
Dezen nu waren de kinderen van David, die hem te Hebron geboren zijn: de eerstgeborene Amnon, van Ahinoam, de Jizreelietische; de tweede Daniel, van Abigail, de Karmelietische;
2 The third, Abshalom the son of Ma'achah the daughter of Thalmai the king of Geshur; the fourth, Adoniyah the son of Chaggith;
De derde Absalom, de zoon van Maacha, de dochter van Thalmai, de koning te Gesur; de vierde Adonia, de zoon van Haggith;
3 The fifth, Shephatyah of Abital; the sixth, Yithre'am of 'Eglah his wife.
De vijfde Sefatja, van Abital; de zesde Jithream, van zijn huisvrouw Egla.
4 Six were born unto him in Hebron: and he reigned there seven years and six months; and thirty and three years he reigned in Jerusalem.
Zes zijn hem te Hebron geboren; want hij regeerde daar zeven jaren en zes maanden; en drie en dertig jaren regeerde hij te Jeruzalem.
5 And these were born unto him in Jerusalem: Shim'a! and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bathshua' the daughter of 'Ammiel;
Dezen nu zijn hem te Jeruzalem geboren: Simea, en Sobab, en Nathan, en Salomo; deze vier zijn van Bath-Sua, de dochter van Ammiel;
6 And Yibchar, and Elishama', and Eliphelet,
Daartoe Jibchar, en Elisama, en Elifelet,
7 And Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia'.

8 And Elishama', and Elyada', and Eliphelet, nine.
En Elisama, en Eljada, en Elifelet, negen.
9 [These were] all the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines, and Thamar their sister.
Deze allen zijn zonen van David, behalve de kinderen der bijwijven, en Thamar hun zuster.
10 And Solomon's son was Rehobo'am. Abiyah his son, Assa his son, Jehoshaphat his son.
Salomo's zoon nu was Rehabeam; zijn zoon was Abia; zijn zoon was Asa; zijn zoon was Josafat;
11 Joram his son, Achazyahu his son, Joash his son,
Zijn zoon was Joram; zijn zoon was Ahazia; zijn zoon was Joas;
12 Amazyahu his son, 'Azaryah his son, Jotham his son,
Zijn zoon was Amazia; zijn zoon was Azaria; zijn zoon was Jotham;
13 Achaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Menasseh his son,
Zijn zoon was Achaz; zijn zoon was Hizkia; zijn zoon was Manasse;
14 Amon his son, Josiah his son.
Zijn zoon was Amon; zijn zoon was Josia.
15 And the sons of Josiah were, the first-born Jochanan, the second Jehoyakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
De zonen van Josia nu waren dezen: de eerstgeborene Johanan, de tweede Jojakim, de derde Zedekia, de vierde Sallum.
16 And the sons of Jehoyakim: Jechonyah his son, Zedekiah his son.
De kinderen van Jojakim nu waren: Jechonia zijn zoon, Zedekia zijn zoon.
17 And the sons of Jechonyah: Assir, Shealthiel his son,
En de kinderen van Jechonia waren Assir; zijn zoon was Sealthiel;
18 And Malkiram, and Pedayah, and Shenazzar, Jekamyah, Hoshama', and Nedabyah.
Dezes zonen waren Malchiram, en Pedaja, en Senazar, Jekamja, Hosama en Nedabja.
19 And the sons of Pedayah were, Zerubbabel, and Shim'i: and the sons of Zerubbabel were, Meshullam, and Chananyah, and Shelomith their sister;
De kinderen van Pedaja nu waren Zerubbabel en Simei; en de kinderen van Zerubbabel waren Mesullam en Hananja; en Selomith was hunlieder zuster;
20 And Chashubah, and Ohel, and Berechyah, and Chassadyah, Jushab-chessed, five.
En Hasuba, en Ohel, en Berechja, en Hasadja, Jusabhesed; vijf.
21 And the sons of Chananyah: Pelatyah, and Jesha'yah; the sons of Rephayah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of 'Ohadiah, the sons of Shechanyah.
De kinderen van Hananja nu waren Pelatja en Jesaja. De kinderen van Refaja, de kinderen van Arnan, de kinderen van Obadja, de kinderen van Sechanja.
22 And the sons of Shechanyah: Shema'yah: and the sons of Shema'yah were Chattush, and Yigal, and Bariach, and Ne'aryah, and Shaphat, six.
De kinderen nu van Sechanja waren Semaja; en de kinderen van Semaja waren Hattus, en Jigeal, en Bariah, en Nearja, en Safat; zes.
23 And the sons of Ne'aryah: Elyo'enai, and Hezekiah, and 'Azrikam, three.
En de kinderen van Nearja waren Eljoenai, en Hizkia, en Azrikam; drie.
24 And the sons of Elyo'enai were, Hodavyahu, and Elyashib, and Pelayah, and 'Akkub, and Jochanan, and Delayah, and 'Anani, seven.
En de kinderen van Eljoenai waren Hodajeva, en Eljasib, en Pelaja, en Akkub, en Johanan, en Delaja, en Anani; zeven.
