1 Chronicles 25
1 David also divided off with the chiefs of the host for the service of the sons of Assaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, those who uttered praise [accompanied] with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and their number was of the men [that did] the work in their service.
Asimismo David y los príncipes del ejército apartaron para el ministerio a los hijos de Asaf, y de Hemán, y de Iditún, los cuales profetizaban con arpas, salterios y címbalos: y fue el número de ellos, de los varones que obraban en su ministerio:
2 Of the sons of Assaph: Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethanyah, and Asharelah, the sons of Assaph under the supervision of Assaph, who uttered praise under the supervision of the king.
De los hijos de Asaf: Zacur, José, Natanías, y Asarela, hijos de Asaf, debajo de la mano de Asaf, el cual profetizaba al mandado del rey.
3 Of Jeduthun, the sons of Jeduthun: Gedalyahu, and Zeri, and Jesha'yahu, Chashahyahu, and Matthithyahu, six, under the supervision of their father Jeduthun, who uttered praise with a harp, in order to give thanks and to utter praise unto the Lord.
De Iditún: los hijos de Iditún; Godolías, Sori, Jesaías, Hasabías, y Matatías, seis debajo de la mano de su padre Iditún, el cual profetizaba con arpa para glorificar y alabar a Jehová.
4 Of Heman, the sons of Heman: Bukkiyahu, Matthanyahu, 'Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Chananyah, Chanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-'ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Machaz'oth;
De Hemán: los hijos de Hemán; Bocciau, Mataniau, Oziel, Subuel, Jerimot, Jananias, Janani, Eliata, Guedelti, Romenti-ezer, Jezba-casa, Melloti, Otir, y Mahaziot.
5 All these sons of Heman the king's seer in the words of God, were to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.
Todos estos fueron hijos de Hemán, vidente del rey en palabras de Dios, para ensalzar cuerno: y dio Dios a Hemán catorce hijos y tres hijas.
6 All these were under the supervision of their father at the singing in the house of the Lord, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, under the supervision of the king, Assaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.
Y todos estos estaban debajo de la mano de su padre para cantar en la casa de Jehová con címbalos, salterios, y arpas, para el ministerio del templo de Dios debajo de la mano del rey, de Asaf, de Iditún, y de Hemán.
7 And their number, with their brethren that were practised in singing unto the Lord, even all that were acquainted [therewith], was two hundred eighty and eight.
Y fue el número de ellos con sus hermanos sabios en cánticos de Jehová, todos los sabios, doscientos y ochenta y ocho.
8 And they cast lots, division against [division], the small well as the great, the one acquainted with his business together with the scholar.
Asimismo echaron suertes, guarda contra guarda, el chico con el grande, el sabio con el discípulo.
9 And there came forth the first lot for Assaph for Joseph; Gedalyahu was the second, he with his brethren and sons, being twelve:
Y la primera suerte salió a Asaf por José. La segunda por Godolías, él con sus hermanos e hijos que eran doce.
10 The third was Zaccur, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve:
La tercera por Zacur, y sus hijos y hermanos, doce.
11 The fourth was for Yizri, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La cuarta por Isarí, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
12 The fifth was Nethanyahu, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve:
La quinta por Natanías, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
13 The sixth was Bukkiyahu, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve:
La sexta por Bocciau, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
14 The seventh was Jessarelah, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La séptima por Isreela, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
15 The eighth was Jesha'yahu, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La octava por Jesaías, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
16 The ninth was Matthanyahu, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La nona por Matanías, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
17 The tenth was Shim'i, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La décima por Semeí, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
18 The eleventh was 'Asarel, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La undécima por Azareel, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
19 The twelfth was for Chashahyah, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La duodécima por Hasabías, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
20 The thirteenth was Shuhael, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La trecena por Subael, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
21 The fourteenth was Matthithyahu, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La catorcena por Matatías, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
22 The fifteenth was for Jeremoth, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La quincena por Jerimot, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
23 The sixteenth was for Chananyahu, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La dieziseisena por Jananías, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
24 The seventeenth was for Joshbekashah, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La decimaséptima por Jesbacasa, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
25 The eighteenth was for Chanani, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La décimaoctava por Janani, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
26 The nineteenth was for Mallothi, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La décimanona por Melloti, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
27 The twentieth was for Eliyathah, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La vigésima por Eliata, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
28 The one and twentieth was for Hothir, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La veinte y una por Otir, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
29 The two and twentieth was for Giddalthi, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La veinte y dos por Gedelti, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
30 The three and twentieth was for Machasioth, his sons, and his brethren, being twelve;
La veinte y tres por Mahaziot, y sus hijos y sus hermanos, doce.
31 The four and twentieth was for Romamthi-'eser, his sons and his brethren, being twelve.
