1 Chronicles 2
1 These are the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun,
௧இஸ்ரவேலின் மகன்கள் ரூபன், சிமியோன், லேவி, யூதா, இசக்கார், செபுலோன்,
2 Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
௨தாண், யோசேப்பு, பென்யமீன், நப்தலி, காத், ஆசேர் என்பவர்கள்.
3 The sons of Judah: 'Er, and Onan, and Shelah, the three [who] were born unto him of the daughter of Shua' the Canaanitess. And 'Er, the first-born of Judah, was evil in the eyes of the Lord: and he slew him.
௩யூதாவின் மகன்கள் ஏர், ஓனான், சேலா என்பவர்கள்; இந்த மூன்று மகன்களும் சூவாவின் மகளான கானானிய பெண்ணிடம் அவனுக்குப் பிறந்தவர்கள்; ஏர் என்னும் யூதாவின் மூத்த மகன் யெகோவாவின் பார்வைக்குப் பொல்லாதவனானதால் அவர் அவனைக் கொன்றுபோட்டார்.
4 And Thamar his daughter-in-law bore unto him Perez and Zerach. All the sons of Judah were five.
௪யூதாவின் மருமகளாகிய தாமார் அவனுக்குப் பாரேசையும் சேராவையும் பெற்றாள்; யூதாவின் மகன்கள் எல்லோரும் ஐந்துபேர்.
5 The sons of Perez: Chezron and Chamul.
௫பாரேசின் மகன்கள் எஸ்ரோன், ஆமூல் என்பவர்கள்.
6 And the sons of Zerach: Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara'; all of them five.
௬சேராவின் மகன்கள் எல்லோரும் சிம்ரி, ஏத்தான், ஏமான், கல்கோல், தாரா என்னும் ஐந்துபேர்.
7 And the sons of Carmi: 'Achar the troubler of Israel, who trespassed against the devoted things.
௭சாபத்தீடான காரியத்திலே துரோகம்செய்து இஸ்ரவேலைக் கலங்கச்செய்த ஆகார் என்பவன் கர்மீ மகன்களில் ஒருவன்.
8 And the sons of Ethan: 'Azaryah.
௮ஏத்தானின் மகன்கள் அசரியா முதலானவர்கள்.
9 And the sons of Chezron, that were born unto him: Jerachmeel, and Ram, and Kelubai.
௯எஸ்ரோனுக்குப் பிறந்த மகன்கள் யெர்மெயேல், ராம், கெலுபா என்பவர்கள்.
10 And Ram begat 'Amminadab, and 'Amminadab begat Nachshon, the prince of the children of Judah;
௧0ராம் அம்மினதாபைப் பெற்றான்; அம்மினதாப் யூதா சந்ததியின் பிரபுவாகிய நகசோனைப் பெற்றான்.
11 And Nachshon begat Salma, and Salma begat Bo'az,
௧௧நகசோன் சல்மாவைப் பெற்றான்; சல்மா போவாசைப் பெற்றான்.
12 And Bo'az begat 'Obed, and 'Obed begat Jesse,
௧௨போவாஸ் ஓபேத்தைப் பெற்றான்; ஓபேத் ஈசாயைப் பெற்றான்.
13 And Ishai begat his first-born Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shim'a the third,
௧௩ஈசாய் தன்னுடைய மூத்த மகன் எலியாபையும், அபினதாப் என்னும் இரண்டாம் மகனையும், சம்மா என்னும் மூன்றாம் மகனையும்,
14 Nathanel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,
௧௪நெதனெயேல் என்னும் நான்காம் மகனையும், ரதாயி என்னும் ஐந்தாம் மகனையும்,
15 Ozem the sixth, David the seventh;
௧௫ஓத்சேம் என்னும் ஆறாம் மகனையும், தாவீது என்னும் ஏழாம் மகனையும் பெற்றான்.
16 And their sisters were Zeruyah, and Abigayil. And the sons of Zeruyah: Abshai, and Joab, and 'Assahel, three.
௧௬அவர்களுடைய சகோதரிகள் செருயாள், அபிகாயில் என்பவர்கள்; செருயாளின் மகன்கள், அபிசாய், யோவாப், ஆசகேல் என்னும் மூன்றுபேர்.
17 And Abigayil bore 'Amassa: and the father of 'Amassa was Jether the Ishme'elite.
௧௭அபிகாயில் அமாசாவைப் பெற்றாள்; அமாசாவின் தகப்பன் இஸ்மவேலனாகிய ஏத்தேர் என்பவன்.
18 And Caleb the son of Chezron begat [children] of 'Azubah his wife, and of Jeri'oth; and these are her sons: Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.
௧௮எஸ்ரோனின் மகன் காலேப் எரீயோத் என்னப்பட்ட தன்னுடைய மனைவியாகிய அசுபாளாலே பெற்ற மகன்கள் ஏசேர், சோபாப், அர்தோன் என்பவர்கள்.
19 And 'Azubah died, when Caleb took unto himself Ephrath, who bore unto him Chur.
௧௯அசுபாள் இறந்த பின்பு காலேப் எப்ராத்தைத் திருமணம் செய்தான்; இவள் அவனுக்கு ஊரைப் பெற்றாள்.
20 And Chur begat Uri, and Uri begat Bezalel.
௨0ஊர் ஊரியைப் பெற்றான்; ஊரி பெசலெயேலைப் பெற்றான்.
21 And afterward came Chezron to the daughter of Machir the father of Gil'ad, and he took her [for wife] when he was sixty years old: and she bore unto him Segub.
௨௧பின்பு, எஸ்ரோன் அறுபது வயதானபோது கிலெயாத்தினுடைய தகப்பனாகிய மாகீரினுடைய மகளைத் திருமணம்செய்தான்; இவள் அவனுக்குச் செகூபைப் பெற்றாள்.
22 And Segub begat Jair, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gil'ad.
௨௨செகூப் யாவீரைப் பெற்றான்; இவனுக்குக் கீலேயாத் தேசத்தில் இருபத்து மூன்று ஊர்கள் இருந்தது.
23 But Geshur and Aram took the small towns of Jair from them, with Kenath, and the villages thereof, even sixty cities. All these [belonged to] the sons of Machir the father of Gil'ad.
௨௩கெசூரும், ஆராமும் யாவீரின் கிராமங்களையும், கேனாத்திலுள்ள கிராமங்களாகிய அறுபது ஊர்களையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டார்கள்; இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் கிலெயாத்தின் தகப்பனாகிய மாகீரின் மகன்கள்.
24 And after Chezron was dead in Calebephratah, then bore Chezron's wife Abiyah unto him Ashchur the father of Thekoa'.
௨௪காலேபினுடைய ஊரான எப்ராத்தாவில் எஸ்ரோன் இறந்தபின்பு, எஸ்ரோனின் மனைவியாகிய அபியாள் அவனுக்கு தெக்கோவாவின் தகப்பனாகிய அசூரைப் பெற்றாள்.
25 And the sons of Jerachmeel the first-born of Chezron were, Ram the first-born, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, and Achiyah.
௨௫எஸ்ரோனுக்கு முதலில் பிறந்த யெர்மெயேலின் மகன்கள் ராம் என்னும் மூத்தவனும், பூனா, ஓரென், ஓத்சேம், அகியா என்பவர்களுமே.
26 Yerachmeel had also another wife, whose name was 'Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.
௨௬அத்தாராள் என்னும் பெயருள்ள வேறொரு மனைவியும் யெர்மெயேலுக்கு இருந்தாள்; இவள் ஓனாமின் தாய்.
27 And the sons of Ram the first-born of Jerachmeel were, Ma'az, and Jamin, and 'Eker.
௨௭யெர்மெயேலுக்கு முதலில் பிறந்த ராமின் மகன்கள் மாஸ், யாமின், எக்கேர் என்பவர்கள்.
28 And the sons of Onam were, Shammai, and Jada'. And the sons of Shammai: Nadab, and Abishur.
௨௮ஓனாமின் மகன்கள் சம்மாய், யாதா என்பவர்கள்; சம்மாயின் மகன்கள் நாதாப், அபிசூர் என்பவர்கள்.
29 And the name of the wife of Abishur was Abichayil, and she bore unto him Achban, and Molid.
௨௯அபிசூருடைய மனைவியின் பெயர் அபியாயேல்; அவள் அவனுக்கு அக்பானையும் மோளிதையும் பெற்றாள்.
30 And the sons of Nadab: Seled, and Appayim; and Seled died without children.
௩0நாதாபினுடைய மகன்கள் சேலேத், அப்பாயிம் என்பவர்கள்; சேலேத் பிள்ளைகள் இல்லாமல் இறந்தான்.
31 And the sons of Appayim: Yish'i. And the sons of Yish'i: Sheshan. And the sons of Sheshan: Achlai.
௩௧அப்பாயிமின் மகன் இஷி; இஷியின் மகன் சேசான்; சேசானின் மகள் அக்லாய்.
32 And the sons of Jada' the brother of Shammai: Jether, and Jonathan; and Jether died without children.
௩௨சம்மாயினுடைய சகோதரனாகிய யாதாவினுடைய மகன்கள், யெத்தெர், யோனத்தான் என்பவர்கள்; யெத்தெர் பிள்ளைகள் இல்லாமல் இறந்தான்.
33 And the sons of Jonathan: Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerachmeel.
௩௩யோனத்தானின் மகன்கள், பேலேத், சாசா என்பவர்கள்; இவர்கள் யெர்மெயேலின் சந்ததி.
34 Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarcha'.
௩௪சேசானுக்கு மகள்களைத் தவிர மகன்கள் இல்லை; சேசானுக்கு யர்கா என்னும் பெயருள்ள எகிப்திய வேலைக்காரன் ஒருவன் இருந்தான்.
35 And Sheshan gave his daughter unto Jarcha' his servant for wife: and she bore unto him 'Attai.
௩௫சேசான் தன்னுடைய மகளைத் தன் வேலைக்காரனாகிய யர்காவுக்கு திருமணம் செய்துகொடுத்தான்; அவள் அவனுக்கு அத்தாயியைப் பெற்றாள்.
36 And 'Attai begat Nathan, and Nathan begat Zabad.
௩௬அத்தாயி நாதானைப் பெற்றான். நாதான் சாபாதைப் பெற்றான்.
37 And Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat 'Obed.
௩௭சாபாத் எப்லாலைப் பெற்றான்; எப்லால் ஓபேதைப் பெற்றான்.
38 And 'Obed begat Jehu, and Jehu begat 'Azaryah,
௩௮ஓபேத் ஏகூவைப் பெற்றான்; ஏகூ அசரியாவைப் பெற்றான்.
39 And 'Azaryah begat Chelez, and Chelez begat El'assah,
௩௯அசரியா எலேசைப் பெற்றான்; ஏலேஸ் எலெயாசாவைப் பெற்றான்.
40 And El'assah begat Sissmai, and Sissmai begat Shallum.
௪0எலெயாசா சிஸ்மாயைப் பெற்றான்; சிஸ்மாய் சல்லூமைப் பெற்றான்.
41 And Shallum begat Jekamyah, and Jekamyah begat Elishama'.
௪௧சல்லூம் எக்கமியாவைப் பெற்றான்; எக்கமியா எலிஷாமாவைப் பெற்றான்.
42 Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerachmeel were, Mesha', his first-born, who was the father of Ziph, and of the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
௪௨யெர்மெயேலின் சகோதரனாகிய காலேபின் மகன்கள் முதலில் பிறந்த சீப்பின் தகப்பனாகிய மேசாவும், எப்ரோனின் தகப்பனாகிய மெரேசாவின் மகன்களுமே.
43 And the sons of Hebron: Korach, and Thappuach, and Rekem, and Shema'.
௪௩எப்ரோனின் மகன்கள் கோராகு, தப்புவா, ரெக்கேம், செமா என்பவர்கள்.
44 And Shema' begat Racham, the father of Jorke'am; and Rekem begat Shammai.
௪௪செமா யோர்க்கேயாமின் தகப்பனாகிய ரெக்கேமைப் பெற்றான்; ரெக்கேம் சம்மாயைப் பெற்றான்.
45 And the son of Shammai was Ma'on; and Ma'on was the father of Beth-zur.
௪௫சம்மாயின் மகன் மாகோன்; மாகோன் பெத்சூரின் தகப்பன்.
46 And 'Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bore Charan, and Moza, and Gazez; and Charan begat Gazez.
௪௬காலேபின் மறுமனையாட்டியாகிய எப்பாள் ஆரானையும், மோசாவையும், காசேசையும் பெற்றாள்; ஆரான் காசேசைப் பெற்றான்.
47 And the sons of Jahdai: Regem, and Jotham, and Gesham, and Pelet, and 'Ephah, and Sha'aph.
௪௭யாதாயின் மகன்கள் ரேகேம், யோதாம், கேசான், பேலேத், எப்பா, சாகாப் என்பவர்கள்.
48 Ma'achah, Caleb's concubine, bore Sheber, and Tirchanah.
௪௮காலேபின் மறுமனையாட்டியாகிய மாகாள் சேபேரையும் திர்கானாவையும் பெற்றாள்.
49 She bore also! Sha'aph the father of Madmannah. Sheva the father of Machbena, and the father of Gib'a: ! and the daughter of Caleb was 'Achsah.
௪௯அவள் மத்மன்னாவின் தகப்பனாகிய சாகாபையும், மக்பேனாவுக்கும் கீபேயாவுக்கும் தகப்பனாகிய சேவாவையும் பெற்றாள்; காலேபின் மகள் அக்சாள் என்பவள்.
50 These were the sons of Caleb: Benchur, the first-born of Ephratah, Shobal the father of Kiryath-ye'arim,
௫0எப்ராத்தாளிடம் முதலில் பிறந்த ஊருடைய மகனாகிய காலேபினுடைய மகன்கள் கீரியாத்யாரீமின் மூப்பனான சோபாலும்,
51 Salma the father of Beth-lechem, Chareph the father of Beth-gader.
௫௧பெத்லெகேமின் மூப்பனான சல்மாவும், பெத்காதேரின் மூப்பனான ஆரேப்புமே.
52 And Shobal the father of Kir'yath-ye'arim had sons: Haroeh, and Chazi-hammenuchoth.
௫௨கீரியாத்யாரிமின் மூப்பனான சோபாலின் மகன்கள், ஆரோவே, ஆசியம் மெனுகோத் என்பவர்கள்.
53 And the families of Kir'yath-ye'arim are the Yithrites, and the Puthites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishra'ites: from these came the Zor'athites, and the Eshthaulites.
௫௩கீரியாத்யாரிமிலிருந்த வம்சங்கள், இத்ரியர்களும் பூகியர்களும் சுமாத்தியர்களும் மிஸ்ராவியர்களுமே; இவர்களிடம் சோராத்தியர்களும், எஸ்தாவோலியர்களும் பிறந்தார்கள்.
54 The sons of Salma: Beth-lechem, and the Netophathites, 'Ataroth of the house of Joab, and Chazi-hammanachthi, the Zor'ite.
௫௪சல்மாவின் சந்ததிகள் பெத்லெகேமியர்களும், நெத்தோப்பாத்தியர்களும், பெத்யோவாப் என்னும் அதரோத் ஊர்க்காரர்களும், மானாத்தியர்களிலும் சோரியர்களிலும் பாதி மக்களுமே.
55 And the families of the scribes who dwelt at Jabez: the Thirathites, the Shim'athites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came from Chammath, the father of the house of Rechab.
௫௫யாபேசில் குடியிருந்த வேத வல்லுனர்களுடைய வம்சங்கள் திராத்தியர்களும் சிமாத்தியர்களும் சுக்காத்தியர்களுமே; ரேகாப் வீட்டாரின் தகப்பனாகிய அம்மாத்தின் சந்ததியார்களான கேனியர்கள் இவர்களே.
