1 Chronicles 2
1 These are the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun,

2 Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.

3 The sons of Judah: 'Er, and Onan, and Shelah, the three [who] were born unto him of the daughter of Shua' the Canaanitess. And 'Er, the first-born of Judah, was evil in the eyes of the Lord: and he slew him.
೩ಯೆಹೂದನಿಗೆ ಏರ್, ಓನಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶೇಲಾಹ ಎಂಬ ಮೂರು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶೂನನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಕಾನಾನಳಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು. ಯೆಹೂದನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲ ಮಗನಾದ ಏರನು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಚಿತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿದನು.
4 And Thamar his daughter-in-law bore unto him Perez and Zerach. All the sons of Judah were five.
೪ಯೆಹೂದನ ಸೊಸೆಯಾದ ತಾಮಾರಳು ಅವನಿಂದ ಪೆರೆಚ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆರಹ ಎಂಬವರನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಳು.
5 The sons of Perez: Chezron and Chamul.
೫ಯೆಹೂದನಿಗೆ ಐದು ಮಕ್ಕಳು. ಪೆರೆಚನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹೆಚ್ರೋನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹಮೂಲ್.
6 And the sons of Zerach: Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara'; all of them five.
೬ಜೆರಹನ ಐದು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಜಿಮ್ರಿ, ಏತಾನ್, ಹೇಮಾನ್, ಕಲ್ಕೋಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ದಾರಾ.
7 And the sons of Carmi: 'Achar the troubler of Israel, who trespassed against the devoted things.

8 And the sons of Ethan: 'Azaryah.
೮ಏತಾನನ ಮಗನು ಅಜರ್ಯನು.
9 And the sons of Chezron, that were born unto him: Jerachmeel, and Ram, and Kelubai.
೯ಹೆಚ್ರೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಯೆರಹ್ಮೇಲನು, ರಾಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲೂಬಾಯ್ ಎಂಬುವರು.
10 And Ram begat 'Amminadab, and 'Amminadab begat Nachshon, the prince of the children of Judah;
೧೦ರಾಮನು ಅಮ್ಮೀನಾದಾಬನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಅಮ್ಮಿನಾದಾಬನು ಯೆಹೂದ ಕುಲದ ಪ್ರಭುವಾದ ನಹಶೋನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
11 And Nachshon begat Salma, and Salma begat Bo'az,
೧೧ನಹಶೋನನು ಸಲ್ಮನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಸಲ್ಮನು ಬೋವಜನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
12 And Bo'az begat 'Obed, and 'Obed begat Jesse,
೧೨ಬೋವಜನು ಓಬೇದನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಓಬೇದನು ಇಷಯನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
13 And Ishai begat his first-born Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shim'a the third,
೧೩ಇಷಯನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲ ಮಗನು ಎಲೀಯಾಬ್, ಎರಡನೆಯ ಮಗ ಅಬೀನಾದಾಬ್,
14 Nathanel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,
೧೪ಮೂರನೆಯವನು ಶಿಮ್ಮ, ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯವನು ನೆತನೇಲ್, ಐದನೆಯವನು ರದ್ದೈ.
15 Ozem the sixth, David the seventh;
೧೫ಆರನೆಯವನು ಓಚೆಮ್, ಏಳನೆಯವನು ದಾವೀದ್.
16 And their sisters were Zeruyah, and Abigayil. And the sons of Zeruyah: Abshai, and Joab, and 'Assahel, three.
೧೬ಚೆರೂಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಬೀಗೈಲರು ಅವರ ಸಹೋದರಿಯರು. ಅಬ್ಷೈ, ಯೋವಾಬ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಾಹೇಲ್ ಎಂಬವರು ಚೆರೂಯಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳು.
17 And Abigayil bore 'Amassa: and the father of 'Amassa was Jether the Ishme'elite.
೧೭ಅಬೀಗೈಲಳು ಅಮಾಸನ ತಾಯಿ. ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲನಾದ ಯೆತೆರ್ ಎಂಬವನು ಅವನ ತಂದೆ.
18 And Caleb the son of Chezron begat [children] of 'Azubah his wife, and of Jeri'oth; and these are her sons: Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.
೧೮ಹೆಚ್ರೋನನ ಮಗ ಕಾಲೇಬ. ಇವನು ತನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಅಜೂಬಳಿಂದಲೂ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆರ್ಯೋತಳಿಂದಲೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು. ಆಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಯೇಷೆರ್, ಶೋಬಾಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ದೋನ್ ಎಂಬವರು.
19 And 'Azubah died, when Caleb took unto himself Ephrath, who bore unto him Chur.
೧೯ಅಜೂಬಳು ಸತ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಲೇಬನು ಎಫ್ರಾತಳನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಆಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೂರನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದನು.
20 And Chur begat Uri, and Uri begat Bezalel.
೨೦ಹೂರನು ಊರಿಯನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಊರಿಯನು ಬೆಚಲೇಲನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
21 And afterward came Chezron to the daughter of Machir the father of Gil'ad, and he took her [for wife] when he was sixty years old: and she bore unto him Segub.
೨೧ಹೆಚ್ರೋನನು ಅರವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷದವನಾದಾಗ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದ್ಯರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಮಾಕೀರನ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಆಕೆಯು ಅವನಿಂದ ಸೆಗೂಬನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಳು.
22 And Segub begat Jair, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gil'ad.
೨೨ಸೆಗೂಬನು ಯಾಯೀರನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಇವನಿಗೆ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತ್ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಇದ್ದವು.
23 But Geshur and Aram took the small towns of Jair from them, with Kenath, and the villages thereof, even sixty cities. All these [belonged to] the sons of Machir the father of Gil'ad.
೨೩ಗೆಷೂರ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಅರಾಮ್ಯರು ಯಾಯೀರನ ಸಂತಾನದವರಿಂದ ಯಾಯೀರಿನ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೆನತ್ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳನ್ನು, ಒಟ್ಟು ಅರವತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದುಕೊಂಡರು. ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದ್ಯರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಮಾಕೀರನ ಗೋತ್ರದವರು.
24 And after Chezron was dead in Calebephratah, then bore Chezron's wife Abiyah unto him Ashchur the father of Thekoa'.
೨೪ಹೆಚ್ರೋನನು ಕಾಲೇಬನ ಎಫ್ರಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಣಹೊಂದಿದ ನಂತರ ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ಅಬೀಯ ಎಂಬಾಕೆಯು ಅಷ್ಹೂರನನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಳು. ಇವನು ತೆಕೋವದವರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನು.
25 And the sons of Jerachmeel the first-born of Chezron were, Ram the first-born, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, and Achiyah.
೨೫ಹೆಚ್ರೋನನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಮಗನಾದ ಯೆರಹ್ಮೇಲನಿಗೆ ಐದು ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ರಾಮ್ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲು ಮಗನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಬೂನ, ಓರೆನ್, ಓಚೆಮ್, ಅಹೀಯ ಎಂಬುವರು ಅನಂತರ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರು.
26 Yerachmeel had also another wife, whose name was 'Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.
೨೬ಯೆರಹ್ಮೇಲನಿಗೆ ಅಟಾರ ಎಂಬ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಿದ್ದಳು. ಈಕೆಯು ಓನಾಮನ ತಾಯಿ.
27 And the sons of Ram the first-born of Jerachmeel were, Ma'az, and Jamin, and 'Eker.
೨೭ಯೆರಹ್ಮೇಲನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲ ಮಗನಾದ ರಾಮನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮಾಚ್, ಯಾಮೀನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಏಕೆರ್ ಇವರೇ.
28 And the sons of Onam were, Shammai, and Jada'. And the sons of Shammai: Nadab, and Abishur.
೨೮ಓನಾಮನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶಮ್ಮೈ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾದ ಎಂಬುವವರು. ಶಮ್ಮೈನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನಾದಾಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಬಿಷೂರ್.
29 And the name of the wife of Abishur was Abichayil, and she bore unto him Achban, and Molid.
೨೯ಅಬಿಷೂರನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯ ಹೆಸರು ಅಬೀಹೈಲ್. ಈಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹ್ಬಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊಲೀದ್ ಎಂಬುವವರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
30 And the sons of Nadab: Seled, and Appayim; and Seled died without children.
೩೦ನಾದಾಬನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸೆಲೆದ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪ್ಪಯಿಮ್ ಎಂಬುವವರು. ಸೇಲೆದನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸತ್ತುಹೋದನು.
31 And the sons of Appayim: Yish'i. And the sons of Yish'i: Sheshan. And the sons of Sheshan: Achlai.
೩೧ಅಪ್ಪಯಿಮನ ಮಗ ಇಷ್ಷೀ. ಇಷ್ಷೀಯನ ಮಗ ಶೇಷಾನ್. ಶೇಷಾನನ ಮಗ ಅಹ್ಲೈ.
32 And the sons of Jada' the brother of Shammai: Jether, and Jonathan; and Jether died without children.
೩೨ಶಮ್ಮೈಯ ತಮ್ಮನಾದ ಯಾದನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಯೆತೆರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋನಾತಾನ್ ಇವರೇ. ಯೆತೆರನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸತ್ತನು.
33 And the sons of Jonathan: Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerachmeel.
೩೩ಯೋನಾತಾನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಪೆಲೆತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಜ ಎಂಬುವವರು. ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಯೆರಹ್ಮೇಲನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು.
34 Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarcha'.
೩೪ಶೇಷಾನನಿಗೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿದ್ದರೇ ಹೊರತು ಗಂಡು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಯರ್ಹನೆಂಬ ಒಬ್ಬ ಐಗುಪ್ತ ಸೇವಕನಿದ್ದನು.
35 And Sheshan gave his daughter unto Jarcha' his servant for wife: and she bore unto him 'Attai.
೩೫ಶೇಷಾನನು ತನ್ನ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಯರ್ಹನಿಗೆ ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಆಕೆಯು ಅವನಿಂದ ಅತ್ತೈಯನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಳು.
36 And 'Attai begat Nathan, and Nathan begat Zabad.
೩೬ಅತ್ತೈ ನಾತಾನನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ನಾತಾನನು ಜಾಬಾದನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
37 And Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat 'Obed.
೩೭ಜಾಬಾದನು ಎಫ್ಲಾಲನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಎಫ್ಲಾಲನು ಓಬೇದನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
38 And 'Obed begat Jehu, and Jehu begat 'Azaryah,
೩೮ಓಬೇದನು ಯೇಹೂವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಯೇಹೂವು ಅಜರ್ಯನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
39 And 'Azaryah begat Chelez, and Chelez begat El'assah,
೩೯ಅಜರ್ಯನು ಹೆಲೆಚನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಹೆಲೆಚನು ಎಲ್ಲಾಸನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
40 And El'assah begat Sissmai, and Sissmai begat Shallum.
೪೦ಎಲ್ಲಾಸನು ಸಿಸ್ಮೈಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಸಿಸ್ಮೈಯು ಶಲ್ಲೂಮನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
41 And Shallum begat Jekamyah, and Jekamyah begat Elishama'.
೪೧ಶಲ್ಲೂಮನು ಯೆಕಮ್ಯಾಹನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು; ಯೆಕಮ್ಯಾಹನನು ಎಲೀಷಾಮನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು.
42 Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerachmeel were, Mesha', his first-born, who was the father of Ziph, and of the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
೪೨ಯೆರಹೇಲ್ಮನ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಕಾಲೇಬನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಚೊಚ್ಚಲನು ಜೀಫ್ಯರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಮೇಷನು, ಎರಡನೆಯವನು ಮಾರೇಷನು.
43 And the sons of Hebron: Korach, and Thappuach, and Rekem, and Shema'.
೪೩ಮಾರೇಷನು ಹೆಬ್ರೋನ್ಯರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನು. ಹೆಬ್ರೋನ್ಯರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕೋರಹ, ತಪ್ಪೂಹ, ರೆಕೆಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶೆಮ.
44 And Shema' begat Racham, the father of Jorke'am; and Rekem begat Shammai.
೪೪ಶೆಮ್ಯರಿಂದ ರಹಮ್ಯರು, ರಹಮ್ಯರಿಂದ ಯೊರ್ಕೆಯಾಮ್ಯರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
45 And the son of Shammai was Ma'on; and Ma'on was the father of Beth-zur.
೪೫ರೆಕೆಮನು ಶಮ್ಮೈನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು. ಶಮ್ಮೈನಿಂದ ಮವೋನ್ಯರು, ಮವೋನ್ಯರಿಂದ ಬೇತ್‌ಚೂರಿನವರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
46 And 'Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bore Charan, and Moza, and Gazez; and Charan begat Gazez.
೪೬ಕಾಲೇಬನ ಉಪಪತ್ನಿಯಾದ ಏಫಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರಾನ್, ಮೋಚ ಮತ್ತು ಗಾಜೇಜ್ ಎಂಬುವವರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
47 And the sons of Jahdai: Regem, and Jotham, and Gesham, and Pelet, and 'Ephah, and Sha'aph.
೪೭ಹಾರಾನನು ಗಾಜೇಜನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು. ಯಾದೈಯಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೆಗೆಮ್, ಯೋತಾಮ್, ಗೇಷಾನ್, ಪೆಲೆಟ್, ಏಫ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಫ್ ಎಂಬುವವರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
48 Ma'achah, Caleb's concubine, bore Sheber, and Tirchanah.
೪೮ಕಾಲೇಬನ ಉಪಪತ್ನಿಯಾದ ಮಾಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೆಬೆರ್ ಮತ್ತು ತಿರ್ಹನ್ ಎಂಬುವವರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
49 She bore also! Sha'aph the father of Madmannah. Sheva the father of Machbena, and the father of Gib'a: ! and the daughter of Caleb was 'Achsah.
೪೯ಇವಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮದ್ಮನ್ನದವರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಶಾಫ್; ಮಕ್ಬೇನಾ ಮತ್ತು ಗಿಬ್ಯ ಪಟ್ಟಣದವರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಶೆವ ಇವರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು. ಕಾಲೇಬನ ಮಗಳು ಅಕ್ಷಾ.
50 These were the sons of Caleb: Benchur, the first-born of Ephratah, Shobal the father of Kiryath-ye'arim,
೫೦ಕಾಲೇಬನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ಎಫ್ರಾತಳ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲ ಮಗನಾದ ಹೂರನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕಿರ್ಯತ್ಯಾರೀಮರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಶೋಬಾಲ್,
51 Salma the father of Beth-lechem, Chareph the father of Beth-gader.
೫೧ಬೇತ್ಲೆಹೇಮ್ಯರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಸಲ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಬೇತ್ಗಾದೇರಿನ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಹಾರೇಫ್.
52 And Shobal the father of Kir'yath-ye'arim had sons: Haroeh, and Chazi-hammenuchoth.
೫೨ಕಿರ್ಯತ್ಯಾರೀಮಿನ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಶೋಬಾಲನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ಹಾರೋಯೆ, ಮಾನಹತಿಯರ ಅರ್ಧ ಜನರು,
53 And the families of Kir'yath-ye'arim are the Yithrites, and the Puthites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishra'ites: from these came the Zor'athites, and the Eshthaulites.
೫೩ಕಿರ್ಯತ್ಯಾರೀಮ್ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳವರು, ಯೆತೆರಿನವರು, ಪೂತ್ಯರು, ಶುಮಾತ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಷ್ರಾಗ್ಯರು ಇವರೇ. ಇವರಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಜನಾಂಗ ಚೊರ್ರಾತ್ಯರೂ ಮತ್ತು ಎಷ್ಟಾವೋಲ್ಯರೂ.
54 The sons of Salma: Beth-lechem, and the Netophathites, 'Ataroth of the house of Joab, and Chazi-hammanachthi, the Zor'ite.
೫೪ಸಲ್ಮನಿಂದ ಬೇತ್ಲೆಹೇಮ್, ನೆಟೋಫಾ, ಅಟರೋತ್, ಬೇತ್ಯೋವಾಬ್ ಊರುಗಳವರೂ, ಚೊರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಮಾನಹತಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಧ ಜನರೂ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
55 And the families of the scribes who dwelt at Jabez: the Thirathites, the Shim'athites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came from Chammath, the father of the house of Rechab.
