< Psalms 98 >

1 A Psalm of David. Sing to the Lord a new song; for the Lord has wrought wonderful works, his right hand, and his holy arm, have wrought salvation for him.
Ko e Saame. Hiva kia Sihova ʻaki ʻae hiva foʻou; he kuo fai ʻe ia ʻae ngaahi meʻa fakaofo: kuo ne ikuna ʻaki hono nima toʻomataʻu, mo hono nima māʻoniʻoni.
2 The Lord has made known his salvation, he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations.
Kuo fakahā ʻe Sihova ʻa ʻene fakamoʻui: kuo ne fakahā atu ʻene māʻoniʻoni ʻi he ʻao ʻoe hiteni.
3 He has remembered his mercy to Jacob, and his truth to the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
Kuo ne manatu ki heʻene ʻaloʻofa mo ʻene moʻoni ki he fale ʻo ʻIsileli: kuo mamata ʻe he ngaahi ngataʻanga ʻo māmani ki he fakamoʻui ʻa hotau ʻOtua.
4 Shout to God, all the earth; sing, and exult, and sing psalms.
Kalanga ʻi he fiefia kia Sihova, ʻa māmani kotoa pē: kalanga ʻi he leʻo lahi, mo fiefia, pea hiva fakamālō.
5 Sing to the Lord with a harp, with a harp, and the voice of a psalm.
Hiva kia Sihova ʻaki ʻae haʻape; ʻaki ʻae haʻape, pea mo e leʻo ʻoe saame.
6 With trumpets of metal, and the sound of a trumpet of horn make a joyful noise to the Lord before the king.
Mou kalanga fakafiefia ʻaki ʻae ngaahi meʻalea mo e leʻo ʻoe meʻalea, ʻi he ʻao ʻo Sihova ko e Tuʻi.
7 Let the sea be moved, and the fullness of it; the world, and they that dwell in it.
Tuku ke ʻuʻulu ʻae tahi, mo hono fonu ʻo ia; ʻa māmani, mo kinautolu ʻoku nofo ai.
8 The rivers shall clap their hands together; the mountains shall exult.
Ke pasipasi ʻe he ngaahi vai ʻa honau nima: tuku ke fiefia fakataha ʻae ngaahi moʻunga,
9 For he is come to judge the earth; he shall judge the world in righteousness, and the nations in uprightness.
‌ʻI he ʻao ʻo Sihova; he ʻoku hāʻele mai ia ke fakamaau ʻa māmani: te ne fakamaau ʻa māmani ʻi he māʻoniʻoni, pea mo e kakai ʻi he angatonu.
