< Psalms 90 >

1 A Prayer of Moses the man of God. Lord, you have been our refuge in all generations.
prayer to/for Moses man [the] God Lord habitation you(m. s.) to be to/for us in/on/with generation and generation
2 Before the mountains existed, and [before] the earth and the world were formed, even from age to age, You are.
in/on/with before mountain: mount to beget and to twist: give birth land: country/planet and world and from forever: enduring till forever: enduring you(m. s.) God
3 Turn not man back to [his] low place, whereas you said, Return, you sons of men?
to return: return human till dust and to say to return: return son: child man
4 For a thousand years in your sight are as the yesterday which is past, and as a watch in the night.
for thousand year in/on/with eye: seeing your like/as day previously for to pass and watch in/on/with night
5 Years shall be vanity to them: let the morning pass away as grass.
to flood them sleep to be in/on/with morning like/as grass to pass
6 In the morning let it flower, and pass away: in the evening let it droop, let it be withered and dried up.
in/on/with morning to blossom and to pass to/for evening to circumcise and to wither
7 For we have perished in your anger, and in your wrath we have been troubled.
for to end: finish in/on/with face: anger your and in/on/with rage your to dismay
8 You have set our transgressions before you: our age is in the light of your countenance.

9 For all our days are gone, and we have passed away in your wrath: our years have spun out their tale as a spider.
for all day our to turn in/on/with fury your to end: finish year our like moaning
10 [As for] the days of our years, in them are seventy years; and if [men should be] in strength, eighty years: and the greater part of them would be labor and trouble; for weakness overtakes us, and we shall be chastened.

11 Who knows the power of your wrath?
who? to know strength face: anger your and like/as fear your fury your
12 and [who knows how] to number [his days] because of the fear of your wrath? So manifest your right hand, and those that are instructed in wisdom in the heart.
to/for to count day our so to know and to come (in): bring heart wisdom
13 Return, O Lord, how long? and be entreated concerning your servants.
to return: return [emph?] LORD till how and to be sorry: comfort upon servant/slave your
14 We have been satisfied in the morning with your mercy; and we did exult and rejoice:
to satisfy us in/on/with morning kindness your and to sing and to rejoice in/on/with all day our
15 let us rejoice in all our days, in return for the days wherein you did afflict us, the years wherein we saw evil.
to rejoice us like/as day to afflict us year to see: see distress: evil
16 And look upon your servants, and upon your works; and guide their children.
to see: see to(wards) servant/slave your work your and glory your upon son: child their
17 And let the brightness of the Lord our God be upon us: and do you direct for us the works of our hands.
