Psalms 80
1 For the end, for alternate [strains], a testimony for Asaph, a Psalm concerning the Assyrian. Attend, O Shepherd of Israel, who guide Joseph like a flock; you who sit upon the cherubs, manifest yourself;
੧ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਜਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤ੍ਰਿਮੇਦੂਤ ਰਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ। ਹੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਅਯਾਲੀ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਇੱਜੜ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਈਂ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਕੰਨ ਧਰ, ਤੂੰ ਹੋ ਕਰੂਬੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਬਿਰਾਜਮਾਨ ਹੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਤੇਜ ਵਿਖਾ!
2 before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasse, stir up your power, and come to deliver us.
੨ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ, ਬਿਨਯਾਮੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਲ ਜਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਬਚਾਓ ਲਈ ਆ!
3 Turn us, O God, and cause your face to shine; and we shall be delivered.
੩ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦਾ ਚਮਕਾਰਾ ਵਿਖਾ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਚ ਜਾਂਵਾਂਗੇ!।
4 O Lord God of hosts, how long are you angry with the prayer of your servant?
੪ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸੈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੂੰ ਕਦ ਤਾਈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਕਹਿਰ ਰੂਪੀ ਧੂੰਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹੇਂਗਾ?
5 You will feed us with bread of tears; and will cause us to drink tears by measure.
੫ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਝੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਖਵਾਈ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਬਾਟੇ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਹੰਝੂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਲਾਏ।
6 You has made us a strife to our neighbors; and our enemies have mocked at us.
੬ਸਾਡੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤੂੰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਝਗੜੇ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਆਪੋ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਸੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
7 Turn us, O Lord God of hosts, and cause your face to shine; and we shall be saved. (Pause)
੭ਹੇ ਸੈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦਾ ਚਮਕਾਰਾ ਵਿਖਾ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਚ ਜਾਂਵਾਂਗੇ!।
8 You have transplanted a vine out of Egypt: you have cast out the heathen, and planted it.
੮ਤੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦਾਖ ਦੀ ਬੇਲ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢ ਲਿਆਇਆ, ਤੂੰ ਪਰਾਈਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਇਆ।
9 You made a way before it, and did cause its roots to strike, and the land was filled [with it].
੯ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਥਾਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਜੜ੍ਹ ਫੜੀ ਤੇ ਵਧ ਕੇ ਦੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
10 Its shadow covered the mountains, and its shoots [equalled] the goodly cedars.
੧੦ਪਰਬਤ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਛਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੱਜੇ ਗਏ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਟਹਿਣੀਆਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਦਿਆਰਾਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਸਨ।
11 It sent forth its branches to the sea, and its shoots to the river.
੧੧ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਡਾਲੀਆਂ ਪਸਾਰੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਾਖਾਂ ਨਦੀ ਤਾਈਂ।
12 Therefore have you broken down its hedge, while all that pass by the way pluck it?
੧੨ਤੂੰ ਉਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਾੜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਤੋੜਿਆ, ਕਿ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੀ ਲੰਘਦੇ ਹਨ ਓਹ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਦੇ ਹਨ?
13 The boar out of the wood has laid it waste, and the wild beast has devoured it.
੧੩ਜੰਗਲੀ ਸੂਰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾੜਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਦੇ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਖਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
14 O God of hosts, turn, we pray you: look on [us] from heaven, and behold and visit this vine;
੧੪ਹੇ ਸੈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੋੜਾ ਪਾ, ਸਵਰਗੋਂ ਧਿਆਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੇਖ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਵੇਲ ਦੀ ਸੁੱਧ ਲੈ,
15 and restore that which your right hand has planted: and look on the son of man whom you did strengthen for yourself.
੧੫ਉਸ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਨੇ ਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਨਾਲੇ ਉਸ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਤਕੜਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
16 [It is] burnt with fire and dug up: they shall perish at the rebuke of your presence.
੧੬ਉਹ ਅੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਾੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਉਹ ਵੱਢਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਓਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਮੁੱਖੜੇ ਦੇ ਦਬਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
17 Let your hand be upon the man of your right hand, and upon the son of man whom you did strengthen for yourself.
੧੭ਤੇਰੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਦੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਸ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਅੰਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਤਕੜਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
18 So will we not depart from you: you shall quicken us, and we will call upon your name.
੧੮ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੈਥੋਂ ਪਿਛਾਹਾਂ ਨਾ ਹਟਾਂਗੇ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਜਿਵਾਲ, ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੁਕਾਰਾਂਗੇ।
19 Turn us, O Lord God of hosts, and make your face to shine; and we shall be saved.
੧੯ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸੈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰ, ਆਪਣੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦਾ ਚਮਕਾਰਾ ਵਿਖਾ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਚ ਜਾਂਵਾਂਗੇ!।
