< Psalms 73 >
1 A Psalm for Asaph. How good is God to Israel, to the upright in heart!
Pudno unay a naimbag ti Dios iti Israel, kadagiti addaan iti nasin-aw a puso.
2 But my feet were almost overthrown; my goings very nearly slipped.
Ngem no maipapan kaniak, ngan-nganin naikaglis ti sakak; ngan-nganiak a naitibkol
3 For I was jealous of the transgressors, beholding the tranquility of sinners.
gapu ta naapalak kadagiti napalangguad idi nakitak ti kinarang-ay dagiti nadangkes.
4 For there is no sign of reluctance in their death: and [they have] firmness under their affliction.
Ta awan ti sinagabada nga ut-ot agingga iti ipapatayda, ngem napigsa ken napakanda iti usto.
5 They are not in the troubles of [other] men; and they shall not be scourged with [other] men.
Nawayada kadagiti dadagsen dagiti dadduma a tao; saanda a naburburiboran a kas kadagiti dadduma a tattao.
6 Therefore pride has possessed them; they have clothed themselves with their injustice and ungodliness.
Ar-arkusan ida ti kinapalangguad a kas iti kuintas nga adda iti tengngedda; kawkawesan ida ti kinaranggas a kas kagay.
7 Their injustice shall go forth as out of fatness: they have fulfilled their intention.
Manipud iti kasta a kinabulsek, rummuar ti basol; sumalpot ti dakes a kapanunotan kadagiti pusoda.
8 They have taken counsel and spoken in wickedness: they have uttered unrighteousness loftily.
Pagang-angawanda ti mangibagbaga iti agkakadakes a banbanag; sipapalangguad nga agpangpangtada iti kinaranggas.
9 They have set their mouth against heaven, and their tongue has gone through upon the earth.
Agsasaoda iti maibusor kadagiti langit, ken agdakdakiwas dagiti dilada iti entero a daga.
10 Therefore shall my people return hither: and full days shall be found with them.
Mapan ngarud kadakuada dagiti tattao ti Dios ket dumngegda kadagiti sasaoda.
11 And they said, How does God know? and is there knowledge in the Most High?
Kunada, “Kasano koma nga ammo ti Dios? Ammo kadi ti Dios ti mapaspasamak?”
12 Behold, these [are] the sinners, and they that prosper always: they have possessed wealth.
Kitaem: nadangkes dagitoy a tattao; kanayon nga awan pakaburburiburanda, ken pabaknangda a pabaknang.
13 And I said, Verily in vain have I justified my heart, and washed my hands in innocency.
Pudno a sinalsalluadak ti pusok iti awan kaes-eskanna ken binugbugoak dagiti imak iti kinaawan-ammo.
14 For I was plagued all the day, and my reproof [was] every morning.
Ta iti agmalem, nagsagsagabaak ken iti binigat, mapalpalintegak.
15 If I said, I will speak thus; behold, I [should] have broken covenant with the generation of your children.
No naibagak nga, “Ibagak dagitoy a banbanag,” ket mabalin a ginulibak daytoy a henerasion dagiti annakmo.
16 And I undertook to understand this, [but] it is too hard for me,
Nupay pinadaskon nga awaten dagitoy a banbanag, nagbalin a narigat unay daytoy para kaniak.
17 until I go into the sanctuary of God; [and so] understand the latter end.
Ket simrekak ngarud iti santuario ti Dios, sakonto naawatan ti nagbanaganda.
18 Surely you have appointed [judgments] to them because of their crafty dealings: you have cast them down when they were lifted up.
Sigurado nga ikabilmo ida kadagiti nagalis a disso; ipanmo ida iti pannakadadael.
19 How have they become desolate! suddenly they have failed: they have perished because of their iniquity.
Anian ti panagbalinda a let-ang iti apagdarikmat! Dumtengda iti kanibusanan ken naggibusda iti kasta unay a buteng.
20 As the dream of one awakening, O Lord, in your city you will despise their image.
Kasda la tagtagainep kalpasan nga agriing ti maysa a tao; O Apo, inton bumangonka, awanto koma ti malagipmo kadagidiay a tagtagainep.
21 For my heart has rejoiced, and my reins have been gladdened.
Ta nagladingit ti pusok, ken nasugatanak iti kasta unay.
22 But I [was] vile and knew not: I became brutish before you.
Awan am-ammok ken kurangak iti pannakaammo; kaslaak ayup nga awan ti riknana iti sangoanam.
23 Yet I am continually with you: you have holden my right hand.
Nupay kasta, kankanayon a kaduaka; iggemmo ti makannawan nga imak.
24 You have guided me by your counsel, and you have taken me to yourself with glory.
Tarabayennak babaen kadagiti balakadmo ket kalpasanna, awatennak iti gloriam.
25 For what have I in heaven [but you]? and what have I desired upon the earth beside you?
Adda aya masarakak sadi langit a kas kenka? Awan siasinoman ditoy daga a tarigagayko no di ket sika.
26 My heart and my flesh have failed: [but] God [is the strength] of my heart, and God is my portion for ever.
Kumapsot ti lasag ken pusok, ngem ti Dios ti pigsa ti pusok iti agnanayon.
27 For, behold, they that remove themselves far from you shall perish: you have destroyed every one that goes a whoring from you.
Mapukawto dagidiay adayo kenka; dadaelemto amin dagiti saan a napudno kenka.
28 But it is good for me to cleave close to God, to put my trust in the Lord; that I may proclaim all your praises in the gates of the daughter of Sion.
Ngem no maipapan kaniak, ti laeng masapul nga aramidek ket ti umasideg iti Dios. Pinagbalinko a kamangko ni Yahweh nga Apo. Iwaragawagko dagiti amin nga aramidmo.
