Psalms 41
1 For the end, a Psalm of David. Blessed [is the man] who thinks, on the poor and needy: the Lord shall deliver him in an evil day.
೧ಪ್ರಧಾನಗಾಯಕನ ಕೀರ್ತನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು; ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವನನ್ನು ಪರಾಂಬರಿಸುವವನು ಧನ್ಯನು; ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಆಪತ್ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವನು.
2 May the Lord preserve him and keep him alive, and bless him on the earth, and not deliver him into the hands of his enemy.
೨ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ಉಳಿಸುವನು; ಅವನು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಧನ್ಯನೆನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ಅಧೀನಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ!
3 May the Lord help him upon the bed of his pain; you have made all his bed in his sickness.
೩ಅವನು ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥನಾಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವಾಗ, ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಉದ್ಧರಿಸುವನು; ಅವನ ರೋಗವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಪರಿಹರಿಸಿ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಿಯಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ವಾಮೀ.
4 I said, O Lord, have mercy upon me; heal my soul; for I have sinned against you.
೪ನಾನಂತೂ, “ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಿ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡು” ಅಂದೆನು.
5 Mine enemies have spoken evil against me, [saying], When shall he die, and his name perish?
೫ನನ್ನ ಹಾನಿಯನ್ನು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಶತ್ರುಗಳು, “ಅವನು ಯಾವಾಗ ಸತ್ತಾನು? ಅವನ ಹೆಸರು ಯಾವಾಗ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋದೀತು?” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
6 And if he came to see [me], his heart spoke vainly; he gathered iniquity to himself; he went forth and spoke in like manner.
೬ಅವರಲ್ಲೊಬ್ಬನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಕಪಟದ ಮಾತನಾಡುವನು; ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಯುಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
7 All my enemies whispered against me; against me they devised my hurt.
೭ನನ್ನ ಹಗೆಯವರೆಲ್ಲರು ನನಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಕಿವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಜುಗುಜು ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನನಗೆ ಕೇಡುಮಾಡಲು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಆಲೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
8 They denounced a wicked word against me, [saying], Now that he lies, shall he not rise up again?
೮“ಅವನನ್ನು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯರೋಗ ಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ; ಅವನು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಿರುಗಿ ಏಳುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
9 For even the man of my peace, in whom I trusted, who ate my bread, lifted up [his] heel against me.
೯ನಾನು ಯಾರನ್ನು ನಂಬಿದ್ದೆನೋ, ಯಾರು ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ನಪಾನಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡನೋ, ಅಂತಹ ಆಪ್ತಸ್ನೇಹಿತನು ನನಗೆ ಕಾಲನ್ನು ಅಡ್ಡಗೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
10 But you, O Lord, have compassion upon me, and raise me up, and I shall requite them.
೧೦ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನಾದರೋ ಕರುಣಿಸಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಏಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡು; ಆಗ ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿತೀರಿಸುವೆನು.
11 By this I know that you have delighted in me, because mine enemy shall not rejoice over me.
೧೧ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ಜಯಧ್ವನಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ್ದರಿಂದಲೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಒಲುಮೆ ನನಗುಂಟೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.
12 But you did help me because of [mine] innocence, and have established me before you for ever.
೧೨ನಿರ್ದೋಷಿಯಾದ ನನ್ನನ್ನಾದರೋ ನೀನು ಉದ್ಧಾರಮಾಡಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವಿ.
13 Blessed [be] the Lord God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. So be it, so be it.
೧೩ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಯುಗಯುಗಾಂತರಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಕೊಂಡಾಟವಾಗಲಿ. ಆಮೆನ್. ಆಮೆನ್.
