Psalms 29

1 A Psalm of David [on the occasion] of the solemn assembly of the Tabernacle. Bring to the Lord, you sons of God, bring to the Lord young rams; bring to the Lord glory and honor.

Nkunga Davidi. Luvana kuidi Yave, beno batu badi ngolo; Luvana nkembo kuidi Yave ayi zingolo.

2 Bring to the Lord glory, [due] to his name; worship the lord in his holy court.

Luvana nkembo kuidi Yave wufuanikini mu dizina diandi. Lubuongimina Yave mu kiezila ki kinlongo kiandi.

3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory has thundered: the Lord is upon many waters.

Mbembo Yave yidi va mbata minlangu. Nzambi yi nkembo wulembo dumi. Yave wulembo dumi va mbata minlangu minneni.

4 The voice of the Lord is mighty; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.

Mbembo Yave yidi yi lulendo, mbembo Yave yidi yi nzitusu.

5 [There is] the voice of the Lord who breaks the cedars; the Lord will break the cedars of Libanus.

Mbembo Yave yinkelulanga minti mi sedeli; Yave wunkelulanga minti mi sedeli midi mu Libani mu bitini.

6 And he will beat them small, [even] Libanus itself, like a calf; and the beloved one is as a young unicorn.

Wunzamisanga Libani banga muana wungombi; Silioni banga muana wu phakasa.

7 [There is] a voice of the Lord who divides a flame of fire.

Mbembo Yave yilembo totula minlaki mi mbazu.

8 A voice of the Lord who shakes the wilderness; the Lord will shake the wilderness of Cades.

Mbembo Yave yintitisanga dikanga. Yave wuntitisanga dikanga di Kadesi.

9 The voice of the Lord strengthens the hinds, and will uncover the thickets: and in his temple every one speaks [of his] glory.

Mbembo Yave yimbutisanga minsuma; yeti vambisa minsitu. Mu Nzoꞌandi, bima bioso bilembo yamikina: “nkembo”.

10 The Lord will dwell on the waterflood: and the Lord will sit a king for ever.

Yave wumvuandanga va kundu ki kipfumu va mbata khuka minlangu; Yave weti vuanda banga ntinu mu zithangu zioso.

11 The Lord will give strength to his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.

Yave weti vana batu bandi zingolo; Yave weti sakumuna batu bandi mu ndembama.
