Psalms 146

1 Alleluia, [a Psalm] of Aggaeus and Zacharias. My soul, praise the Lord.

Mikafu Yehowa. O! luʋɔnye, kafu Yehowa.

2 While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises to my God as long as I exist.

Makafu Yehowa le nye agbemeŋkekewo katã me. Madzi kafukafuha na nye Mawu la, zi ale si mele agbe.

3 Trust not in princes, nor in the children of men, in whom there is no safety.

Migaɖo dzi ɖe dziɖulawo ŋu o, eye migaka ɖe amegbetɔ kodzogbea, si mate ŋu axɔ na ame o la dzi o.

4 His breath shall go forth, and he shall return to his earth; in that day all his thoughts shall perish.

Ne woƒe gbɔgbɔ do go le wo me la, wogatrɔna zua kewɔ, gbe ma gbe ke woƒe ɖoɖo siwo katã wowɔ la zua tofloko.

5 Blessed is he whose helper is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord his God:

Woayra ame si ƒe xɔnametɔ nye Yakob ƒe Mawu la, eye eƒe mɔkpɔkpɔ le Yehowa, eƒe Mawu la me.

6 who made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all things in them: who keeps truth for ever:

Eya ame si wɔ dziƒo kple anyigba, atsiaƒu kple nu siwo katã le eme, Yehowa nye nuteƒewɔla tegbetegbe.

7 who executes judgment for the wronged: who gives food to the hungry. The Lord looses the fettered ones:

Etsoa afia na ame siwo wote ɖe anyi, eye wònaa nuɖuɖu dɔwuitɔwo. Yehowae naa ablɔɖe gamenɔlawo.

8 the Lord gives wisdom to the blind: The Lord sets up the broken down: the Lord loves the righteous: the Lord preserves the strangers;

Yehowa ʋua ŋku na ŋkuagbãtɔwo, Yehowa fɔa ame siwo wote ɖe anyi la ɖe dzi, Yehowa lɔ̃a ame dzɔdzɔewo ƒe nya.

9 he will relieve the orphan and widow: but will utterly remove the way of sinners.

Yehowa kpɔa amedzrowo ta, eye wònye tsyɔ̃eviwo kple ahosiwo hã ta kpɔla. Ke etɔtɔa ame vɔ̃ɖiwo ƒe mɔwo.

10 The Lord shall reign for ever, [even] your God, O Sion, to all generations.

Yehowa le fia ɖum tso mavɔ me yi ɖe mavɔ me. O! Zion, wò Mawu la aɖu fia le dzidzimewo katã me. Mikafu Yehowa.
