< Psalms 131 >

1 A Song of Degrees. O Lord, my heart is not exalted, neither have mine eyes been [haughtily] raised: neither have I exercised myself in great [matters], nor in things too wonderful for me.
Yahweh Pakai, kalungthim akiletsah poi; kamit ha dan jong kihi sahna aumpoi. Keima hi thil thupitah in jong kakigel pon keimat phah din jong aloupi behseh e.
2 [I shall have sinned] if I have not been humble, but have exulted my soul: according to [the relation of] a weaned child to his mother, so will you recompense my soul.
Hiche sang chun keima kahina kalung lhaipen lung ol heuvin kaum in ahi. Naosen anu noitwi ngaicha talou bang in lung ollin kaum in, naosen lungmonga aum bangin keijong kalhagao lungmong in aum e.
3 Let Israel hope in the Lord, from henceforth and for ever.
O Israel tule tonsotnin Yahweh Pakaijah lungmong'in ummin.
