Psalms 13

1 For the end, a Psalm of David. How long, O Lord, will you forget me? for ever? how long will you turn away your face from me?

೧ಪ್ರಧಾನಗಾಯಕನ ಕೀರ್ತನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು; ದಾವೀದನು ರಚಿಸಿದ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನು ಇನ್ನೆಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮರೆತಿರುವಿ? ಇನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಿಯ ತನಕ ನನಗೆ ವಿಮುಖನಾಗಿರುವಿ?

2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, [having] sorrows in my heart daily? how long shall my enemy be exalted over me?

೨ನಾನು ಇನ್ನೆಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ ಹಗಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ದುಃಖಾಕ್ರಾಂತನಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಇರಬೇಕು? ಇನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಿಯ ತನಕ ವಿರೋಧಿಯು ನನಗೆ ದೊರೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು?

3 Look on me, listen to me, O Lord my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep in death;

೩ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಟ್ಟು ನನಗೆ ಸದುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸು; ನನಗೆ ಮರಣನಿದ್ರೆಯು ಉಂಟಾಗದಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆಗೊಳಿಸು.

4 lest at any time mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him: my persecutors will exult if ever I should be moved.

೪ನನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುವು, “ನಾನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಿದೆನು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು; ವೈರಿಗಳು, “ನನ್ನ ಎದುರಾಳಿಯು ಜಾರಿಬಿದ್ದನು” ಎಂದು ಹಿಗ್ಗಬಾರದು.

5 But I have hoped in your mercy; my heart shall exult in your salvation.

೫ನಾನಂತೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ಹರ್ಷಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.

6 I will sing to the Lord who has dealt bountifully with me, and I will sing psalms to the name of the Lord most high.

೬ಯೆಹೋವನ ಮಹೋಪಕಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಹಾಡುವೆನು.
