Psalms 125

1 A Song of Degrees. They that trust in the Lord [shall be] as mount Sion: he that dwells in Jerusalem shall never be moved.

परमप्रभुमा भरोसा गर्नेहरू सियोन पर्वतजस्तै अटल र सदासर्वदा रहिरहन्छन् ।

2 The mountains are round about her, and [so] the Lord is round about his people, from henceforth and even for ever.

जसरी पहाडहरूले यरूशलेमलाई घरेको छ त्यसरी नै परमप्रभुले आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई अहिले र सदार्वदा घेर्नहुन्छ ।

3 For the Lord will not allow the rod of sinners to be upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous should stretch forth their hands to iniquity.

दुष्‍टहरूका राजदण्डले धर्मीहरूका देशमा राज्‍य गर्नुहुन्‍न । अन्‍यथा धर्मीहरूले जे खराब छ त्यही गर्न सक्‍छन् ।

4 Do good, O Lord, to them [that are] good, and to them [that are] upright in heart.

हे परमप्रभु, असलहरू र आफ्‍ना हृदयहरूमा सोझो हुनेहरूलाई असलै गर्नुहोस् ।

5 But them that turn aside to crooked ways the Lord will lead away with the workers of iniquity: [but] peace [shall be] upon Israel.

तर आफ्‍ना कुटिल मार्गहरूतिर लाग्‍नेहरूलाई परमप्रभुले तिनीहरूलाई खराबी गर्नेहरूसँगै डोर्‍याउनुहुनेछ । इस्राएलमा शान्ति होस् ।
