< Psalms 119 >

1 Alleluia. Blessed are the blameless in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
Nhyira nka wɔn a wɔn akwan yɛ pɛ na wɔnante sɛdeɛ Awurade mmara kyerɛ.
2 Blessed are they that search out his testimonies: they will diligently seek him with the whole heart.
Nhyira nka wɔn a wɔkora nʼahyɛdeɛ, na wɔfiri wɔn akoma nyinaa mu hwehwɛ no.
3 For they that work iniquity have not walked in his ways.
Wɔnnyɛ mfomsoɔ biara; na wɔnam nʼakwan so.
4 You have commanded [us] diligently to keep your precepts.
Woayɛ nkyerɛkyerɛ pa ato hɔ a ɛsɛ sɛ wɔdi so pɛpɛɛpɛ.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep your ordinances.
Ao sɛ mʼakwan bɛyɛ tee sɛdeɛ wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm no teɛ.
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all your commandments.
Sɛ mehwɛ wʼahyɛdeɛ no a ɛnneɛ, anka mʼanim rengu ase.
7 I will give you thanks with uprightness of heart, when I have learned the judgments of your righteousness.
Mede akoma a emu teɛ bɛkamfo wo ɛberɛ a meresua wo mmara a ɛtene no.
8 I will keep your ordinances: O forsake me not greatly.
Mɛdi wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm so; na nnya me korakora.
9 Wherewith shall a young man direct his way? by keeping your words.
Aberanteɛ bɛyɛ dɛn na nʼakwan ho ate? Ɛsɛ sɛ ɔdi wʼasɛm so.
10 With my whole heart have I diligently sought you: cast me not away from your commandments.
Mede mʼakoma nyinaa hwehwɛ wo; mma me mmane mfiri wo mmaransɛm ho.
11 I have hidden your oracles in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
Mede wʼasɛm asie mʼakoma mu sɛdeɛ merenyɛ bɔne ntia wo.
12 Blessed are you, O Lord: teach me your ordinances.
Ao Awurade, nkamfo wɔ wo; kyerɛkyerɛ me wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm.
13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of your mouth.
Mede mʼano ka mmara a ɛfiri wʼanomu nyinaa.
14 I have delighted in the way of your testimonies, [as much] as in all riches.
Mʼani gye sɛ medi wʼahyɛdeɛ so te sɛdeɛ obi anigye ahonya bebree ho no.
15 I will meditate on your commandments, and consider your ways.
Medwendwene wo nkyerɛkyerɛ ho na mehwehwɛ wʼakwan mu.
16 I will meditate on your ordinances: I will not forget your words.
Mʼani gye wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm ho; na merentoto wʼasɛm ase.
17 Render a recompense to your servant: [so] shall I live, and keep your words.
Yɛ wo ɔsomfoɔ yie; na matena ase adi wʼasɛm so.
18 Unveil you mine eyes, and I shall perceive wondrous things of your law.
Bue mʼani na menhunu anwanwadeɛ a ɛwɔ wo mmara no mu.
19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not your commandments from me.
Meyɛ ɔnanani wɔ asase so; mfa wo mmaransɛm no nhinta me.
20 My soul has longed exceedingly for your judgments at all times.
Me kra tɔ baha ɛberɛ biara wɔ wo mmara ho anigyina enti.
21 You have rebuked the proud: cursed are they that turn aside from your commandments.
Woka ahantanfoɔ anim, wɔn a wɔadome wɔn, na wɔmane firi wo mmaransɛm ho no.
22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have sought out your testimonies.
Yi kasatia ne animtiabuo firi me mu, ɛfiri sɛ medi wʼahyɛdeɛ so.
23 For princes sat and spoke against me: but your servant was meditating on your ordinances.
Ɛwom sɛ sodifoɔ hyia di me ho nsekuro, nanso wo ɔsomfoɔ bɛdwendwene wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm ho.
24 For your testimonies are my (meditation) and your ordinances are my counselors.
Wʼahyɛdeɛ yɛ mʼanigyedeɛ na ɛyɛ me fotufoɔ.
25 My soul has cleaved to the ground; quicken you me according to your word.
Woabrɛ me ase ma meda mfuturo mu. Kyɛe me nkwa so sɛdeɛ wʼasɛm no teɛ.
26 I declared my ways, and you did hear me: teach me your ordinances.
Mesesee mʼakwan na wogyee me so; kyerɛkyerɛ me wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm.
27 Instruct me in the way of your ordinances; and I will meditate on your wondrous works.
Ma mente deɛ ɛwɔ wo nkyerɛkyerɛ mu ase; na mɛdwendwene wʼanwanwadeɛ ho.
28 My soul has slumbered for sorrow; strengthen you me with your words.
Awerɛhoɔ ama me ɔkra atɔ baha; hyɛ me den sɛdeɛ wʼasɛm no kyerɛ.
29 Remove from me the way of iniquity; and be merciful to me by your law.
Yi me firi nnaadaa akwan so; na fa wo mmara so dom me.
30 I have chosen the way of truth; and have not forgotten your judgments.
Mafa nokorɛ kwan no so; mede mʼakoma adi wo mmara akyi.
31 I have cleaved to your testimonies, O Lord; put me not to shame.
Ao Awurade, mekura wo nkyerɛkyerɛ mu denden mma mʼanim ngu ase.
32 I ran the way of your commandments, when you did enlarge my heart.
Metu mmirika wɔ wo mmaransɛm kwan no so, ɛfiri sɛ wama mʼakoma atɔ me yam.
33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of your ordinances, and I will seek it out continually.
Kyerɛkyerɛ me, Ao Awurade, na menni wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm so, na mɛdi so akɔsi awieeɛ.
34 Instruct me, and I will search out your law, and will keep it with my whole heart.
Ma me nteaseɛ, na mɛdi wo mmara so, na mede mʼakoma nyinaa bɛdi so.
35 Guide me in the path of your commandments; for I have delighted in it.
Kyerɛ me wo mmaransɛm kwan no na ɛhɔ na menya anigyeɛ.
36 Incline mine heart to your testimonies, and not to covetousness.
Dane mʼakoma kɔ wʼahyɛdeɛ ho na ɛmfiri pɛsɛmenkomenya ho.
37 Turn away mine eyes that I may not behold vanity: quicken you me in your way.
Yi mʼani firi nneɛma hunu so; na kyɛe me nkwa so sɛdeɛ wʼasɛm teɛ.
38 Confirm your oracle to your servant, that he may fear you.
Di ɛbɔ a woahyɛ wo ɔsomfoɔ no so, na wasuro wo.
39 Take away my reproach which I have feared: for your judgments are good.
Yi animguaseɛ a ɛbɔ me hu no firi hɔ, ɛfiri sɛ wo mmara yɛ papa.
40 Behold, I have desired your commandments: quicken me in your righteousness.
Mʼani agyina wo nkyerɛkyerɛ no! Kyɛe me nkwa so wɔ wo tenenee mu.
41 And let your mercy come upon me, O Lord; [even] your salvation, according to your word.
Ao Awurade, ma wo dɔ a ɛnsa da no mmra me so, wo nkwagyeɛ no sɛdeɛ wo bɔhyɛ no teɛ.
42 And [so] I shall render an answer to them that reproach me: for I have trusted in your words.
Afei, mɛbua deɛ ɔyi me ahi no, ɛfiri sɛ mewɔ wʼasɛm mu ahotosoɔ.
43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in your judgments. So shall I keep your law continually, for ever and ever.
Nyi nokwasɛm no mfiri mʼanom, ɛfiri sɛ mʼanidasoɔ wɔ wo mmara mu.
Mɛdi wo mmara so ɛberɛ biara akɔsi daa apem.
45 I walked also at large: for I sought out your commandments.
Mede ahofadie bɛnante ɛfiri sɛ mahwehwɛ wo nkyerɛkyerɛ.
46 And I spoke of your testimonies before kings, and was not ashamed.
Mɛka wʼahyɛdeɛ ho asɛm wɔ ahemfo anim na mʼanim rengu ase,
47 And I meditated on your commandments, which I loved exceedingly.
ɛfiri sɛ mʼani gye wo mmaransɛm ho na medɔ no.
48 And I lifted up my hands to your commandments which I loved; and I meditated in your ordinances.
Mede anidie ma wo mmaransɛm a medɔ no, na medwendwene wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm ho.
49 Remember your words to your servant, wherein you have made me hope.
Kae asɛm a woaka akyerɛ wo ɔsomfoɔ, ɛfiri sɛ woama me anidasoɔ.
50 This has comforted me in mine affliction: for your oracle has quickened me.
Mʼawerɛkyekyerɛ wɔ mʼamanehunu mu ne sɛ: Wo bɔhyɛ kyɛe me nkwa so.
51 The proud have transgressed exceedingly; but I swerved not from your law.
Ahantanfoɔ bu me animtia bebree, nanso mennane mfiri wo mmara ho.
52 I remembered your judgments of old, O Lord; and was comforted.
Ao Awurade mekae wo tete mmara no, na menya awerɛkyekyerɛ wɔ mu.
53 Despair took hold upon me, because of the sinners who forsake your law.
Abufuo hyɛ me ma, ɛsiane amumuyɛfoɔ a wɔapo wo mmara enti.
54 Your ordinances were my songs in the place of my sojourning.
Wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm yɛ me dwom tiban wɔ baabiara a mesoɛ.
55 I remembered your name, O Lord, in the night, and kept your law.
Ao Awurade, anadwo mekae wo din, na mɛdi wo mmara so.
56 This I had, because I diligently sought your ordinances.
Yei ne adeɛ a meyɛ da biara, medi wo nkyerɛkyerɛ so.
57 You are my portion, O Lord: I said that I would keep your law.
Ao Awurade, wone me kyɛfa; mahyɛ bɔ sɛ mɛdi wo nsɛm so.
58 I implored your favor with my whole heart: have mercy upon me according to your word.
Mede mʼakoma nyinaa ahwehwɛ wo; hunu me mmɔbɔ sɛdeɛ wo bɔhyɛ no teɛ.
59 I thought on your ways, and turned my feet to your testimonies.
Madwene mʼakwan ho na madane mʼanammɔntuo akyerɛ wʼahyɛdeɛ.
60 I prepared myself, (and was not terrified, ) to keep your commandments.
Mɛyɛ ntɛm, merentwentwɛn sɛ mɛdi wo mmaransɛm soɔ.
61 The snares of sinners entangled me: but I forgot not your law.
Ɛwom sɛ amumuyɛfoɔ de ahoma kyekyere me nanso me werɛ remfiri wo mmara.
62 At midnight I arose, to give thanks to you for the judgments of your righteousness.
Ɔdasuom, mesɔre de wʼaseda ma wo wo mmara a ɛtene enti.
63 I am a companion of all them that fear you, and of them that keep your commandments.
Meyɛ wɔn a wɔsuro woɔ nyinaa adamfo, wɔn a wɔdi wo nkyerɛkyerɛ soɔ nyinaa.
64 O Lord, the earth is full of your mercy: teach me your ordinances.
Ao Awurade, wʼadɔeɛ ahyɛ asase so ma; kyerɛkyerɛ me wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm.
65 You have wrought kindly with your servant, o Lord, according to your word.
Wo ne wo ɔsomfoɔ nni no yie sɛdeɛ wʼasɛm teɛ, Ao Awurade.
66 Teach me kindness, and instruction, and knowledge: for I have believed your commandments.
Kyerɛkyerɛ me nimdeɛ ne atemmuo pa, ɛfiri sɛ megye wo mmaransɛm no di.
67 Before I was afflicted, I transgressed; therefore have I kept your word.
Ansa na merebɛhunu amane no, mefomm ɛkwan, na seesei deɛ, medi wʼasɛm so.
68 Good are you, O Lord; therefore in your goodness teach me your ordinances.
Woyɛ, na deɛ woyɛ nso yɛ; kyerɛkyerɛ me wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm.
69 The injustice of the proud has been multiplied against me: but I will search out your commandments with all my heart.
Ahantanfoɔ de atorɔ afɔre me ho, nanso mede mʼakoma nyinaa di wo nkyerɛkyerɛ so.
70 Their heart has been curdled like milk; but I have meditated on your law.
Wɔn akoma yɛ den na wɔnni tema, nanso mʼani gye wo mmara ho.
71 [It is] good for me that you have afflicted me; that I might learn your ordinances.
Ɛyɛ sɛ mehunuu amane sɛdeɛ mɛsua wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm.
72 The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
Mmara a ɛfiri wʼanomu no som bo ma me sene dwetɛ ne sikakɔkɔɔ mpempem.
73 Your hands have made me, and fashioned me: instruct me, that I may learn your commandments.
Wo nsa na ɛbɔɔ me na ɛnwonoo me; ma me nteaseɛ a mede bɛsua wo mmaransɛm.
74 They that fear you will see me and rejoice: for I have hoped in your words.
Sɛ wɔn a wɔsuro wo no hunu me a, ma wɔn ani nnye, ɛfiri sɛ mede mʼanidasoɔ ahyɛ wʼasɛm mu.
75 I know, O Lord, that your judgments are righteousness, and [that] you in truthfulness have afflicted me.
Ao Awurade, menim sɛ wo mmara tene, na nokorɛdie mu na woatwe mʼaso.
76 Let, I pray you, your mercy be to comfort me, according to your word to your servant.
Ma wʼadɔeɛ a ɛnsa da nkyekyere me werɛ sɛdeɛ ɛbɔ a woahyɛ wo ɔsomfoɔ no teɛ.
77 Let your compassions come to me, that I may live: for your law is my (meditation)
Ma wʼayamhyehyeɛ mmra me so, na mennya nkwa, ɛfiri sɛ mʼani ka wo mmara ho.
78 Let the proud be ashamed; for they transgressed against me unjustly: but I will meditate in your commandments.
Ma ahantanfoɔ ani nwu wɔ bɔne a wɔyɛɛ me, nanso, mɛdwendwene wo nkyerɛkyerɛ ho.
79 Let those that fear you, and those that know your testimonies, turn to me.
Ma wɔn a wɔsuro wo no mmra me nkyɛn, wɔn a wɔte wo mmara ase no.
80 Let mine heart be blameless in your ordinances, that I may not be ashamed.
Ma mʼakoma nnya bembuo wɔ wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm ho, na mʼanim angu ase.
81 My soul faints for your salvation: I have hoped in your words.
Wo nkwagyeɛ ho anigyina ama me ɔkra atɔ baha, nanso mede mʼanidasoɔ ahyɛ wʼasɛm mu.
82 Mine eyes failed [in waiting] for your word, saying, When will you comfort me?
Mahwɛ wo bɔhyɛ anim ama mʼani abu; meka sɛ, “Da bɛn na wobɛkyekyere me werɛ?”
83 For I am become as a bottle in the frost: [yet] I have not forgotten your ordinances.
Ɛwom sɛ mete sɛ nsã kotokuo a ɛsɛn wisie ano deɛ, nanso me werɛ remfiri wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm.
84 How many are the days of your servant? when will you execute judgment for me on them that persecute me?
Wo ɔsomfoɔ ntwɛn nkɔsi da bɛn? Da bɛn na wobɛtwe wɔn a wɔtaa me no aso?
85 Transgressors told me [idle tales]; but not according to your law, O Lord.
Ahantanfoɔ atu amena de asum me afidie, a ɛne wo mmara bɔ abira.
86 All your commandments are truth; they persecuted me unjustly; help you me.
Wo mmaransɛm nyinaa mu wɔ ahotosoɔ; boa me ɛfiri sɛ nnipa teetee me kwa.
87 They nearly made an end of me in the earth; but I forsook not your commandments.
Ɛkaa kakra bi na wɔyi me firi asase so, nanso mennyaa wo nkyerɛkyerɛ so die.
88 Quicken me according to your mercy; so shall I keep the testimonies of your mouth.
Kyɛe me nkwa so sɛdeɛ wʼadɔeɛ teɛ, na mɛdi nkyerɛkyerɛ a ɛfiri wʼanomu no so.
89 Your word, O Lord, abides in heaven for ever.
Ao Awurade, wʼasɛm no tim hɔ daa; ɛgyina hɔ pintinn wɔ ɔsorosoro.
90 Your truth [endures] to all generations; you have founded the earth, and it abides.
Wo nokorɛdie kɔ so wɔ awoɔ ntoatoasoɔ nyinaa mu; wode asase sii hɔ, na ɛtim hɔ.
91 The day continues by your arrangement; for all things are your servants.
Wo mmara wɔ hɔ bɛsi ɛnnɛ, na nneɛma nyinaa som wo.
92 Were it not that your law is my (meditation) then I should have perished in mine affliction.
Sɛ mʼani anka wo mmara no ho a, anka mʼamanehunu akum me.
93 I will never forget your ordinances; for with them you have quickened me.
Me werɛ remfiri wo nkyerɛkyerɛ no, ɛfiri sɛ ɛno so na wonam akyɛe me nkwa so.
94 I am your, save me; for I have sought out your ordinances.
Gye me nkwa, na meyɛ wo dea; na mahwehwɛ wo nkyerɛkyerɛ no.
95 Sinners laid wait for me to destroy me; [but] I understood your testimonies.
Amumuyɛfoɔ retwɛn sɛ wɔbɛsɛe me, nanso, mɛdwendwene wʼahyɛdeɛ ho.
96 have seen an end of all perfection; [but] your commandment is very broad.
Mahunu sɛ pɛyɛ nyinaa wɔ deɛ ɛkɔpem; nanso wo mmaransɛm no nni hyeɛ.
97 How I have loved your law, O Lord! it is my meditation all the day.
Ao medɔ wo mmara no! Medwendwene ho ɛda mu nyinaa.
98 You have made me wiser than mine enemies [in] your commandment; for it is mine for ever.
Wo mmaransɛm ma me hunu nyansa sene mʼatamfoɔ, ɛfiri sɛ ɛwɔ me nkyɛn daa.
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers; for your testimonies are my medication.
Mewɔ nhunumu sene mʼakyerɛkyerɛfoɔ nyinaa, ɛfiri sɛ medwendwene wʼahyɛdeɛ ho.
100 I understand more that the aged; because I have sought out your commandments.
Mewɔ nteaseɛ sene mpanimfoɔ, ɛfiri sɛ medi wo nkyerɛkyerɛ so.
101 I have kept back my feet from every evil way, that I might keep your words.
Memfaa me nan nsii ɛkwan bɔne biara so sɛdeɛ mɛtumi ayɛ ɔsetie ama wʼasɛm.
102 I have not declined from your judgments; for you have instructed me.
Memmane memfirii wo mmara ho, ɛfiri sɛ wʼankasa na woakyerɛkyerɛ me.
103 How sweet are your oracles to my throat! more so than honey to my mouth!
Wo nsɛm yɛ me dɛ, ɛyɛ dɛ sene ɛwoɔ wɔ mʼanom.
104 I gain understanding by your commandments: therefore I have hated every way of unrighteousness.
Menya nteaseɛ firi wo nkyerɛkyerɛ mu; enti mekyiri ɛkwan bɔne biara.
105 Your law is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my paths.
Wʼasɛm yɛ me nan ase kanea ne mʼakwan so hann.
106 I have sworn and determined to keep the judgments of your righteousness.
Maka ntam ahyɛ mu kena sɛ mɛdi wo tenenee mmara no so.
107 I have been very greatly afflicted, O Lord: quicken me, according to your word.
Mahunu amane bebree; kyɛe me nkwa so, Ao Awurade, sɛdeɛ wʼasɛm teɛ.
108 Accept, I pray you, O Lord, the free will offerings of my mouth, and teach me your judgments.
Ao Awurade, ma wʼani nsɔ mʼanom nkamfo a ɛfiri me pɛ mu, na kyerɛkyerɛ me wo mmara.
109 My soul is continually in your hands; and I have not forgotten your law.
Ɛwom sɛ daa metoto me nkwa ase, nanso me werɛ remfiri wo mmara.
110 Sinners spread a snare for me; but I erred not from your commandments.
Amumuyɛfoɔ asum me afidie nanso memfom memfirii wo nkyerɛkyerɛ ho.
111 I have inherited your testimonies for ever; for they are the joy of my heart.
Wʼahyɛdeɛ yɛ mʼagyapadeɛ afebɔɔ; ɛma mʼakoma ani gye.
112 I have inclined my heart to perform your ordinances for ever, in return [for your mercies].
Mʼakoma ayɛ krado sɛ ɛbɛhwɛ wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm so akɔsi awieeɛ.
113 I have hated transgressors; but I have loved your law.
Mekyiri nnipa a wɔn adwene yɛ wɔn ntanta, na medɔ wo mmara.
114 You are my helper and my supporter; I have hoped in your words.
Wone me dwanekɔbea ne me kyɛm; mede mʼanidasoɔ ahyɛ wʼasɛm mu.
115 Depart from me, you evil-doers; for I will search out the commandments of my God.
Momfiri me so nkɔ, mo nnebɔneyɛfoɔ, na menni me Onyankopɔn mmaransɛm so!
116 Uphold me according to your word, and quicken me; and make me not ashamed of my expectation.
Wowa me sɛdeɛ wo bɔhyɛ no teɛ, na mɛtena nkwa mu; mma mʼanidasoɔ nyɛ kwa.
117 Help me, and I shall be saved; and I will meditate in your ordinances continually.
Sɔ me mu, na menya nkwagyeɛ; na ɛberɛ biara mɛhwɛ wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm no.
118 You have brought to nothing all that depart from your ordinances; for their inward thought is unrighteous.
Wopo wɔn a wɔfom wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm nyinaa, na wɔn nnaadaa no yɛ ɔkwa.
119 I have reckoned all the sinners of the earth as transgressors; therefore have I loved your testimonies.
Woyi amumuyɛfoɔ nyinaa si nkyɛn sɛ dadeben; enti medɔ wʼahyɛdeɛ.
120 Penetrate my flesh with your fear; for I am afraid of your judgments.
Wo ho suro ma me ho popo; wo mmara abɔ me hu.
121 I have done judgment and justice; deliver me not up to them that injure me.
Mayɛ deɛ ɛtene na ɛyɛ pɛ. Nnyaa me mma wɔn a wɔhyɛ me soɔ!
122 Receive your servant for good: let not the proud accuse me falsely.
Hwɛ ma wo ɔsomfoɔ nni yie; mma ahantanfoɔ nhyɛ me so.
123 Mine eyes have failed for your salvation, and for the word of your righteousness.
Mahwɛ wo nkwagyeɛ anim ama mʼani abu, ɛrehwehwɛ wo bɔhyɛ a ɛtene no.
124 Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and teach me your ordinances.
Wo ne wo ɔsomfoɔ nni no sɛdeɛ wʼadɔeɛ teɛ na kyerɛkyerɛ me wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm.
125 I am your servant; instruct me, and I shall know your testimonies.
Meyɛ wo ɔsomfoɔ; ma me nhunumu na mate wʼahyɛdeɛ ase.
126 [It is] time for the Lord to work: they have utterly broken your law.
Ao Awurade, ɛberɛ aso sɛ woyɛ biribi; wɔrebu wo mmara so.
127 Therefore have I loved your commandments more than gold, or the topaz.
Esiane sɛ medɔ wo mmaransɛm sene sikakɔkɔɔ, anaa sikakɔkɔɔ amapa,
128 Therefore I directed myself [according] to all your commandments: I have hated every unjust way.
na medwene sɛ wo nkyerɛkyerɛ nyinaa yɛ enti mekyiri ɛkwan bɔne biara.
129 Your testimonies are wonderful: therefore my soul has sought them out.
Wʼahyɛdeɛ yɛ nwanwa; enti medi so.
130 The manifestation of your words will enlighten, and instruct the simple.
Wo nsɛm ase teɛ ma hann; na ɛma ntetekwaa nya nteaseɛ.
131 I opened my mouth, and drew breath: for I earnestly longed after your commandments.
Mebue mʼanom na megu ahome, na mʼani gyina wo mmaransɛm.
132 Look upon me and have mercy upon me, after the manner of them that love your name.

133 Order my steps according to your word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
Tutu mʼanammɔn sɛdeɛ wʼasɛm no teɛ. Mma bɔne biara nni me so.
134 Deliver me from the false accusation of men: so will I keep your commandments.
Gye me firi nnipa nhyɛsoɔ mu, na madi wo nkyerɛkyerɛ so.
135 Cause your face to shine upon your servant: and teach me your ordinances.
Ma wʼanim nhyerɛn wo ɔsomfoɔ so na kyerɛkyerɛ me wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm.
136 Mine eyes have been bathed in streams of water, because I kept not your law.
Nisuo adware me sɛ asutene ɛfiri sɛ nnipa nni wo mmara so.
137 Righteous are you, O Lord, and upright are your judgments.
Ɔteneneeni ne wo, Ao Awurade, na wo mmara nso yɛ pɛ.
138 You has commanded righteousness and perfect truth, [as] your testimonies.
Ahyɛdeɛ a woayɛ no tene; ɛyɛ deɛ wɔnya mu ahotosoɔ pa ara.
139 Your zeal has quite wasted me: because mine enemies have forgotten your words.
Abufuo ahyɛ me ma, ɛfiri sɛ mʼatamfoɔ bu wɔn ani gu wo nsɛm no.
140 Your word [has been] very fully tried; and your servant loves it.
Wɔasɔ wo bɔhyɛ ahodoɔ no ahwɛ pa ara, na wo ɔsomfoɔ dɔ wɔn.
141 I am young and despised: [yet] I have not forgotten your ordinances.
Ɛwom sɛ mennka hwee na memfra deɛ, nanso me werɛ mfiri wo nkyerɛkyerɛ.
142 Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and your law is truth.
Wo tenenee wɔ hɔ daa na wo mmara no yɛ nokorɛ.
143 Afflictions and distresses found me: [but] your commandments [were] my (meditation)
Ɔhaw ne ahohiahia aduru me, nanso wo mmaransɛm ma me ahosɛpɛ.
144 Your testimonies [are] an everlasting righteousness: instruct me, and I shall live.
Wʼahyɛdeɛ yɛ nokorɛ daa; ma me nteaseɛ na manya nkwa.
145 I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord: I will search out your ordinances.
Ao Awurade, mede mʼakoma nyinaa mefrɛ wo, gye me so, na mɛdi wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm no so.
146 I cried to you; save me, and I will keep your testimonies.
Mesu mefrɛ wo, gye me nkwa na medi wʼahyɛdeɛ so.
147 I arose before the dawn, and cried: I hoped in your words.
Mesɔre anɔpahema, na mesu pɛ mmoa; mede me werɛ ahyɛ wo nsɛm mu.
148 Mine eyes prevented the dawn, that I might meditate on your oracles.
Mʼani gu so anadwo nyinaa, na mɛdwendwene wo bɔhyɛ ho.
149 Hear my voice, O Lord, according to your mercy; quicken me according to your judgment.
Tie me nne sɛdeɛ wʼadɔeɛ no teɛ; Ao Awurade, kyɛe me nkwa so sɛdeɛ wo mmara teɛ.
150 They have drawn near who persecuted me unlawfully; and they are far removed from your law.
Wɔn a wɔhyehyɛ atirimuɔdensɛm no abɛn, nanso wɔne wo mmara ntam ware.
151 You are near, O Lord; and all your ways are truth.
Ao Awurade, wo deɛ, wobɛn me, na wo mmaransɛm nyinaa yɛ nokorɛ.
152 I have known of old concerning your testimonies, that you have founded them for ever.
Mmerɛ bi a atwam no, mesuaa wʼahyɛdeɛ a wode timiiɛ hɔ sɛ ɛntena hɔ daa no.
153 Look upon mine affliction, and rescue me; for I have not forgotten your law.
Hwɛ mʼamanehunu na gye me nkwa ɛfiri sɛ me werɛ mfirii wo mmara no.
154 Plead my cause, and ransom me: quicken me because of your word.
Di mʼasɛm ma me na gye me. Kyɛe me nkwa so sɛdeɛ wo bɔhyɛ no teɛ.
155 Salvation is far from sinners: for they have not searched out your ordinances.
Nkwagyeɛ ne atirimuɔdenfoɔ ntam kwan ware, ɛfiri sɛ wɔnhwehwɛ wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm no.
156 Your mercies, O Lord, are many: quicken me according to your judgment.
Ao Awurade, wʼayamhyehyeɛ yɛ kɛseɛ; kyɛe me nkwa so sɛdeɛ wo mmara no teɛ.
157 Many are they that persecute me and oppress me: [but] I have not declined from your testimonies.
Atamfoɔ a wɔteetee me dɔɔso, nanso memmane memfirii wo nhyehyɛeɛ ho.
158 I saw men acting foolishly, and I pined away; for they kept not your oracles.
Mehwɛ wɔn a wɔnni gyidie no a, wɔn ho yɛ me nwunu, ɛfiri sɛ wɔnni wʼasɛm so.
159 Behold, I have loved your commandments, O Lord: quicken me in your mercy.
Hwɛ sɛdeɛ mʼani gye wo nkyerɛkyerɛ ho; Ao Awurade, kyɛe me nkwa so sɛdeɛ wʼadɔeɛ teɛ.
160 The beginning of your words is truth; and all the judgments of your righteousness [endure] for ever.
Wo nsɛm nyinaa yɛ nokorɛ; na wo mmara a ɛtene no to rentwa da.
161 Princes persecuted me without a cause, but my heart feared because of your words.
Sodifoɔ taataa me kwa, nanso ɛyɛ wʼasɛm nko ara na mesuro.
162 I will exult because of your oracles, as one that finds much spoil.
Mʼani gye wo bɔhyɛ ho te sɛ obi a wanya asadeɛ kɛseɛ.
163 I hate and abhor unrighteousness; but I love your law.
Mekyiri nkontompo na medɔ wo mmara.
164 Seven times in a day have I praised you because of the judgments of your righteousness.
Mekamfo wo mprɛnson da biara wo mmara a ɛtene no enti.
165 Great peace have they that love your law: and there is no stumbling block to them.
Wɔn a wɔdɔ wo mmara no wɔ asomdwoeɛ mmoroso, na biribiara rentumi mma wɔnsunti.
166 I waited for your salvation, O Lord, and have loved your commandments.
Ao Awurade, metwɛn wo nkwagyeɛ, na medi wo mmaransɛm so.
167 My soul has kept your testimonies, and loved them exceedingly.
Medi wʼahyɛdeɛ so na medɔ no yie.
168 I have kept your commandments and your testimonies; for all my ways are before you, O Lord.
Medi wo nkyerɛkyerɛ ne wʼahyɛdeɛ so, na wonim mʼakwan nyinaa.
169 Let my supplication come near before you, o Lord; instruct me according to your oracle.
Ao Awurade, ma me sufrɛ nnuru wʼanim; ma me nteaseɛ sɛdeɛ wʼasɛm no teɛ.
170 Let my petition come in before you, O Lord; deliver me according to your oracle.
Ma me nkotosrɛ nnuru wʼanim; na gye me sɛdeɛ wo bɔhyɛ no teɛ.
171 Let my lips utter a hymn, when you shall have taught me your ordinances.
Ma nkamfo nhyɛ mʼanom ma; ɛfiri sɛ wokyerɛkyerɛ me wo ɔhyɛ nsɛm.
172 Let my tongue utter your oracles; for all your commandments are righteous.
Ma me tɛkrɛma nto wʼasɛm ho dwom, ɛfiri sɛ wo mmaransɛm nyinaa tene.
173 Let your hand be [prompt] to save me; for I have chosen your commandments.
Yɛ ahoboa bɛboa me, ɛfiri sɛ masɔ wo nkyerɛkyerɛ no mu.
174 I have longed after your salvation, O Lord; and your law is my (meditation)
Ao Awurade, mʼani agyina wo nkwagyeɛ, na wo mmara yɛ mʼanigyedeɛ.
175 My soul shall live, and shall praise you; and your judgments shall help me.
Ma me ntena nkwa mu na matumi akamfo wo, na wo mmara nso awowa me.
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant; for I have not forgotten your commandments.
Mafom ɛkwan sɛ odwan a wayera. Hwehwɛ wo ɔsomfoɔ, ɛfiri sɛ me werɛ mfirii wo mmaransɛm no.
