Psalms 113

1 Alleluia. Praise the Lord, you servants [of his], praise, the name of the Lord.

¡Alaben, esclavos de Yavé! ¡Alaben el Nombre de Yavé!

2 Let the name of the Lord be blessed, from this present time and for ever.

¡Bendito sea el Nombre de Yavé Desde ahora y para siempre!

3 From the rising of the sun to his setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised.

Desde el nacimiento del sol hasta su ocaso Sea alabado el Nombre de Yavé.

4 The Lord is high above all the nations; his glory is above the heavens.

Yavé es excelso sobre todas las naciones, Sobre el cielo su gloria.

5 Who is as the Lord our God? who dwells in the high places,

¿Quién es como Yavé, nuestro ʼElohim, Quien está entronizado en las alturas,

6 and [yet] looks upon the low things in heaven, and on the earth:

Quien se humilla para mirar en el cielo y en la tierra?

7 who lifts up the poor from the earth, and raises up the needy from the dunghill;

Él levanta del polvo al pobre Y saca del basurero al indigente,

8 to set him with princes, [even] with the princes of his people:

Para hacerlos sentar con líderes, Con los líderes de su pueblo.

9 who settles the barren [woman] in a house, [as] a mother rejoicing over children.

Él coloca en la casa a la estéril Como madre gozosa de hijos. ¡Aleluya!
