Psalms 110

1 A Psalm of David. The Lord said to my Lord, Sit you on my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.

Psalm Dawida. Powiedział PAN do mego Pana: Usiądź po mojej prawicy, aż położę twoich wrogów jako podnóżek pod twoje stopy.

2 The Lord shall send out a rod of power for you out of Sion: rule you in the midst of your enemies.

Laskę twojej mocy pośle PAN z Syjonu, [mówiąc]: Panuj pośród twoich wrogów.

3 With you is dominion in the day of your power, in the splendors of your saints: I have begotten you from the womb before the morning.

Twój lud będzie ochoczy w dniu twej potęgi, w ozdobie świętości i z łona jutrzenki; twoja jest rosa młodości.

4 The Lord sware, and will not repent, You are a priest for ever, after the order of Melchisedec.

PAN przysiągł i nie będzie żałował: Ty jesteś kapłanem na wieki według porządku Melchizedeka.

5 The Lord at your right hand has dashed in pieces kings in the day of his wrath.

Pan po twojej prawicy zetrze królów w dniu swego gniewu.

6 He shall judge among the nations, he shall fill up [the number of] corpses, he shall crush the heads of many on the earth.

Będzie sądził narody i trupami napełni wszystko; roztrzaska głowy [panujące] nad wieloma ziemiami.

7 He shall drink of the brook in the way; therefore shall he lift up the head.

Ze strumienia będzie pił po drodze, dlatego podniesie głowę.
