Psalms 103
1 [A Psalm] of David. Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all [that is] within me, [bless] his holy name.
| بَارِكِي يَا نَفْسِي الرَّبَّ، وَلْيَحْمَدْ كُلُّ مَا فِي دَاخِلِي اسْمَهُ الْقُدُّوسَ. | ١ |
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his praises:
| بَارِكِي يَا نَفْسِي الرَّبَّ، وَلَا تَنْسَيْ جَمِيعَ خَيْرَاتِهِ. | ٢ |
3 who forgives all your transgressions, who heals all your diseases;
| إِنَّهُ يَغْفِرُ جَمِيعَ آثَامِكِ وَيُبْرِئُ كُلَّ أَمْرَاضِكِ. | ٣ |
4 who redeems your life from corruption; who crowns you with mercy and compassion;
| وَيَفْدِي مِنَ الْمَوْتِ حَيَاتَكِ وَيُتَوِّجُكِ بِالرَّحْمَةِ وَالرَّأْفَةِ. | ٤ |
5 who satisfies your desire with good things: [so that] your youth shall be renewed like [that] of the eagle.
| وَيُشْبِعُ بِالْخَيْرِ عُمْرَكِ فَيَتَجَدَّدُ كَالنَّسْرِ شَبَابُكِ. | ٥ |
6 The Lord executes mercy and judgment for all that are injured.
| الرَّبُّ يَحْكُمُ بِالعَدْلِ وَيُنْصِفُ جَمِيعَ الْمَظْلُومِينَ. | ٦ |
7 He made known his ways to Moses, his will to the children of Israel.
| أَطْلَعَ مُوسَى عَلَى طُرُقِهِ وَبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَلَى أَفْعَالِهِ. | ٧ |
8 The Lord is compassionate and pitiful, longsuffering, and full of mercy.
| الرَّبُّ رَحِيمٌ وَرَؤُوفٌ، بَطِيءُ الْغَضَبِ وَوَافِرُ الرَّحْمَةِ. | ٨ |
9 He will not be always angry; neither will he be wrathful for ever.
| لَا يَسْخَطُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ وَلَا يَحْقِدُ إِلَى الدَّهْرِ. | ٩ |
10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor recompensed us according to our iniquities.
| لَمْ يُعَامِلْنَا حَسَبَ خَطَايَانَا وَلَمْ يُجَازِنَا حَسَبَ آثَامِنَا. | ١٠ |
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, the Lord has [so] increased his mercy toward them that fear him.
| مِثْلَ ارْتِفَاعِ السَّمَاوَاتِ فَوْقَ الأَرْضِ، تَعَاظَمَتْ رَحْمَتُهُ عَلَى مُتَّقِيهِ. | ١١ |
12 As far as the east is from the west, [so far] has he removed our transgressions from us.
| وَكَبُعْدِ الْمَشْرِقِ عَنِ الْمَغْرِبِ أَبْعَدَ عَنَّا مَعَاصِيَنَا. | ١٢ |
13 As a father pities [his] children, the Lord pities them that fear him.
| مِثْلَمَا يَعْطِفُ الأَبُ عَلَى بَنِيهِ يَعْطِفُ الرَّبُّ عَلَى أَتْقِيَائِهِ. | ١٣ |
14 For he knows our frame: remember that we are dust.
| لأَنَّهُ يَعْرِفُ ضَعْفَنَا وَيَذْكُرُ أَنَّنَا جُبِلْنَا مِنْ تُرَابٍ. | ١٤ |
15 [As for] man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so shall he flourish.
| أَيَّامُ الإِنْسَانِ مِثْلُ الْعُشْبِ وَزَهْرِ الْحَقْلِ، | ١٥ |
16 For the wind passes over it, and it shall not be; and it shall know its place no more.
| تَهُبُّ عَلَيْهِ الرِّيحُ فَيَفْنَى، وَلَا يَعُودُ مَوْضِعُهُ يَتَذَكَّرُهُ فِيمَا بَعْدُ. | ١٦ |
17 But the mercy of the Lord is from generation to generation upon them that fear him, and his righteousness to children's children;
| أَمَّا رَحْمَةُ الرَّبِّ فَهِيَ مِنَ الأَزَلِ وَإِلَى الأَبَدِ عَلَى مُتَّقِيهِ، وَعَدْلُهُ يَمْتَدُّ إِلَى بَنِي الْبَنِينَ، | ١٧ |
18 to them that keep his covenant, and remember his commandments to do them.
| لِلَّذِينَ يُرَاعُونَ عَهْدَهُ وَالَّذِينَ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ وَصَايَاهُ وَيُمَارِسُونَهَا. | ١٨ |
19 The Lord has prepared his throne in the heaven; and his kingdom rules over all.
| الرَّبُّ ثَبَّتَ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ عَرْشَهُ، وَمَمْلَكَتُهُ عَلَى جَمِيعِ الْبَشَرِ تَسُودُ. | ١٩ |
20 Bless the Lord, all you his angels, mighty in strength, who perform his bidding, [ready] to listen to the voice of his words.
| بَارِكُوا الرَّبَّ يَا مَلائِكَتَهُ الْمُقْتَدِرِينَ قُوَّةً، الْفَاعِلِينَ أَمْرَهُ فَوْرَ صُدُورِ كَلِمَتِهِ. | ٢٠ |
21 Bless the Lord, all you his hosts; [you] ministers of his that do his will.
| بَارِكُوا الرَّبَّ يَا جَمِيعَ جُنُودِهِ، يَا خُدَّامَهُ الْعَامِلِينَ رِضَاهُ. | ٢١ |
22 Bless the Lord, all his works, in every place of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul.
| بَارِكُوا الرَّبَّ يَا كُلَّ خَلِيقَتِهِ، فِي كُلِّ مَوَاضِعِ سُلْطَانِهِ. بَارِكِي يَا نَفْسِي الرَّبَّ. | ٢٢ |
