< Proverbs 21 >

1 As a rush of water, so is the king's heart in God's hand: he turns it wherever he may desire to point out.
Padixaⱨning kɵngli eriⱪlardiki sudǝk Pǝrwǝrdigarning ⱪolididur; [Pǝrwǝrdigar] ⱪǝyǝrgǝ toƣrilisa, xu tǝrǝpkǝ mangidu.
2 Every man seems to himself righteous; but the Lord directs the hearts.
Insan ɵzining ⱨǝmmǝ ⱪilƣan ixini toƣra dǝp bilǝr; Lekin Pǝrwǝrdigar ⱪǝlbdiki niyǝtlǝrni taraziƣa selip tartip kɵrǝr.
3 To do justly and to speak truth, are more pleasing to God than the blood of sacrifices.
Pǝrwǝrdigarning nǝziridǝ, Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ bilǝn adalǝt yürgüzüx ⱪurbanliⱪ ⱪilixtin ǝwzǝldur.
4 A high-minded man is stout-hearted in [his] pride; and the lamp of the wicked is sin.
Tǝkǝbbur kɵzlǝr, mǝƣrur ⱪǝlb, yamanlarning qiriƣi — ⱨǝmmisi gunaⱨtur.
5
Əstayidil kixilǝrning oyliri ularni pǝⱪǝt bayaxatliⱪⱪa yetǝklǝr; Qeqilangƣularning oyliri bolsa, ularni pǝⱪǝt yoⱪsuzluⱪⱪila yetǝklǝr.
6 He that gathers treasures with a lying tongue pursues vanity [on] to the snares of death.
Yaƣlima til bilǝn erixkǝn bayliⱪlar, Ɵlümni izdǝp yürgǝnlǝr ⱪoƣlap yürgǝn bir tütünla, halas.
7 Destruction shall lodge with the ungodly; for they refuse to do justly.
Yamanlarning zalimliⱪi ɵzlirini qirmiwalar; Qünki ular adalǝt yolida mengixni rǝt ⱪilƣan.
8 To the froward God sends froward ways; for his works are pure and right.
Jinayǝtkar mangidiƣan yol naⱨayiti ǝgridur; Sap dil adǝmning ⱨǝrikiti tüptüzdur.
9 [It is] better to dwell in a corner on the house-top, than in plastered [rooms] with unrighteousness, and in an open house.
Soⱪuxⱪaⱪ hotun bilǝn [azadǝ] ɵydǝ billǝ turƣandin kɵrǝ, Ɵgzining bir bulungida [yalƣuz] yetip ⱪopⱪan yahxi.
10 The soul of the ungodly shall not be pitied by any man.
Yaman kixining kɵngli yamanliⱪⱪila ⱨerismǝndur; U yeⱪiniƣimu xapaǝt kɵrsǝtmǝs.
11 When an intemperate man is punished the simple becomes wiser: and a wise man understanding will receive knowledge.
Ⱨakawurning jazaƣa tartilixi, bilimsizgǝ ibrǝt bolar; Dana kixi ⱪobul ⱪilƣan nǝsiⱨǝtlǝrdin tehimu kɵp bilim alar.
12 A righteous man understands the hearts of the ungodly: and despises the ungodly for their wickedness.
Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy Bolƣuqi yamanning ɵyini kɵzlǝr; U ⱨaman yamanlarni yamanliⱪⱪa ⱪoyup yiⱪitar.
13 He that stops his ears from hearing the poor, himself also shall cry, and there shall be none to hear [him].
Miskinlǝrning nalisiƣa ⱪuliⱪini yoputup kari bolmiƣuqi, Ahiri ɵzi pǝryad kɵtürǝr, Biraⱪ ⱨeqkim pǝrwa ⱪilmas.
14 A secret gift calms anger: but he that forbears to give stirs up strong wrath.
Yoxurun sowƣat ƣǝzǝpni basar; Yǝng iqidǝ berilgǝn para ⱪǝⱨr-ƣǝzǝpni pǝsǝytǝr.
15 [It is] the joy of the righteous to do judgment: but a holy [man] is abominable with evil-doers.
Adalǝtni bǝja kǝltürüx ⱨǝⱪⱪaniylarning huxalliⱪidur, Biraⱪ yamanliⱪ ⱪilƣuqilarƣa wǝⱨimidur.
16 A man that wanders out of the way of righteousness, shall rest in the congregation of giants.
Ⱨekmǝt yolidin ezip kǝtkǝn kixi, Ərwaⱨlarning jamaiti iqidikilǝrdin bolup ⱪalar.
17 A poor man loves mirth, loving wine and oil in abundance;
Tamaxaƣa berilgǝn kixi namrat ⱪalar; Yaƣ qaynaxⱪa, xarab iqixkǝ amraⱪ beyimas.
18 and a transgressor is the abomination of a righteous man.
Yaman adǝm ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy adǝm üqün gɵrü pulining ornida ⱪalar; [Ezilgǝn] duruslarning orniƣa iplaslar ⱪalar.
19 [It is] better to dwell in a wilderness than with a quarrelsome and talkative and passionate woman.
Soⱪuxⱪaⱪ wǝ terikkǝk ayal bilǝn ortaⱪ turƣandin, Qɵl-bayawanda yalƣuz yaxiƣan yahxidur.
20 A desirable treasure will rest on the mouth of the wise; but foolish men will swallow it up.
Aⱪilanining ɵyidǝ bayliⱪ bar, zǝytun may bar; Biraⱪ ǝhmǝⱪlǝr tapⱪinini utturluⱪ buzup-qaqar.
21 The way of righteousness and mercy will find life and glory.
Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝt, meⱨribanliⱪni izdigüqi adǝm, Ⱨayat, ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝt wǝ izzǝt-ⱨɵrmǝtkǝ erixǝr.
22 A wise man assaults strong cities, and demolishes the fortress in which the ungodly trusted.
Dana kixi küqlüklǝr xǝⱨirining sepiliƣa yamixar, Ularning tayanqi bolƣan ⱪorƣinini ƣulitar.
23 He that keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps his soul from trouble.
Ɵz tiliƣa, aƣziƣa igǝ bolƣan kixi, Jenini awariqiliklǝrdin saⱪlap ⱪalar.
24 A bold and self-willed and insolent [man] is called a pest: and he that remembers injuries is a transgressor.
Qongqiliⱪ ⱪilƣanlar, «Ⱨakawur», «ⱨali qong», «mazaⱪqi» atilar.
25 Desires kill the sluggard; for his hands do not choose to do anything.
Ⱨurun kixi ɵz nǝpsidin ⱨalak bolar, Qünki uning ⱪoli ixⱪa barmas;
26 An ungodly man entertains evil desires all the day: but the righteous is unsparingly merciful and compassionate.
Nǝpsi yaman bolup u kün boyi tǝmǝ ⱪilip yürǝr; Biraⱪ ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy adǝm ⱨeqnemini ayimay sǝdiⱪǝ ⱪilar.
27 The sacrifices of the ungodly are abomination to the Lord, for they offer them wickedly.
Yaman adǝmning ⱪurbanliⱪi Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa yirginqliktur; Rǝzil ƣǝrǝzdǝ ǝpkelingǝn bolsa tehimu xundaⱪtur!
28 A false witness shall perish; but an obedient man will speak cautiously.
Yalƣan guwaⱨliⱪ ⱪilƣuqi ⱨalak bolar; Əyni ǝⱨwalni anglap sɵzligǝn kixining sɵzi ǝbǝdgiqǝ aⱪar.
29 An ungodly man impudently withstands with his face; but the upright man himself understands his ways.
Yaman adǝm yüzini ⱪelin ⱪilar; Durus kixi yolini oylap puhta basar.
30 There is no wisdom, there is no courage, there is no counsel against the ungodly.
Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa ⱪarxi turalaydiƣan ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ danaliⱪ, ǝⱪil-parasǝt yaki tǝdbir yoⱪtur.
31 A horse is prepared for the day of battle; but help is of the Lord.
Atlar jǝng küni üqün tǝyyar ⱪilinƣan bolsimu, Biraⱪ ƣǝlibǝ-nijat pǝⱪǝt Pǝrwǝrdigardindur.
