Numbers 34
1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
इसके बाद याहवेह ने मोशेह को आज्ञा दी,
2 Charge the children of Israel, and you shall say to them, You are entering into the land of Chanaan: it shall be to you for an inheritance, the land of Chanaan with its boundaries.
“तुम इस्राएलियों को यह आदेश दो: ‘जब तुम कनान देश में प्रवेश करो, तो यही वह देश होगा, जो तुम्हारे उत्तराधिकार के लिए ठहराया गया है—हां, कनान देश उसकी सीमाओं सहित:
3 And your southern side shall be from the wilderness of Sin to the border of Edom, and your border southward shall extend on the side of the salt sea eastward.
“‘तुम्हारे देश का दक्षिण क्षेत्र ज़िन के निर्जन प्रदेश से एदोम की सीमा तक पूर्व में लवण-सागर तक होगी.
4 And your border shall go round you from the south to the ascent of Acrabin, and shall proceed by Ennac, and the going forth of it shall be southward to Cades Barne, and it shall go forth to the village of Arad, and shall proceed by Asemona.
तब तुम्हारी सीमा मुड़कर दक्षिण से अक्रब्बीम की चढ़ाई की ओर होगी और ज़िन की दिशा में बढ़ती जाएगी और इसका अंत होगा कादेश-बरनेअ का दक्षिण. यह हाज़ार अद्दार पहुंचकर आज़मोन से
5 And the border shall compass from Asemona to the river of Egypt, and the sea shall be the termination.
मिस्र की नदी की ओर हो जाएगी और सागर तट पर जाकर खत्म हो जाएगी.
6 And you shall have your border on the west, the great sea shall be the boundary: this shall be to you the border on the west.
पश्चिमी सीमा के विषय में, महासागर अर्थात् इसका सारा तट यही तुम्हारी पश्चिमी सीमा होगी.
7 And this shall be your northern border; from the great sea you shall measure to yourselves, by the side of the mountain.
तुम्हारी उत्तरी सीमा: तुम अपनी सीमा रेखा भूमध्य-सागर से लेकर होर पर्वत तक डालोगे.
8 And you shall measure to yourselves the mountain from mount [Hor] at the entering in to Emath, and the termination of it shall be the coasts of Saradac.
तब तुम होर पर्वत से लबो-हामाथ तक सीमा रेखा डालोगे और सीमा का समापन होगा ज़ेदाद पर.
9 And the border shall go out to Dephrona, and its termination shall be at Arsenain; this shall be your border from the north.
सीमा रेखा ज़िफरोन की दिशा में आगे बढ़ेगी और इसका समापन होगा हाज़ार-एनान पर; यह होगी तुम्हारी उत्तरी सीमा.
10 And you shall measure to yourselves the eastern border from Arsenain to Sepphamar.
पूर्वी सीमा के लिए तुम हाज़ार-एनान से शेफम तक रेखा डालोगे,
11 And the border shall go down from Sepphamar to Bela eastward to the fountains, and the border shall go down from Bela behind the sea Chenereth eastward.
सीमा रेखा शेफम से रिबलाह, जो एइन के पूर्व में है, की दिशा में बढ़ेगी. यह सीमा नीचे की ओर आगे बढ़कर किन्नेरेथ झील की ढलान पर पहुंचेगी.
12 And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the termination shall be the salt sea; this shall be your land and its borders round about.
फिर सीमा यरदन की दिशा में जाएगी और लवण-सागर पर जा समाप्त हो जाएगी. “‘यही होगी हर एक दिशा से सीमाओं के अनुसार तुम्हें दिया गया वह देश.’”
13 And Moses charged the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the land which you shall inherit by lot, even as the Lord commanded us to give it to the nine tribes and the half-tribe of Manasse.
फिर मोशेह ने इस्राएलियों को यह आदेश दिया: “यही है, वह देश, जिसका बंटवारा तुम्हें पासा फेंककर अधिकार के लिए करना है, जिसे याहवेह ने साढ़े नौ गोत्रों को देने का आदेश दिया है.
14 For the tribe of the children of Ruben, and the tribe of the children of Gad have received [their inheritance] according to their families; and the half-tribe of Manasse have received their inheritances.
रियूबेन गोत्र के वंशजों ने अपने पितरों के कुलों के अनुसार अपना अंश प्राप्त कर लिया है, वैसे ही गाद गोत्र के वंशजों ने और मनश्शेह के आधे गोत्र ने भी अपना अंश प्राप्त कर लिया है.
15 Two tribes and half a tribe have received their inheritance beyond Jordan by Jericho from the south eastwards.
यरदन के इसी ओर, येरीख़ो के सामने भूमि के भाग पर सूर्योदय की दिशा, पूर्व में, इन ढाई गोत्रों ने अपना अपना निर्धारित भाग प्राप्त कर लिया है.”
16 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
याहवेह ने मोशेह को आज्ञा दी,
17 These [are] the names of the men who shall divide the land to you for an inheritance; Eleazar the priest and Joshua the [son] of Naue.
“मीरास के रूप में भूमि बांटने के लिए चुने गए व्यक्ति ये हैं: पुरोहित एलिएज़र तथा नून के पुत्र यहोशू.
18 And you shall take one ruler from [each] tribe to divide the land to you by lot.
मीरास बांटने के लिए तुम हर एक गोत्र में से एक प्रधान चुनोगे.
19 And these [are] the names of the men; of the tribe of Juda Chaleb the son of Jephonne.
“चुने गए व्यक्ति ये हैं: “यूदाह गोत्र से येफुन्नेह का पुत्र कालेब;
20 Of the tribe of Symeon, Salamiel the son of Semiud.
शिमओन के वंशजों में से अम्मीहूद का पुत्र शमुएल;
21 Of the tribe of Benjamin, Eldad the son of Chaslon.
बिन्यामिन के वंशजों में से कीसलोन का पुत्र एलिदाद;
22 Of the tribe of Dan the prince [was] Bacchir the son of Egli.
दान के वंशजों में से योगली का पुत्र बुक्की प्रधान था;
23 Of the sons of Joseph of the tribe of the sons of Manasse, the prince was Aniel the son of Suphi.
योसेफ़ के वंशजों में से, मनश्शेह के वंशजों का प्रधान था एफ़ोद का पुत्र हन्निएल;
24 Of the tribe of the sons of Ephraim, the prince was Camuel the son of Sabathan.
योसेफ़ के पुत्र एफ्राईम के गोत्र में से नेता शिफतन के पुत्र केमुएल थे;
25 Of the tribe of Zabulon, the prince was Elisaphan the son of Pharnac.
एफ्राईम के वंशजों में से प्रधान था पारनाख का पुत्र एलिज़ाफ़ान;
26 Of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, the prince was Phaltiel the son of Oza.
इस्साखार के वंशजों में से चुना गया प्रधान था, अज्जान का पुत्र पालतिएल;
27 Of the tribe of the children of Aser, the prince was Achior the son of Selemi.
आशेर के वंशजों से चुना गया प्रधान था शेलोमी का पुत्र अहीहूद;
28 Of the tribe of Nephthali, the prince was Phadael the son of Jamiud.
नफताली के वंशजों में से चुना गया प्रधान था अम्मीहूद का पुत्र पेदेहेल.”
29 These did the Lord command to distribute [the inheritances] to the children of Israel in the land of Chanaan.
ये सब वे हैं, जिन्हें इस्राएलियों को कनान देश में मीरास की भूमि बांटने का आदेश दिया गया था.
